Similarly, the bed end plate 30 and the first end connecting piece 50 may be mortise-tenon connected by other structures, and the second bed side plate 20 and the second end connecting piece 60, and the second end connecting piece 60 and the bed end plate 30 may also be mortise-tenon connected by other structures.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the mortise and tenon joint bed 100 further includes a partition frame 70, and the partition frame 70 is used for defining a plurality of accommodating cells together with the first bed side plate 10, the second bed side plate 20 and the bed tail plate 30. Namely, the partition frame 70, the first bed side plate 10, the second bed side plate 20 and the bed end plate 30 are assembled to form a plurality of receiving compartments for storing articles.
The partition frame 70 may have various structures, and optionally, the partition frame 70 includes a plurality of first partition plates 71, and opposite ends of each first partition plate 71 are adapted to be in mortise and tenon connection with the first bed side plate 10 and the second bed side plate 20, respectively. The first partition plate 71 may serve as a reinforcement to make the first bed side plate 10 and the second bed side plate 20 more firmly fixed.
Alternatively, after the opposite ends of the first partition plate 71 are mortise-tenon connected to the first bed side plate 10 and the second bed side plate 20, the first partition plate 71 is parallel to the bed end plate 30.
Wherein, the two ends of the first partition plate 71 are provided with mortise and tenon protrusions. The first bed side plate 10 is provided with a mortise and tenon groove for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at one end of the first partition plate 71, and the mortise and tenon groove penetrates through two ends of the first bed side plate 10 in the width direction; the second bed side plate 20 is provided with a mortise and tenon groove for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at the other end of the first partition plate 71, and the mortise and tenon groove penetrates through the two ends of the second bed side plate 20 in the width direction.
Further, the partition frame 70 further includes a second partition plate 72, and two opposite ends of the second partition plate 72 are respectively used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the two adjacent first partition plates 71.
After the two opposite ends of the second partition plate 72 are respectively in mortise and tenon connection with the two adjacent first partition plates 71, the second partition plate 72 can play a role in reinforcement, so that the two adjacent first partition plates 71 are firmer. While the second partition plate 72 may partition the large accommodation lattice between the adjacent two first partition plates 71 into a plurality of small accommodation lattices.
Alternatively, after the two opposite ends of the second separation plate 72 are respectively in mortise and tenon connection with the two adjacent first separation plates 71, the second separation plate 72 is perpendicular to the first separation plates 71.
Of course, the first partition plates 71 may be two, three, four, etc., and the second partition plates 72 between each adjacent two of the first partition plates 71 may be one, two, three, etc. Illustratively, the number of the first partition plates 71 is two, and the number of the second partition plates 72 between two adjacent first partition plates 71 is one.
Wherein, both ends of the second partition plate 72 are provided with mortise and tenon protrusions. A mortise and tenon slot for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at one end of the second partition plate 72 is formed in one first partition plate 71 of the two adjacent first partition plates 71, and the mortise and tenon slot penetrates through two ends of the first partition plate 71 in the width direction; the other first partition plate 71 of the two adjacent first partition plates 71 is provided with a mortise and tenon slot for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at the other end of the second partition plate 72, and the mortise and tenon slot penetrates through two ends of the first partition plate 71 in the width direction.
Optionally, the partition frame 70 further includes a third partition plate 73, and two opposite ends of the third partition plate 73 are respectively used for mortise and tenon connection with the bed tail plate 30 and the first partition plate 71 adjacent to the bed tail plate 30.
After the two ends of the third partition plate 73 are respectively in mortise and tenon connection with the bed tail plate 30 and the first partition plate 71 adjacent to the bed tail plate 30, the third partition plate 73 can play a reinforcing role, so that the bed tail plate 30 and the first partition plate 71 adjacent to the bed tail plate 30 are firmer. While the third dividing plate 73 may divide the large holding compartment between the bed end plate 30 and the first dividing plate 71 adjacent to the bed end plate 30 into a plurality of small holding compartments.
