The packing box of a freely combinable cassette holder as set forth in claim 6, wherein the support plate is adapted to support the bottom of the reagent bottle (3), and the bottom of the reagent bottle (3) contacts the support plate when the reagent bottle (3) is inserted into the first reagent bottle positioning hole (4.1), the second reagent bottle positioning hole (5.1) or the third reagent bottle positioning hole (9).
8. A freely composable tray package according to claim 1, wherein said first opening (9.1) is semicircular or rectangular in shape, and when the first opening (9.1) is rectangular, its width is 1/2 of its length.
