According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the window air conditioner 100 (see fig. 1) further includes a panel 5 and a horizontal air guiding plate assembly 4, the panel 5 has an indoor air outlet 51, the horizontal air guiding plate assembly 4 is disposed at the indoor air inlet, the indoor air outlet 51 is opposite to and communicated with the air outlet 11, along the flowing direction of the air flow, the horizontal air guiding plate assembly 4 is located at the downstream of the vertical air guiding plate 2, and the horizontal air guiding plate assembly 4 includes: a plurality of horizontal wind deflectors 41 spaced apart in the up-down direction, and the horizontal wind deflectors 41 are rotatably provided at the indoor wind outlet 51. The horizontal air deflection assembly 4 can change the blowing angle of the air flow in the vertical direction. Specifically, the horizontal air deflectors 41 may be rotated according to the user's needs to adjust the blowing angle of two adjacent horizontal air deflectors 41 in the vertical direction (up-down direction).
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the horizontal air guiding plate assembly 4 may further include a connecting rod 42, and the connecting rod 42 is connected to the plurality of horizontal air guiding plates 41 to drive the plurality of horizontal air guiding plates 41 to rotate synchronously. Through setting up connecting rod 42, can drive a plurality of horizontal aviation baffles 41 synchronous revolution to can all direct one direction with the air current at certain within range and carry, thereby can promote the wind-guiding effect of horizontal aviation baffle subassembly 4.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the connecting rod 42 and the plurality of horizontal air deflectors 41 are an integral part. Therefore, the integrally formed structure can not only ensure the structural stability and the performance stability of the connecting rod 42 and the plurality of horizontal air deflectors 41, but also facilitate the forming and the simple manufacture, save redundant assembling parts and connecting processes, greatly improve the assembling efficiency of the connecting rod 42 and the plurality of horizontal air deflectors 41 and ensure the connecting reliability of the connecting rod 42 and the plurality of horizontal air deflectors 41. Moreover, the integrally formed structure has higher overall strength and stability, more convenient assembly and longer service life.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 10, at least one horizontal wind deflector 41 is provided with a limiting protrusion 43, the inner peripheral wall of the indoor air outlet 51 is provided with a limiting member 44, the limiting member 44 has a plurality of limiting grooves 441 engaged with the limiting protrusion 43, and the plurality of limiting grooves 441 are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the rotation axis 411 of the horizontal wind deflector 41. It can be understood that the control of the deflection angle of the horizontal wind deflector 41 can be realized by the cooperation of the limiting protrusions 43 and the plurality of limiting grooves 441. For example, when the limiting protrusion 43 is matched with each limiting groove 441, the horizontal air deflector 41 is at different deflection angles, the user rotates the horizontal air deflector 41 to rotate according to the need, and then the horizontal air deflector 41 is fixed by matching the limiting protrusion 43 with the limiting groove 441 at the corresponding angle position, so that directional air supply can be realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the two ends of the horizontal air guiding plate 41 in the length direction are provided with rotating shafts 411, and the inner wall of the indoor air outlet 51 is provided with rotating holes 52 engaged with the rotating shafts 411. Therefore, the complexity of the structure of the horizontal air deflector 41 can be simplified, the manufacturing difficulty and the manufacturing cost of the horizontal air deflector 41 can be reduced, and the production efficiency of the horizontal air deflector 41 can be improved. For example, when the horizontal wind deflector 41 pivots with respect to the panel 5, the rotation shaft 411 of the horizontal wind deflector 41 may rotate within the rotation hole 52.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, one end of each rotating shaft 411 close to the horizontal air guiding plate 41 is provided with a first limiting portion 412, and a maximum size of an outer contour of a cross section of the first limiting portion 412 is greater than a maximum size of an outer contour of a cross section of the rotating hole 52. It can be understood that the first limiting portion 412 can limit the rotating shaft 411 to further extend into the rotating hole 52, so that the horizontal air guiding plate 41 can be prevented from interfering with the inner wall surface of the indoor air outlet 51, and the reliability of the rotation of the horizontal air guiding plate 41 can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a second limiting portion 413 spaced apart