本实用新型公开了一种具有防盗功能的机械锁,其安装于充电枪壳体上面,包括一体成型的翘板和按钮,翘板的前末端设有锁钩,翘板上位于锁钩后方的位置设有贯穿翘板左右侧表面的摆动轴孔,翘板的下表面上且位于摆动轴孔后方的位置向上凹陷形成有压簧固定孔,压簧固定孔中安装有压簧,压簧的另一端安装于充电枪壳体上,按钮的后末端设有贯穿按钮左右侧表面的防盗锁孔。本实用新型通过在机械锁上增加防盗孔锁止,锁止后,按钮无法下压,充电完成后,解除锁定,充电车辆及时离场。

本实用新型是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种具有防盗功能的机械锁。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案有:一种具有防盗功能的机械锁,其安装于充电枪壳体上面,包括一体成型的翘板和按钮,所述翘板的前末端设有锁钩,翘板上位于锁钩后方的位置设有贯穿翘板左右侧表面的摆动轴孔,所述翘板的下表面上且位于摆动轴孔后方的位置向上凹陷形成有压簧固定孔,所述压簧固定孔中安装有压簧,所述压簧的另一端安装于充电枪壳体上,所述按钮的后末端设有贯穿按钮左右侧表面的防盗锁孔。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型通过在机械锁上增加防盗孔锁止,锁止后,按钮无法下压,充电完成后,解除锁定,充电车辆及时离场。

本实用新型具有防盗功能的机械锁,其安装于充电枪壳体上面,包括一体成型的翘板1和按钮2,翘板1的前末端设有锁钩3,在将充电枪插入充电座上时通过该锁钩3与充电座上设置的卡槽相配合,翘板1上位于锁钩3后方的位置设有贯穿翘板1左右侧表面的摆动轴孔4,翘板1的下表面上且位于摆动轴孔4后方的位置向上凹陷形成有压簧固定孔5,压簧固定孔5中安装有压簧6,压簧6的另一端安装于充电枪壳体上,按钮2的后末端设有贯穿按钮2左右侧表面的防盗锁孔7。
本实用新型具有防盗功能的机械锁通过将防盗锁孔7设计在按钮2上,在充电时,通过锁钩3将充电枪连接到充电座上,按下按钮2后,按钮2的下端与充电枪上的微动开关(未图示)的触点相接触配合,车辆开始充电,在车辆充电过程中,车主需离开充电枪时,将防盗锁孔7锁止,按钮2无法下压,机械锁将无法转动,实现充电过程中防盗拔功能。
