For example, the lighting device 100 is placed on the top of the vehicle with the protective cover 120 facing downward, so that the side suction element 50 is sucked to the top of the vehicle, and the notification light source 13 is turned on, so that the lighting device 100 is kept at a higher position to attract the attention of the surrounding pedestrians and vehicles more easily.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4B, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lighting device 100 further includes an end suction member 60, wherein the end suction member 60 is disposed at an end of the lighting body 110, and the end suction member 60 can be sucked to the magnetic substance. Further, the spotlight source 12 and the end portion suction element 60 of the light source 10 are respectively located at two ends of the lighting body 110, and the lighting source 11 and the reminding light source 13 are distributed at one side of the end portion suction element 60, so that a user can use the lighting source 11 and/or the spotlight source 12 and/or the reminding light source 13 of the lighting device 100 by sucking the end portion suction element 60 to the magnetic suction substance, thereby being suitable for different use scenes.
Preferably, the lighting device 100 can be used in a suspended manner. Specifically, in this specific embodiment of the lighting device 100 of the present invention, the protection cover 120 of the lighting device 100 has a hanging portion 124, the hanging portion 124 integrally extends from the extension portion 122, and a hanging space 125 is formed between the hanging portion 124 and the extension portion 122 to accommodate a hung object, and the hung object can be clamped between the hanging portion 124 and the extension portion 122 of the protection cover 12, so that the lighting device 100 can use the lighting source 11 and/or the spotlight source 12 and/or the notification light source 13 in a manner of stably hanging the hung object, or is convenient for a user to carry.
For example, when a user drives a car at night, goes out of a car, and needs to get off the car for help, the light source 13 of the lighting device 100 can be turned on, and the protective cover 12 of the lighting device 100 can be hung on clothes or a belt, so that surrounding pedestrians and vehicles can quickly notice the user.
In this particular embodiment of the lighting device 100 of the present invention, the lighting device 100 further comprises a hanging member 80, wherein the hanging member 80 is mounted at the end of the lighting body 110, and the lighting device 100 can be used or carried in a manner that the hanging member 80 is hung from the hung object. Preferably, the hanging member 80 is a ring-shaped member, the hanging member 80 is rotatably mounted on the illuminating body 110, and when the extending direction of the hanging member 80 is consistent with the extending direction of the end surface of the illuminating body 110, the hanging member 80 is sleeved on the spotlight 12 for storage, and when a user needs to hang, the hanging member 80 is turned over so that an included angle is formed between the hanging member 80 and the illuminating body 110 for hanging. It should be understood that the embodiment of the suspension member 80 is merely exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the scope and content of the lighting device 100 of the present invention.
The lighting device 100 further includes a control switch 70, wherein the control switch 70 is operatively disposed on the lighting main body 110, and the control switch 70 is electrically connected to the first circuit module 20 and the second circuit module 30 for controlling the operation state of the first circuit module 20 and the second circuit module 30, and further controlling the operation state of the light source 10. Preferably, the control switch 70 is disposed at a side of the lighting body 110, so that a user can conveniently operate the control switch 70 while holding the lighting device 100. Optionally, the control switch 70 is provided at an end of the illuminating body 110.
The lighting device further includes an interactive port 90, wherein the interactive port 90 includes an input port 91 and an output port 92, wherein the input port 91 is electrically connected to the first circuit module 20, and the rechargeable battery 200 electrically connected to the first circuit module 20 can be externally recharged by the input port 91. The output port 92 is electrically connected to the first circuit module 20 and the second circuit module 30, and the rechargeable battery 200 and the dry battery 300 electrically connected to the first circuit module 20 and the second circuit module 30 can charge an electronic device through the output port 92, so that the lighting device 100 can be used as a mobile power source, and the functionality and the practicability of the lighting device 100 are further improved. Preferably, the input port 91 and the output port 92 are respectively disposed at both sides of the illuminating body 110.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a power supply method of the lighting device 100, wherein the power supply method includes the following steps:
(a) supplying electric energy to the light source 10 by the rechargeable battery 200; and
(b) when the rechargeable battery 200 is hard to maintain the normal light emission of the light source 10, the dry battery 300 is switched to provide power for the light source 10.
It is worth mentioning that the use time of the lighting device 100 can be prolonged by using the rechargeable battery 200 and the dry battery 300 in a mixed manner, thereby improving the practicability of the lighting device 100.
Preferably, in the above method, the rechargeable battery 200 is recharged during the process of supplying the electric power to the light source 10 by the dry battery 300.
Preferably, in the above method, when the power of the rechargeable battery 200 is lower than a threshold, the rechargeable battery 200 is disconnected from the light source 10, and the dry battery 300 is electrically connected to the light source 10, so that the light source 10 is powered by the dry battery 300, and thus, the stability of the light source 10 cannot be prevented from being affected due to the insufficient power of the rechargeable battery 200, and the light source 10 can be ensured to continuously emit light.