Optionally, after the third partition plate 73 is in mortise and tenon connection with the bed tail plate 30 and the first partition plate 71 adjacent to the bed tail plate 30, the third partition plate 73 is perpendicular to the first partition plate 71 and the bed tail plate 30.
Both ends of the third partition plate 73 are provided with mortise and tenon protrusions. The bed tail plate 30 is provided with a mortise and tenon groove which is used for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at one end of the third division plate 73, and the mortise and tenon groove penetrates through the two ends of the bed tail plate 30 in the width direction; the first partition plate 71 adjacent to the bed tail plate 30 is provided with a mortise and tenon slot for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at the other end of the third partition plate 73, and the mortise and tenon slot penetrates through two ends of the first partition plate 71 in the width direction.
The third dividing plate 73 may be one, two, three, etc. Illustratively, there are two third dividing walls 73.
Optionally, the spacer 70 further comprises a fourth partition 74 and a fifth partition 75. The two opposite ends of the fourth partition plate 74 are respectively used for mortise and tenon connection with the first bed side plate 10 and the third partition plate 73 adjacent to the first bed side plate 10; the two opposite ends of the fifth partition plate 75 are respectively used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the second bed side plate 20 and the third partition plate 73 adjacent to the second bed side plate 20.
The fourth partition plate 74 has tenon-and-mortise protrusions at both ends. The first bed side plate 10 is provided with a mortise and tenon groove for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at one end of the fourth partition plate 74, and the mortise and tenon groove penetrates through two ends of the first bed side plate 10 in the width direction; the third partition plate 73 adjacent to the first bed side plate 10 is provided with a mortise and tenon slot for being matched with the mortise and tenon protruding at the other end of the fourth partition plate 74, and the mortise and tenon slot penetrates through both ends of the third partition plate 73 in the width direction.
Both ends of the fifth partition plate 75 are provided with mortise and tenon protrusions. The second bed side plate 20 is provided with a mortise and tenon groove for being matched with the mortise and tenon protrusion at one end of the fifth partition plate 75, and the mortise and tenon groove penetrates through two ends of the second bed side plate 20 in the width direction; the third partition plate 73 adjacent to the second bed side plate 20 is provided with a mortise and tenon slot for cooperating with the mortise and tenon protruding at the other end of the fifth partition plate 75, and the mortise and tenon slot penetrates through both ends of the third partition plate 73 in the width direction.
The fourth and fifth dividing walls 74, 75 may be one, two, three, etc. Illustratively, there is one each of the fourth partition 74 and the fifth partition 75.
Further, the mortise and tenon joint bed 100 further comprises a bed panel (not shown in fig. 1) which covers the top of the first bed side plate 10, the second bed side plate 20, the bed end plate 30 and the partition frame 70.
Alternatively, the top in the width direction of all of the first bed side plate 10, the second bed side plate 20 and the bed end plate 30 forms a step surface 12 for placing the bed panel, and the top end surface in the width direction of the first partition plate 71, the top end surface in the width direction of the second partition plate 72, the top end surface in the width direction of the third partition plate 73, the top end surface in the width direction of the fourth partition plate 74 and the top end surface in the width direction of the fifth partition plate 75 are flush with the step surface 12. The first bed side plate 10, the second bed side plate 20, the bed tail plate 30, the first partition plate 71, the second partition plate 72, the third partition plate 73, the fourth partition plate 74 and the fifth partition plate 75 can support the bed panel.
When the bed head 40 is connected with the first bed side plate 10, the bed head 40 and the first bed side plate 10 can be in direct mortise-tenon joint or indirect mortise-tenon joint; when the bed head 40 is connected to the second bed side plate 20, the bed head 40 and the second bed side plate 20 may be in a direct mortise-tenon joint or an indirect mortise-tenon joint.
In this embodiment, the bed head 40 is indirectly connected to the first bed side plate 10, and the bed head 40 is indirectly connected to the second bed side plate 20.
