The type of the first information code and/or the second information code includes a two-dimensional code and/or a barcode. It is understood that the first information code and/or the second information code may be processed by code spraying, code stamping, code pasting or other methods. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, for convenience of description, the first information code is hereinafter referred to as an outer code 170, the second information code is hereinafter referred to as an inner code 180, and the extending direction of the receiving cavity 111 of the outer cap 110 is defined as a depth direction, which coincides with the extending direction of the bottle body when the bottle cap 100 is assembled with the bottle body. When the outer cap 110, the inner cap 120, and the sealing cap 130 are circular caps, the depth direction is an axial direction of the outer cap 110.
The cooperation between the sealing cap 130 and the outer cap 110 and the inner cap 120 is one of the key factors for achieving efficient and accurate assembly of the bottle cap 100. As shown in fig. 1-4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the sealing cap 130 includes a sealing sheet 131 and a connecting portion 132, and the connecting portion 132 is disposed on an outer periphery of the sealing sheet 131. When the sealing sheet 131 covers the inner through hole 121, the connecting portion 132 abuts against a side of the top of the inner lid 120 away from the bottom surface of the accommodating chamber 111. When the bottle cap 100 is assembled to the bottle body, the bottle body directly or indirectly applies a pressing force to the sealing cap 130 toward the bottom surface of the receiving cavity 111, and the inner cap 120 presses the sealing cap 130 through the connecting portion 132 of the sealing cap 130 in a direction away from the bottom surface of the receiving cavity 111, thereby fixing the sealing cap 130 in the bottle cap 100. It will be appreciated that the shape of the flap 131 is adapted to the shape of the inner through-hole 121 in the top of the inner lid 120, such as being circular or rectangular. The following description will be given by taking a circular sealing sheet 131 as an example. Alternatively, the connecting portions 132 of the sealing cap 130 may be continuously or intermittently disposed on the outer periphery of the sealing sheet 131, as long as the sealing cap 130 can be fixed in the bottle cap 100. In an implementation, the flap 130 includes a plurality of connecting portions 132, and the connecting portions 132 are spaced, uniformly distributed, or non-uniformly distributed along the outer periphery of the flap 131.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, as another realizable mode, the connecting portion 132 extends along the outer periphery of the sealing sheet 131 to form a closed ring shape, the connecting portion 132 is far away from the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 111 relative to the sealing sheet 131 in the depth direction of the accommodating cavity 111, that is, the sealing sheet 131 protrudes towards the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 111 relative to the connecting portion 132, and the sealing sheet 131 and the connecting portion 132 form a step in the depth direction. When the sealing sheet 131 covers the inner through hole 121, one side surface of the connecting portion 132 close to the sealing sheet 131 abuts against one side of the top of the inner cover 120 away from the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 111. In this way, not only the peripheral portion of the inner through hole 121 of the inner lid 120 can press the connecting portion 132 in the depth direction, but also the side wall of the inner through hole 121 can be fitted and abutted against the outer peripheral edge of the sealing sheet 131, thereby restricting the movement of the sealing sheet 131 in the direction perpendicular to the depth direction. Meanwhile, the inner through hole 121 can also position the sealing sheet 131, and when the sealing cap 130 is assembled with the outer cap 110 and the inner cap 120, the sealing sheet 131 of the sealing cap 130 can be installed in place only by being matched with the inner through hole 121 of the inner cap 120. Further, the outer periphery of the connecting portion 132 forms a flange, and the flange is folded toward the side of the connecting portion 132 away from the sealing sheet 131. The flanging is arranged on the outer periphery of the connecting portion 132, so that on one hand, the injection molding processing of the sealing cover 130 can be facilitated, and on the other hand, the extrusion area or the extrusion length between the inner cover 120 and the sealing cover 130 can be conveniently increased, thereby being beneficial to the sealing of the connecting portion 132 between the inner cover 120 and the sealing cover 130.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, in the bottle cap 100 according to the above embodiments, the outer code 170 is formed on the top end of the outer cap 110 at the outer side in the depth direction during the production or use of the bottle cap 100, and the inner code 180 is formed on the side of the cap closure 131 facing the bottom surface of the receiving cavity 111 during the production or use of the bottle cap 100. During the assembly of the bottle cap 100, the inner cap 120 and the closing cap 130 are sequentially fitted into the receiving cavity 111 of the outer cap 110 in the depth direction. During the assembly of the bottle cap 100 and the bottle body, the outer code 170 on the outside of the bottle cap 100 can be directly scanned, and the inner code 180 on the inside of the bottle cap 100 can also be scanned by the scanning device due to the transparent material of the sealing cover 130. The outer code 170 and the inner code 180 are simultaneously scanned in the depth direction by using a scanning device and then correlated, so that accurate correlation and efficient correlation of anti-counterfeiting information on the bottle cap 100 are realized. The bottle cap 100 may then be assembled to the bottle body. Because the inner code 180 is positioned on one side of the sealing cover 130 close to the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity 111, the sealing cover cannot be contacted with the wine liquid, and consumers can drink the wine safely.