Preferably, in the above method, when the charge of the rechargeable battery 200 reaches a preset value, the rechargeable battery 200 is automatically electrically connected to the light source 10, and at the same time, the connection between the dry battery 100 and the light source 10 is automatically disconnected, so as to supply power to the light source 10 through the rechargeable battery 200. That is, the rechargeable battery 200 is preferably used to provide power for the light source 10, which is beneficial to saving the power of the dry battery 300, thereby reducing the use cost of the lighting device 100. It should be understood that when the charge of the rechargeable battery 200 reaches the preset value, the charge of the rechargeable battery 200 can satisfy the condition that the light source 10 continuously emits light for a period of time, and frequent switching of the dry batteries 300 is avoided.
According to another aspect of the present invention, the present invention further provides a method for manufacturing a lighting device 100, wherein the method for manufacturing further comprises the steps of:
(a) forming said rechargeable battery compartment 101 and said dry battery compartment 102 in said lighting body 10; and (b) removably mounting at least one of said protective covers 120 to said lighting body 10 to enclose said rechargeable battery compartment 101 and said dry battery compartment 102 to make said lighting device 100.
Preferably, in the above method, the illumination light source 11 is disposed on the lower side of the illumination main body 10, the protection cover 120 is disposed on the upper side of the illumination main body 10, and the indication light source 13 is disposed on the left side and the right side of the illumination main body 10, which not only facilitates reasonable utilization of the installation area of the illumination main body 110, improves the functionality and practicability of the illumination device 100, but also facilitates avoiding interference between light beams generated by the illumination light source 11 and the indication light source 13.
Preferably, in the above method, the light condensing source 12 and the end suction member 60 are disposed at both ends of the illuminating body 110.
Preferably, in the above method, the side suction elements 50 are disposed on the protection cover 120. Preferably, the side suction element 50 is hidden in the accommodating space 1201 of the protection cover 120. Alternatively, the side adsorption member 50 is provided on the outer surface of the protection cover 120.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the above embodiments are only examples, wherein features of different embodiments may be combined with each other to obtain embodiments which are easily imaginable in accordance with the disclosure of the invention, but which are not explicitly indicated in the drawings.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments of the present invention as described above and shown in the drawings are given by way of example only and are not limiting of the present invention. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the embodiments without departing from the principles, embodiments of the present invention may have any deformation or modification.

Claims (14)

1. An illumination device, comprising:
at least one light source; and
a lighting body having a rechargeable battery compartment and a dry cell compartment for receiving at least one rechargeable battery and a dry cell, said light source being mounted to said lighting body, said rechargeable battery mounted to said rechargeable battery compartment or said dry cell mounted to said dry cell compartment being capable of being electrically connected to said light source, and only said rechargeable battery providing power to said light source when said rechargeable battery is charged to maintain said light source illuminated.
2. The lighting device of claim 1, further comprising a first circuit module and a second circuit module, wherein said first circuit module and said second circuit module are respectively disposed in said rechargeable battery compartment and said dry battery compartment, said first circuit module and said second circuit module are respectively electrically connected to said light source, said rechargeable battery and said dry battery are respectively electrically connected to said first circuit module and said second circuit module, and connection of said light source and said rechargeable battery and said dry battery is controllable by controlling an operating state of said first circuit module and said second circuit module.
3. The lighting device of claim 2, further comprising a protective cover, wherein the protective cover is removably mounted to the lighting body.
4. The illumination device of claim 3, wherein the light source comprises at least one illumination source and at least one notification light source, wherein the illumination source is located on a lower side of the illuminating body and the notification light source is located on a left side and/or a right side of the illuminating body.
5. The illumination device of claim 4, wherein the light source comprises a spotlight source disposed at an end of the illuminating body.
6. The lighting device of claim 5, further comprising a side suction member, wherein said side suction member is mounted to said protective cover, said protective cover being detachably disposed on an upper side of said lighting body.
7. The lighting device of claim 6, further comprising an end suction element, wherein the end suction element and the side suction element are disposed at both ends of the lighting body.
8. The luminaire of claim 7 further comprising a hanger, wherein said hanger is reversibly mountable to an end of said luminaire.
9. The lighting device of claim 2, further comprising an input terminal and an output terminal, wherein the input terminal is electrically connected to the first circuit module and the output terminal is electrically connected to the first circuit module and/or the second circuit module.
10. The lighting device of claim 9, further comprising a protective cover, wherein the protective cover is removably mounted to the lighting body.
11. The lighting device as defined in any one of claims 3 to 8, wherein the protective cover comprises a holding portion, an auxiliary portion and an extending portion, wherein the auxiliary portion extends obliquely from the holding portion to the extending portion, and the auxiliary portion forms an inclined surface.
12. The illumination device as recited in claim 10, wherein the protective cover comprises a grip portion, an auxiliary portion and an extension portion, wherein the auxiliary portion extends obliquely from the grip portion to the extension portion, and the auxiliary portion forms an oblique surface.
13. The lighting device as defined in claim 11, wherein the protective cover further comprises a hanging portion, wherein the hanging portion integrally extends from the extension portion and forms a hanging space between the extension portion and the hanging portion.
14. The lighting device as defined in claim 13, wherein the rechargeable battery compartment and the dry battery compartment are disposed at intervals on the same side of the lighting body, and the openings of the rechargeable battery compartment and the dry battery compartment are oriented in the same direction.
