Detailed Description
In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.
A round brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10. The rolling brush assembly 100 can be used for other cleaning devices such as a dust collector or a sweeping robot.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a roll brush assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a roller 10 and a plurality of brushes 20. The outer surface of the roller 10 is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves 11 distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction of the roller, the limiting grooves 11 comprise a first limiting wall 111 and a second limiting wall 112, and the first limiting wall 111 and the second limiting wall 112 are oppositely arranged along the circumferential direction of the roller 10. In the cross section of the roller 10, a plurality of brushes 20 are arranged corresponding to a plurality of limiting grooves 11 one by one, the brushes 20 are hinged with the roller 10, and the brushes 20 rotate between a first limiting wall 111 and a second limiting wall 112 relative to the roller 10.
In one example, the stopper groove 11 may be formed by an outer surface of the roller 10 being recessed inward, and the stopper groove 11 extends in an axial direction of the roller 10, and a plurality of the stopper grooves 11 are spaced apart at equal intervals in a circumferential direction of the roller 10. In the cross section of the roller 10, the first and second stopper walls 111 and 112 are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the roller 10. One end of the brush 20 is hinged with the roller 10, and the hinged end of the brush 20 and the roller 10 is fitted in the limit groove 11. The brush 20 has two side walls oppositely disposed along the circumferential direction of the roller 10, and one of the side walls is in abutting engagement with the first stopper wall 111 and the other side wall is in abutting engagement with the second stopper wall 112 during the rotation of the brush 20 relative to the roller 10. Therefore, the limiting function of the limiting groove 11 on the hairbrush 20 can be realized.
It will be appreciated that since the brush 20 is eccentrically disposed with respect to the roller 10 with respect to the rotational center of the roller 10, that is, the rotational center of the brush 20 is not on the central axis of the roller 10, the distance between the end of the brush 20 away from the roller 10 and the central axis of the roller 10 varies with the rotation of the brush 20 during the rotation of the brush 20 with respect to the roller 10. In addition, the plurality of brushes 20 are controlled to rotate by the same angle relative to the stopper groove 11, so that the ends of the plurality of brushes 20 far away from the roller 10 can be positioned on the concentric circle of the roller 10. Therefore, by controlling the plurality of brushes 20 to rotate by the same angle with respect to the roller 10, the diameter of the outer profile of the roll brush assembly 100 can be changed.
In one example, the roller 10 is rotatable about its central axis under the drive of a drive means. During the rotation of the roller 10, each brush 20 abuts against the first limiting wall 111 or the second limiting wall 112, and the plurality of brushes 20 are driven by the first limiting wall 111 or the second limiting wall 112 to rotate around the central axis of the roller 10. It should be noted that the abutment of the brush 20 against the first limiting wall 111 or the second limiting wall 112 depends on the rotation direction of the roller 10 and the mutual position relationship between the first limiting wall 111 and the second limiting wall 112. For example, the second stopper wall 112 of each stopper groove 11 may be positioned in a counterclockwise direction of the first stopper wall 111. As shown in fig. 1, when the roller 10 rotates clockwise, the side wall of the brush 20 abuts against the first limiting wall 111, and the brush 20 rotates clockwise along with the roller 10 under the driving of the first limiting wall 111; as shown in fig. 2, when the roller 10 rotates counterclockwise, the side wall of the brush 20 abuts against the second limiting wall 112, and the brush 20 rotates counterclockwise along with the roller 10 under the driving of the second limiting wall 112.
According to the rolling brush assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, the roller 10 is controlled to rotate in the counterclockwise direction or the clockwise direction, so that the brush 20 abuts against the first limiting wall 111 or the second limiting wall 112 of the limiting groove 11, thereby changing the rotation angle of the brush 20 relative to the limiting groove 11, and further changing the distance between the end of the brush 20 away from the roller 10 and the central axis of the roller 10. Therefore, the diameter of the outer profile of the plurality of brushes 20 can be changed by controlling the turning of the roller 10, so that the rolling brush assembly 100 can adjust the diameter of the outer profile of the plurality of brushes 20 according to the condition of the working road surface, thereby improving the cleaning effect of the rolling brush assembly 100; in addition, when the plurality of brushes 20 are wound with the fibrous trash, the fibrous trash wound around the brushes 20 can be loosened by reducing the diameter of the outer profile of the plurality of brushes 20, thereby facilitating the cleaning.
In one embodiment, the retaining groove 11 further comprises an arc wall 113, the arc wall 113 being connected between the first retaining wall 111 and the second retaining wall 112, the first retaining wall 111 and the second retaining wall 112 being tangent to the arc wall 113, respectively, in the cross-section of the roller 10.
In one example, as shown in fig. 3, in the cross section of the roller 10, the first stopper wall 111 extends in the direction of the straight line L1, one end of the first stopper wall 111 adjacent to the center of the roller 10 is connected to one end of the arc wall 113, and the first stopper wall 111 is tangent to the arc wall 113; the second stopper wall 112 extends in the direction of the straight line L2, and one end of the second stopper wall 112 adjacent to the center of the roller 10 is connected to the other end of the circular arc wall 113. Wherein, the center of the arc wall 113 may be concentric with the rotation center of the brush 20.
In one embodiment, the brush 20 has a circular arc surface 21a engaged with the circular arc wall 113, and the circular arc surface 21a has the same radius of curvature as the circular arc wall 113.