As shown in fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the bottle cap 100 further includes an inner cap 140, one end of the inner cap 140 can be coupled to the mouth of the bottle body, and the outer cap 110 and/or the inner cap 120 are/is disposed at the other end of the inner cap 140. The sealing cover 130 includes a sealing sheet 131 and a sealing portion 134, the sealing portion 134 is disposed on a side of the sealing sheet 131 far from the bottom of the accommodating cavity 111, and when the sealing sheet 131 covers the inner through hole 121, the sealing portion 134 abuts against the inner sleeve 140 to seal the bottle cap 100 to the bottle body. In the bottle cap 100 provided in this embodiment, the inner sleeve 140 not only can directly or indirectly connect the bottle cap 100 and the bottle body to support the outer cap 110 and/or the inner cap 120, but also can further seal the bottle cap 100 to the bottle body through the sealing portion 134 provided on the sealing cap 130. The bottle cap 100 provided by the embodiment is applied to anti-counterfeiting packaging of wine products (especially high-end wine products), can realize anti-counterfeiting function, can meet the sealing function of wine products, and prevents the wine products from leaking or deteriorating in the packaging, transportation and consumption processes. It will be appreciated that the inner sleeve 140 of the present embodiment differs from the inner sleeve 140 of the conventional bottle cap 100 at least in that it forms a sealing structure with the closure cap 130. As for the assembling relationship between the inner cap 140 and the bottle body, the outer cap 110, and the inner cap 120, the present embodiment is not particularly limited, and reference may be made to the assembling relationship between the inner cap 140, the outer cap 110, the inner cap 120, and the bottle body in the conventional bottle cap 100.
Optionally, the sealing portion 134 of the flap 130 contacting the inner sleeve 140 is sealed mainly by pressing. As shown in fig. 2 and 7, as an implementation manner, the sealing portion 134 is a ring-shaped protrusion, a groove is formed on the inner sleeve 140, and when the sealing sheet 131 covers the inner through hole 121, the sealing portion 134 abuts against an inner sidewall of the groove on the inner sleeve 140 to seal the bottle cap 100 to the bottle body. Further, the sealing portion 134 with an annular convex shape, the sealing sheet 131 and the connecting portion 132 are integrally injection molded, and the outer diameter of the sealing portion 134 is slightly larger than the diameter of the groove on the inner sleeve 140, so as to realize interference fit between the sealing portion 134 and the groove and enhance the sealing performance between the sealing cover 130 and the inner sleeve 140. Of course, the sealing cap 130 may be provided with a groove and a protrusion on the inner sleeve 140, so that the sealing cap 130 and the inner sleeve 140 can be sealed. In a specific embodiment of the present invention, the bottle cap 100 further includes an outer sleeve 150 and an inner plug 160, the outer sleeve 150 is disposed outside the inner sleeve 140, and the inner plug 160 is disposed inside the inner sleeve 140.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7, in the bottle cap 100 of the above embodiment, the outer code 170 is formed on the top end of the outer cap 110 at the outer side in the depth direction during the production or use of the bottle cap 100, and the inner code 180 is formed on the side of the sealing sheet 131 facing the bottom surface of the receiving cavity 111 during the production or use of the bottle cap 100. In the assembling process of the bottle cap 100, the inner plug 160, the outer cap 150 and the inner cap 140 are assembled with the mouth portion of the bottle body, and then the inner cap 120 and the closure cap 130 are sequentially fitted into the receiving cavity 111 of the outer cap 110 in the depth direction. The outer cap 110, inner cap 120, and closure cap 130 may then be assembled to the bottle body with the sealing portion 134 of the closure cap 130 in contact with the inner cap 140 to seal the interior liquid from the external environment.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a wine container, which includes a bottle body and the bottle cap 100 described in any one of the above embodiments, wherein the bottle cap 100 is disposed at a mouth of the bottle body.