from the first limiting portion 412 is disposed on the rotating shaft 411 of the at least one horizontal wind deflector 41, a maximum dimension of an outer contour of a cross section of the second limiting portion 413 is greater than a maximum dimension of an outer contour of a cross section of the rotating hole 52, and an inner wall of the indoor air outlet 51 is clamped between the first limiting portion 412 and the second limiting portion 413. It can be understood that the second position-limiting portion 413 can limit the horizontal wind guide plate 41 from moving out of the rotation hole 52 on the rotation shaft 411. Therefore, the horizontal air deflector 41 can be prevented from falling off from the indoor air outlet 51, and the rotation reliability of the horizontal air deflector 41 can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a mounting hole 53 (see fig. 10) communicating with the rotation hole 52 is further provided on the inner wall of the indoor air outlet 51, and a maximum size of an outer contour of a cross section of the mounting hole 53 is greater than a maximum size of an outer contour of a cross section of the second limiting portion 413. It can be understood that, the horizontal air guiding plate 41 with the second limiting portion 413 disposed on the rotating shaft 411 may be installed by first passing the second limiting portion 413 through the installation hole 53 and then moving the second limiting portion 413 into the rotating hole 52. Meanwhile, the installation process is relatively simple, and the installation difficulty is low.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the horizontal air guiding plate assemblies 4 are multiple sets, and the multiple sets of horizontal air guiding plate assemblies 4 are arranged at intervals along the vertical direction. It is understood that the deflection directions of the plurality of horizontal air deflection assemblies 4 may be the same or different. Therefore, the flow directions of the air flows blown out through different positions of the indoor air outlet 51 can be the same or different, so that synchronous air supply in different areas can be realized according to the needs of users. In some examples of the invention, the plurality of sets of horizontal air deflection assemblies 4 are independently controlled.
A window type air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The window type air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises the face frame assembly 100 of the window type air conditioner.
According to the window air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention, the elastic member 21 is disposed at one end of the vertical air guiding plate 2 in the length direction, wherein one end of the elastic member 21 is connected to the vertical air guiding plate 2, the other end of the elastic member 21 is movable along the length direction of the vertical air guiding plate 2, when the vertical air guiding plate 2 is assembled, the third fixing member 22 on the elastic member 21 can be connected to one of the first fixing member 12 and the second fixing member 13, and then an acting force can be applied to the vertical air guiding plate 2, so that one end of the elastic member 21 of the vertical air guiding plate 2 moves toward the fourth fixing member 23 close to the vertical air guiding plate 2, thereby shortening the overall length of the vertical air guiding plate 2, thereby using a small force to realize the connection between the fourth fixing member 23 and the other one of the first fixing member 12 and the second fixing member 13, and further reducing the difficulty in assembling the vertical air guiding plate 2, the assembling efficiency of the vertical air deflector 2 is improved.

Claims (21)

1. A face frame assembly for a window air conditioner, comprising:
the air conditioner comprises a face frame, a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece, wherein the face frame is provided with an air outlet, and the top wall and the bottom wall of the air outlet are respectively provided with the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece;
the air guide plate comprises a vertical air guide plate, wherein an elastic part is arranged at one end of the vertical air guide plate in the length direction, one end of the elastic part is connected with the vertical air guide plate, the other end of the elastic part can move in the length direction of the vertical air guide plate, a third fixing part connected with one of the first fixing part and the second fixing part is arranged on the elastic part, and a fourth fixing part connected with the other one of the first fixing part and the second fixing part is arranged at the other end of the vertical air guide plate in the length direction.
2. The face frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the third fastener is coupled to the second fastener and the fourth fastener is coupled to the first fastener.
3. The face frame assembly of claim 2, wherein one of said third and second fixing members has a first positioning hole, and at least a portion of the other of said third and second fixing members is located in said first positioning hole.