In one example, the arc surface 21a is defined by an end of the brush 20, and the center of the arc surface 21a is concentrically arranged with the rotation center of the brush 20 with respect to the roller 10. Because the curvature radius of the arc surface 21a is the same as that of the arc wall 113, and the center of the arc surface 21a is concentric with that of the arc wall 113, the arc surface 21a and the arc wall 113 are matched in the process that the brush 20 rotates relative to the rotating shaft. Therefore, the arc wall 113 does not interfere with the rotation of the brush 20 relative to the fiber groove during the rotation of the brush 20.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the brush 20 is hinged to the roller 10 by a pin 30. The brush 20 may be provided with a hinge hole, the roller 10 is provided with a hinge fitting hole corresponding to the hinge hole, and the pin 30 is inserted into the hinge hole and the hinge fitting hole to realize the hinge connection between the brush 20 and the roller 10.
In one embodiment, the brush 20 includes a bristle holder 21 and bristles 22. Wherein, the brush hair frame 21 is hinged with the roller 10, and the brush hair 22 is arranged on the brush hair frame 21.
In one example, as shown in fig. 4, the bristle holder 21 has a pin hole 21b, and the pin 30 is connected to the roller 10 through a pin control to realize the hinge of the bristle holder 21 to the roller 10. One end of the bristle holder 21 adjacent to the central axis of the roller 10 is provided with an arc surface 21a, and the arc surface 21a forms a sliding fit with the arc wall 113 of the limiting groove 11 in the process of rotating the bristle holder 21 relative to the limiting groove 11. The brush 22 is plural and is connected to one end of the brush holder 21 away from the central axis of the roller 10.
In one embodiment, in the cross section of the roller 10, the bisector of the angle between the extension of the first stopper wall 111 and the extension of the second stopper wall 112 does not pass through the center of the roller 10. Thus, the rotation angle of the brush 20 with respect to the stopper groove 11 is different when the brush 20 abuts against the first stopper wall 111 and the second stopper wall 112, and the distance from the central axis of the roller 10 is different when the brush 20 abuts against the first stopper wall 111 and the second stopper wall 112. Thereby, it is possible to realize the change of the diameter of the outer contour of the brush roll assembly 100 when the roller 10 rotates in the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction, thereby functioning to change the diameter of the outer contour of the brush roll assembly 100 by controlling the rotation direction of the roller 10.
In one example, as shown in fig. 3, in the cross section of the roller 10, the extension line L1 of the first stopper wall 111 has an angle with the extension line L2 of the second stopper wall 112, and the bisector L3 of the angle does not pass through the center O of the roller 10. Wherein, the included angle between the line L4 and L1 between the center of rotation of the brush 20 and the center of the roller 10 is larger than the included angle between L4 and L2. Therefore, when the brush 20 abuts against the first limit wall 111, the distance between the end of the brush 20 far away from the roller 10 and the center of the roller 10 is the smallest, and at this time, the outer profile diameter of the roll brush assembly 100 is the smallest; when the brush 20 abuts against the second limiting wall 112, the distance between the end of the brush 20 away from the roller 10 and the center of the roller 10 is the largest, and at this time, the outer profile diameter of the roller brush assembly 100 is the largest.
It should be noted that in other examples, an angle between a line L4 and L1 connecting the center of rotation of the brush 20 and the center of the roller 10 may be smaller than an angle between L4 and L2. Therefore, when the brush 20 abuts against the first limit wall 111, the distance between the end of the brush 20 far away from the roller 10 and the center of the roller 10 is the largest, and at this time, the outer profile diameter of the roll brush assembly 100 is the largest; when the brush 20 abuts against the second fiber wall, the distance between the end of the brush 20 far away from the roller 10 and the center of the roller 10 is the smallest, and the outer profile diameter of the roller brush assembly 100 is the smallest.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 8, the brush roll assembly 100 further includes a rotating member 40 and a plurality of coupling members 50. The rotating member 40 is concentrically disposed with the roller 10, the plurality of connecting members 50 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of brushes 20, a first end of the connecting member 50 is hinged to the rotating member 40, and a second end of the connecting member 50 is hinged to the brushes 20. It should be noted that the rotating member 40 can rotate around the central axis of the roller 10. During the rotation of the rotating member 40, the connecting member 50 rotates relative to the rotating member 40, and during the rotation of the connecting member 50, the brushes 20 are driven to rotate in the limiting grooves 11, so as to change the outer contour diameters of the plurality of brushes 20.
Thus, by rotating the rotating member 40, the angle of the brush 20 with respect to the stopper groove 11 can be adjusted, thereby adjusting the outer diameter of the plurality of brushes 20. Moreover, the rotating member 40 is in transmission connection with the plurality of brushes 20 through the plurality of connecting members 50, the transmission manner and the connection manner are simple and reliable, and the manufacturing cost of the brush 20 assembly is reduced while the stability of the brush 20 assembly is improved. In addition, the rotating member 40 and the connecting member 50 may be provided at the end of the roller 10, so that the outer size of the brush roll assembly 100 can be reduced, thereby facilitating the application of the brush roll assembly 100 to a portable cleaning device such as a sweeping robot or a vacuum cleaner.
In one example, the rotating member 40 is in driving connection with a driving part, and the driving part is adapted to drive the rotating member 40 to rotate around the central axis of the roller 10 to adjust the outer size of the roll brush assembly 100. Wherein the driving part may include a motor.

In one embodiment, the distance between the first hinge hole 41 and the central axis of the roller 10 is smaller than the distance between the rotational center of the brush 20 and the central axis of the roller 10.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the rotation member 40 is disposed concentrically with the roller 10, a distance between the first hinge hole 41 and the center O of the rotation member 40 is R1, and a distance between the rotation center of the brush 20 and the central axis of the roller 10 is R2, wherein R1 is smaller than R2.
