本实用新型的目的在于：为了解决现有的平开窗防水性能不足，下雨天容易渗水，给人们的生活带来麻烦，且对于高层住户，不便对外层玻璃清洁，玻璃落灰过多，影响采光的问题，提供一种具有防水功能的平开窗。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种具有防水功能的平开窗，包括窗框，所述窗框的内侧通过合页铰接有扇框，所述窗框的正面设置有凹槽，且凹槽的内侧粘贴有密封条，所述扇框的背面固定有与凹槽相互配合的卡块，所述扇框正面的上方固定有挡板，所述挡板内侧的顶端安装有气压缸，所述气压缸的输出端连接有固定板，所述固定板的背面设置有刷毛，且刷毛的背面与扇框的正面相接触。
优选地，所述扇框的内部安装有玻璃，且玻璃为钢化玻璃。
优选地，所述凹槽和卡块皆为封闭的矩形结构。
优选地，所述窗框正面的上方固定有引流板，且引流板位于扇框的上方，所述引流板沿水平方向向下倾斜，且引流板与窗框的夹角为60°。

请参阅图1-4，一种具有防水功能的平开窗，包括窗框1，窗框1的内侧通过合页铰接有扇框2，窗框1的正面设置有凹槽3，且凹槽3的内侧粘贴有密封条4，扇框2的背面固定有与凹槽3相互配合的卡块5，扇框2正面的上方固定有挡板9，挡板9内侧的顶端安装有气压缸10，气压缸10的输出端连接有固定板11，固定板11的背面设置有刷毛，且刷毛的背面与扇框2的正面相接触，扇框2的内部安装有玻璃6，且玻璃6为钢化玻璃，钢化玻璃强度大，避免玻璃6轻易破碎，凹槽3和卡块5皆为封闭的矩形结构，以使扇框2与窗框1紧密贴合，防止雨水渗入，给住户带来麻烦，扇框2的背面安装有把手7，且把手7位于卡块5的内侧和玻璃6的外侧，方便人们对把手7的使用。
在本实施例中，关闭该平开窗时，通过卡块5卡在凹槽3的内侧，以保证扇框2和窗框1的紧密贴合，防止雨水渗入，且密封条4使防水性能更好，减少渗水的麻烦，给住户带来方便。
请着重参阅图2和图3，窗框1正面的上方固定有引流板8，且引流板8位于扇框2的上方，引流板8沿水平方向向下倾斜，且引流板8与窗框1的夹角为60°。
在本实用新型中，引流板8对扇框2进行遮掩，以减少雨水对扇框2的冲击，且引流板8倾斜设置，具有引流作用，雨水顺着引流板落下，以提高该平开窗的防水性能。
请着重参阅图1，窗框1的正面的两侧皆安装有滑槽12，滑槽12的内部设置有与之相互配合的滑块13，且两组滑块13连接有固定板11。
在本实用新型中，通过滑块13在滑槽12的内部移动，以对固定板11进行限位，保证固定板11可以流畅上下移动，以使刷毛对玻璃6清洁，给玻璃6的清理带来方便。
工作原理：当关闭窗户时，拉动把手7，扇框2不断靠近窗框1，且通过卡块5卡在凹槽3的内侧，密封条4提高了该窗户的密封性，防止灰尘雨水的侵染，给人们的生活带来方便，且引流板8对扇框2进行遮挡，使雨水顺着引流板8下落，使该平开窗的防水性能进一步增强且通过气压缸10带动固定板11往复移动，以使刷毛与玻璃6摩擦，对玻璃6外表面进行清洁，以保证玻璃6的整洁干净，给人们带来方便，保证了采光的正常进行，通过滑块13在滑槽12的内部移动，以对固定板11限位，防止固定板11跑偏，给玻璃6的清洁带来方便，且玻璃6清洁后，通过气压缸10回缩，以将固定板11收至挡板9的内侧，以保证该窗户的美观。