As shown in fig. 1, the mortise and tenon bed 100 further includes a first head connector 80 and a second head connector 90. One end of the bed head 40 and one end of the first bed side plate 10 are both used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first head connecting piece 80; the other end of the bed head 40 and one end of the second bed side plate 20 are all used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the second head connecting piece 90.
The first head connecting piece 80 can assemble the head 40 and the first bed side plate 10 together, and the second head connecting piece 90 can assemble the head 40 and the second bed side plate 20 together, so that the operation is simple and convenient.
Alternatively, the first head connector 80 and the second head connector 90 are each an elongated plate-like structure. After the first head connecting piece 80 is in mortise and tenon connection with the first bed side plate 10, the first head connecting piece 80 is coplanar with the first bed side plate 10, and the length direction line of the first head connecting piece 80 is perpendicular to the length direction line of the first bed side plate 10; after the second head connecting piece 90 is mortise-tenon connected with the second bed side plate 20, the second head connecting piece 90 is coplanar with the second bed side plate 20, and the length direction line of the second head connecting piece 90 is perpendicular to the length direction line of the second bed side plate 20. The first head connectors 80 are symmetrically distributed with the second head connectors 90.
Wherein, one end of the first bed side plate 10 is provided with a tenon-and-mortise protrusion, and the first head connecting piece 80 is provided with a tenon-and-mortise groove which runs through one end of the first bed side plate in the length direction and is used for being in tenon-and-mortise connection with the tenon-and-mortise protrusion on the first bed side plate 10; one end of the second bed side plate 20 is provided with a mortise and tenon protrusion, and the second head connecting piece 90 is provided with a mortise and tenon groove which runs through one end of the second bed side plate in the length direction and is used for being connected with the mortise and tenon protrusion on the second bed side plate 20.
Optionally, the headboard 40 includes a plurality of headboards, each having opposite ends for mortise and tenon connection with the first and second head connectors 80 and 90, respectively.
After the two opposite ends of each headboard are respectively in mortise and tenon connection with the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90, all headboards form the headboard 40, and the whole headboard 40 is of a split structure, so that the headboard 40 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled.
In other embodiments, the head 40 may have other configurations, such as a larger overall plate for the head 40.
Optionally, a part of all the headboards are the headboards 41, and opposite ends of each headboard 41 are respectively provided with a fifth tenon-and-mortise protrusion and a sixth tenon-and-mortise protrusion, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first head connecting member 80 is provided with a fifth tenon-and-mortise groove 81 for being in tenon-and-mortise connection with the fifth tenon-and-mortise protrusion, and the second head connecting member 90 is provided with a sixth tenon-and-mortise groove 91 for being in tenon-and-mortise connection with the sixth tenon-and-mortise protrusion.
The fifth mortise and tenon joint bulge of each bedside backup plate 41 is clamped in the fifth mortise and tenon joint groove 81 of the first head connecting piece 80, and after the sixth mortise and tenon joint bulge of each bedside backup plate 41 is clamped in the sixth mortise and tenon joint groove 91 of the second head connecting piece 90, all bedside backup plates 41 are approximately positioned in the same plane, so that a user can conveniently rely on the bedside backup plates.
The headboard 41 can be two, three, four, etc. Illustratively, there are three headrests 41.
The fifth mortise and tenon groove 81 is arranged along the length direction of the first head connecting piece 80, and the sixth mortise and tenon groove 91 is arranged along the length direction of the second head connecting piece 90.
Further, the fifth mortise and tenon slot 81 and the sixth mortise and tenon slot 91 are blind slots. The first head connecting piece 80 is provided with a first clamping groove 82 for clamping the fifth mortise and tenon protrusion of the head backup plate 41 on the uppermost side into the fifth mortise and tenon groove 81, and the arrangement direction of the first clamping groove 82 and the arrangement direction of the fifth mortise and tenon groove 81 form an included angle. The second head connecting piece 90 is provided with a second clamping groove 92 for clamping the sixth mortise and tenon protruding part of the head backup plate 41 located at the uppermost side into the sixth mortise and tenon groove 91, and the arrangement direction of the second clamping groove 92 and the arrangement direction of the sixth mortise and tenon groove 91 are arranged at an included angle.
