Referring to fig. 1a to fig. 1d and fig. 4a, an embodiment of the present application provides a protection device 11 for protecting a connection end of a wire harness of an automotive device to prevent the connection end from being mistakenly contacted with other unmatched live ends.
The guard 11 includes a top plate 110, a first side plate 111 and a second side plate 112. The first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are located on two opposite sides of the top plate 110, and the first side plate 111, the second side plate 112 and the top plate 110 together enclose a first accommodating space (not shown) for accommodating a wire harness connection end of an automotive device. The top plate 110, the first side plate 111, and the second side plate 112 respectively protect the harness connection end of the automobile device in the first accommodating space from different directions, so that the protection effect of the protection device is improved, and the functions of dust prevention and water blocking can be achieved.
In order to fix the guard 11 to the vehicle component, the top plate 110 is provided with a mounting hole 120; the mounting hole 120 is a through hole penetrating through the top plate 110, and is used for allowing the locking member 125 to pass through and fix the protection device 11 on the automobile device, so that the mounting step between the protection device 11 and the automobile device is simplified, the mounting difficulty is reduced, and the mounting efficiency can be improved. In particular, the locking member is generally configured not to contact the harness connection end, i.e., the locking member is connected to another portion of the automotive component near the harness connection end.
As shown in fig. 4a, the locking member 125 may be screwed to the automobile component; the corresponding locking member 125 may be a screw, etc., and the corresponding position of the automobile device is provided with a locking hole matched with the locking member, and the locking hole is a screw hole corresponding to the screw to be screwed with the screw. It will be appreciated that the fastener 125 may be riveted or welded to the vehicle component.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1b and 1d, a guide rail 130 is disposed at each end of the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 away from the top plate 110. Correspondingly, the number of the guide rails 130 is two, and the two guide rails 130 are used in combination and are used for slidably connecting with a guide groove (not shown) of an automobile device. Specifically, the guide rail 130 and the side plate form a certain angle, and the angle makes the surface of the guide rail 130 and the surface of the side plate in a non-planar relationship. Further, the guide rail 130 of the protection device 11 slides relative to the guide groove of the automobile device until the mounting hole of the protection device 11 is aligned with the locking hole of the automobile device. The guide rail 130 can limit the movement of the guard 11 in other directions than the sliding direction, so as to improve the guard function of the guard 11 and facilitate the subsequent installation of the locking member 125.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1b, the guide rails 130 of the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 extend a certain distance toward a direction of approaching each other, and the guide rails 130 of the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are located in the first receiving space. Thus, after the protective device 11 is mounted with the vehicle component, the guide groove of the vehicle component is also located in the first receiving space. In addition, the guide rails 130 of the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 may extend a certain distance in a direction away from each other, and the guide rails 130 of the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are located outside the first accommodating space. As illustrated in fig. 1d, the guide rails 130 of the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are each arranged facing away from the first receiving space.
In an embodiment, a connecting plate 140 is disposed at a position where the top plate 110 is connected to the first side plate 111 and/or the second side plate 112, and the connecting plate 140 is connected to the top plate 110 and the first side plate 111 and/or the second side plate 112 at the same time and located in the first accommodating space. Specifically, fig. 1b illustrates that the connecting plates 140 are respectively disposed at the positions where the top plate 110 is connected to the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112. The connection between the first side plate 111 or the second side plate 112 and the top plate 110 is made tighter by the connecting plate 140, and the overall strength of the protection device 11 can be increased to enhance the pressure resistance and deformation resistance of the protection device 11.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1a and 1c, the top plate 110 is provided with a groove 160, and the mounting hole 120 is disposed in the groove 160. After the locking member 125 is installed, an end of the locking member 125 away from the vehicle component can be received in the groove 160 without protruding relative to the surface of the top plate 110, so as to reduce the possibility that the locking member 125 is loosened or falls off due to collision between the locking member 125 and other parts.
Referring to fig. 2a, fig. 2b and fig. 4b, the embodiment of the present application further provides a protection device 12, which is substantially the same as the protection device 11 in the above embodiment. Specifically, the top plate 110 of the guard 12 of the present embodiment extends from the connection point with the first side plate 111 to a direction away from the first side plate 111; the extended end of the top plate 110 is provided with a third side plate 113. The third side panel 113 is oriented in the same direction as the first side panel 111 and the second side panel 112; as shown in fig. 2b, the third side plate 113, the first side plate 111 and the second side plate 112 are sequentially disposed on the same side of the top plate 110. Furthermore, a second accommodating space (not shown) is defined by the third side plate 113, the portion of the top plate 110 extending out and the first side plate 111, and the second accommodating space is used for accommodating another wire harness connection end of the automobile device. Specifically, the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space can accommodate harness connection ends of two harnesses respectively; for example, a harness connection terminal for connecting the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply, respectively; more specifically, the first receiving space receives a wire harness connection terminal connected to a positive electrode or a negative electrode of a power supply, and the second receiving space receives a wire harness connection terminal connected to a negative electrode or a positive electrode of the power supply.
In an embodiment, an end of the third side plate 113 away from the top plate 110 is provided with a supporting portion 150, and the supporting portion 150 is used for supporting an automobile device. The contact area between the protection device 12 and the automobile device can be increased through the abutting part 150, and the protection effect on the automobile device is improved.
In one embodiment, at least one connecting plate 140 is disposed at a position where the first side plate 111, the second side plate 112, and the third side plate 113 are connected to the top plate 110.
