A binaural audio plug as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first expansion pipe (100) comprises a first groove (140) arranged around the outer surface of the first expansion pipe (100), the first groove (140) is butted against the lower part of the first expansion sheet (110), the second expansion pipe (200) comprises a second groove (230) arranged around the outer surface of the second expansion pipe (200), and the second groove (230) is butted against the lower part of the second expansion sheet (210).