During assembly, the fifth mortise and tenon joint bulge and the sixth mortise and tenon joint bulge of the bedside backup plate 41 except the uppermost side can be clamped into the fifth mortise and tenon joint groove 81 and the sixth mortise and tenon joint groove 91 respectively in an inclined manner; the fifth mortise and tenon protrusion and the sixth mortise and tenon protrusion of the uppermost bedside backup plate 41 can be firstly and respectively clamped into the first clamping groove 82 and the second clamping groove 92, and then the uppermost bedside backup plate 41 is integrally translated, so that the fifth mortise and tenon protrusion and the sixth mortise and tenon protrusion are respectively clamped into the fifth mortise and tenon groove 81 and the sixth mortise and tenon groove 91.
Wherein, first bank-in groove 82 arranges along the width direction of first head connecting piece 80, and the direction of arranging of first bank-in groove 82 is 90 degrees settings with the direction of arranging of fifth mortise-tenon groove 81 promptly, and the one end in first bank-in groove 82 link up the ascending one end of first head connecting piece 80 width direction, and the other end and the fifth mortise-tenon groove 81 intercommunication in first bank-in groove 82. The second draw-in groove 92 is arranged along the width direction of second head connecting piece 90, namely the arrangement direction of second draw-in groove 92 is 90 degrees with the arrangement direction of sixth mortise slot 91, the one end of second draw-in groove 92 runs through the one end on the width direction of second head connecting piece 90, and the other end of second draw-in groove 92 communicates with sixth mortise slot 91.
In this embodiment, the fifth mortise and tenon slot 81 and the sixth mortise and tenon slot 91 are blind slots, that is, both ends of the fifth mortise and tenon slot 81 do not penetrate through the end of the first head connecting member 80, and both ends of the sixth mortise and tenon slot 91 do not penetrate through the end of the second head connecting member 90. In other embodiments, the fifth mortise and tenon slot 81 and the sixth mortise and tenon slot 91 may have other structures, for example, one end of the fifth mortise and tenon slot 81 penetrates through the top end of the first head connecting member 80 in the length direction, and one end of the sixth mortise and tenon slot 91 penetrates through the top end of the second head connecting member 90 in the length direction. In this case, each of the headrests 41 may be snapped into the fifth mortise and tenon groove 81 and the sixth mortise and tenon groove 91 from the top ends of the first head connecting member 80 and the second head connecting member 90.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, two headboards among all headboards are the first headboard back plate 42 and the headboard limiting plate 43, respectively. The two opposite ends of the first bedside back plate 42 are respectively used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90, and the first bedside back plate 42 is abutted against the rear side of the bedside backup plate 41 at the uppermost side. The two opposite ends of the bedside limiting plate 43 are respectively used for mortise-tenon connection with the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90, the bedside limiting plate 43 abuts against the rear side of the first bedside back plate 42, so that the fifth mortise-tenon protrusion of the bedside backup plate 41 on the uppermost side is prevented from being clamped into the first clamping groove 82 from the fifth mortise-tenon groove 81, and the sixth mortise-tenon protrusion of the bedside backup plate 41 on the uppermost side is prevented from being clamped into the second clamping groove 92 from the sixth mortise-tenon groove 91.