4. The face frame assembly of claim 2, wherein the first fastener has a second locating hole, and at least a portion of the fourth fastener is located in the second locating hole.
5. The face frame assembly of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 4, further comprising:
and the driving motor is arranged on the face frame, and an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the fourth fixing piece.
6. The face frame assembly of claim 5, wherein the output shaft of the driving motor is inserted into the second positioning hole, and the free end of the output shaft of the driving motor is beyond the first fixing member.
7. The face frame assembly of any one of claims 1-6, wherein an avoiding hole is formed at one end of the vertical air deflector in the length direction, one end of the elastic member is connected to the inner peripheral wall of the avoiding hole, the other end of the elastic member is movable in the axial direction of the avoiding hole, and the inner peripheral wall of the avoiding hole has a connection region connected to the elastic member and a non-connection region not connected to the elastic member.
8. The face frame assembly of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 7, wherein a minimum distance between a central axis of said third fixing member and said attachment area is 10-12 mm.
9. The face frame assembly of claim 7, wherein the minimum distance between the attachment area and the edge of the respective end of the vertical air deflection panel proximate the attachment area is 9-11 mm.
10. The face frame assembly of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 7, wherein said attachment area has a length of 16-18 mm.
11. The face frame assembly of a window type air conditioner as claimed in claim 7, wherein the gap between the escape hole and the elastic member is formed in a U shape.
12. The face frame assembly of a window air conditioner as recited in claim 1, further comprising a panel having an indoor air outlet and a horizontal air deflection assembly disposed at said indoor air outlet opposite to and in communication with said air outlet, said horizontal air deflection assembly being disposed downstream of said vertical air deflection plate in the direction of airflow, said horizontal air deflection assembly comprising:
and the horizontal air deflectors are arranged at the indoor air outlet in a rotatable manner.
13. The face frame assembly of a window air conditioner as set forth in claim 12, wherein said horizontal air deflection assembly further comprises:
and the connecting rod is connected with the plurality of horizontal air deflectors to drive the plurality of horizontal air deflectors to synchronously rotate.
14. The window air conditioner bezel assembly as recited in claim 13, wherein said link and said plurality of horizontal louvers are integrally formed.
15. The face frame assembly of claim 12, wherein at least one of said horizontal air deflectors has a retaining protrusion, and the inner peripheral wall of said indoor air outlet has a retaining member having a plurality of retaining grooves engaged with said retaining protrusion, said plurality of retaining grooves being spaced apart in a circumferential direction of the axis of rotation of said horizontal air deflector.
16. The face frame assembly of claim 12, wherein the horizontal air deflector has rotating shafts at opposite ends in the length direction thereof, and the indoor air outlet has a rotating hole formed in an inner wall thereof to be engaged with the rotating shafts.
17. The face frame assembly of claim 16, wherein a first position-limiting portion is formed at an end of each of the rotation shafts adjacent to the horizontal air deflectors, and a maximum size of an outer contour of a cross section of the first position-limiting portion is larger than a maximum size of an outer contour of a cross section of the rotation hole.
18. The face frame assembly of claim 17, wherein a second limiting portion is disposed on the rotating shaft of at least one of the horizontal air deflectors and spaced apart from the first limiting portion, a maximum dimension of an outer contour of a cross section of the second limiting portion is greater than a maximum dimension of an outer contour of a cross section of the rotating hole, and an inner wall of the indoor air outlet is engaged between the first limiting portion and the second limiting portion.
19. The face frame assembly of claim 18, wherein the inner wall of the indoor air outlet is further provided with a mounting hole communicated with the rotation hole, and a maximum dimension of an outer contour of a cross section of the mounting hole is larger than a maximum dimension of an outer contour of a cross section of the second position-limiting portion.
20. The face frame assembly of any one of claims 12-19, wherein the horizontal air deflection assemblies are arranged in a plurality of groups, and the groups of horizontal air deflection assemblies are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction.
21. A window type air conditioner comprising the face frame assembly of the window type air conditioner as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 20.