After the two opposite ends of the first bedside backboard 42 are respectively in mortise and tenon connection with the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90, the first bedside backboard 42 can play a role in reinforcing the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90; after the two opposite ends of the bedside limiting plate 43 are respectively in mortise and tenon connection with the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90, the bedside limiting plate 43 can reinforce the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90. First head of a bed backplate 42 supports and leans on in the rear side of the head of a bed backup plate 41 of the top, and head of a bed limiting plate 43 supports and leans on in the rear side of first head of a bed backplate 42 to the fifth mortise protrusion of the head of a bed backup plate 41 of the prevention top is gone into first catch groove 82 from fifth mortise groove 81 card, and the sixth mortise groove 91 of the head of a bed backup plate 41 of the prevention top is gone into second catch groove 92 card, is about to restrict respectively in fifth mortise groove 81 and sixth mortise groove 91 the fifth mortise protrusion and the sixth mortise protrusion of the head of a bed backup plate 41 of the top.
The two ends of the first bedside back plate 42 are respectively provided with a seventh tenon-and-mortise protrusion and an eighth tenon-and-mortise protrusion, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first head connecting piece 80 is provided with a seventh tenon-and-mortise groove 83 for being matched with the seventh tenon-and-mortise protrusion, and the second head connecting piece 90 is provided with an eighth tenon-and-mortise groove 93 for being matched with the eighth tenon-and-mortise protrusion.
The seventh mortise and tenon groove 83 is arranged along the width direction of the first head connecting member 80, and the seventh mortise and tenon groove 83 penetrates through one end of the first head connecting member 80 in the width direction. The eighth mortise and tenon groove 93 is arranged along the width direction of the second head connecting member 90, and the eighth mortise and tenon groove 93 penetrates through one end of the second head connecting member 90 in the width direction.
The two ends of the head of bed limiting plate 43 are respectively provided with a ninth tenon-and-mortise protrusion and a tenth tenon-and-mortise protrusion, the first head connecting piece 80 is provided with a ninth tenon-and-mortise groove 84 used for being matched with the ninth tenon-and-mortise protrusion, and the second head connecting piece 90 is provided with a tenth tenon-and-mortise groove 94 used for being matched with the tenth tenon-and-mortise protrusion.
The ninth mortise and tenon groove 84 is arranged along the length direction of the first head connector 80, and the ninth mortise and tenon groove 84 penetrates through the top end of the first head connector 80 in the length direction. The tenth mortise and tenon groove 94 is arranged along the length direction of the second head connecting member 90, and the ninth mortise and tenon groove 84 penetrates the top end of the second head connecting member 90 in the length direction.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, one of all the headboards is a second headboard back plate 44, two opposite ends of the second headboard back plate 44 are respectively used for mortise-tenon connection with the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90, and the second headboard back plate 44 is used for abutting against the rear side of the lowest headboard backup plate 41.
After the two ends of the second bedside back plate 44 are respectively mortise-tenon connected with the first head connecting piece 80 and the second head connecting piece 90, the second bedside back plate 44 will abut against the rear side of the bedside backup plate 41 at the lowest side.
In addition, the bed head 40 further comprises a connecting plate 45, and two ends of the connecting plate 45 are respectively used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first bed head back plate 42 and the second bed head back plate 44.
After the two ends of the connecting plate 45 are respectively in mortise and tenon connection with the first bedside back plate 42 and the second bedside back plate 44, the connecting plate 45 can play a role in reinforcing the space between the first bedside back plate 42 and the second bedside back plate 44.
The connecting plate 45 may be one, two, three, etc.
The two ends of the second bedside back plate 44 are respectively provided with an eleventh tenon-and-mortise protrusion and a twelfth tenon-and-mortise protrusion, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first head connecting member 80 is provided with an eleventh tenon-and-mortise groove 85 for being matched with the eleventh tenon-and-mortise protrusion, and the second head connecting member 90 is provided with a twelfth tenon-and-mortise groove 95 for being matched with the twelfth tenon-and-mortise protrusion.
The eleventh mortise and tenon groove 85 is arranged along the width direction of the first head connecting member 80, and the eleventh mortise and tenon groove 85 penetrates through one end of the first head connecting member 80 in the width direction. The twelfth mortise and tenon groove 95 is arranged along the width direction of the second head connector 90, and the twelfth mortise and tenon groove 95 penetrates through one end of the second head connector 90 in the width direction.
In this embodiment, the cross sections of the mortise and tenon grooves and the mortise and tenon protrusions are dovetail-shaped. In other embodiments, the cross section of each mortise slot and each mortise projection may be other shapes, such as T-shaped.

1. A mortise and tenon bed is characterized by comprising:
a first bed side plate;
a second bed side plate;
the two opposite ends of the bed tail plate are respectively used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first bed side plate and the second bed side plate; and
and two opposite ends of the bed head are respectively used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first bed side plate and the second bed side plate.
2. The mortise and tenon bed of claim 1, further comprising:
one end of the bed tail plate and one end of the first bed side plate are both used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first tail connecting piece; and
and the other end of the bed tail plate and one end of the second bed side plate are both used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the second tail connecting piece.
3. The mortise and tenon joint bed according to claim 2, wherein the first tail connecting piece is provided with a first mortise and tenon joint groove and a second mortise and tenon joint groove which penetrate through two opposite ends of the first tail connecting piece, the bed tail plate is provided with a first mortise and tenon joint bulge which is used for forming mortise and tenon joint fit with the first mortise and tenon joint groove, and the first bed side plate is provided with a second mortise and tenon joint bulge which is used for forming mortise and tenon joint fit with the second mortise and tenon joint groove; and/or
The first bed side plate is provided with a first mortise and tenon joint groove and a second mortise and tenon joint groove, the first mortise and tenon joint groove and the second mortise and tenon joint groove are communicated with two opposite ends of the first bed side plate, the first bed side plate and the second bed side plate are provided with a first mortise and tenon joint groove and a second mortise and tenon joint.
4. A mortise and tenon joint bed according to claim 1, further comprising a partition frame;
the partition frame is used for defining a plurality of containing grids together with the first bed side plate, the second bed side plate and the bed tail plate.
5. The mortise and tenon work bed according to claim 4, wherein the partition frame comprises a plurality of first partition plates, and two opposite ends of each first partition plate are respectively used for mortise and tenon work connection with the first bed side plate and the second bed side plate.
6. The mortise and tenon bed of claim 1, further comprising:
one end of the bed head and one end of the first bed side plate are both used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first head connecting piece; and
and the other end of the bed head and one end of the second bed side plate are both used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the second head connecting piece.
7. A mortise and tenon joint bed according to claim 6 wherein the bed head comprises a plurality of headboards;
and the two opposite ends of each headboard are respectively used for being in mortise and tenon connection with the first head connecting piece and the second head connecting piece.
8. The mortise and tenon joint bed of claim 7, wherein the plurality of headboards comprises a plurality of headrests;
every head of a bed backup plate both ends relative are equipped with the protruding and the sixth tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches protruding respectively, first head connecting piece be equipped with be used for with the protruding tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches groove of the protruding tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches connection of fifth tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches, second head connecting piece be equipped with be used for with a sixth tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches groove of the protruding tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches connection of sixth tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches.
9. A mortise and tenon bed according to claim 8, wherein the fifth mortise and tenon groove and the sixth mortise and tenon groove are blind grooves;
the first head connecting piece is provided with a first clamping groove for clamping a fifth mortise and tenon protrusion of the head backup plate positioned at the uppermost side into the fifth mortise and tenon groove, and the arrangement direction of the first clamping groove and the arrangement direction of the fifth mortise and tenon groove form an included angle;
the first connecting piece of second is equipped with the protruding card of sixth tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches that supplies to be located the head of a bed backup plate of the top and goes into the second draw-in groove in sixth tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches groove, the direction of arranging in second draw-in groove with the direction of arranging in sixth tenon fourth of twelve earthly branches groove is the contained angle setting.
10. The mortise and tenon joint bed according to claim 9, wherein the plurality of headboards further comprises a first headboard back board and a headboard limiting board;
