B. a first layer of wrapping: the core material to be wrapped is led into a tension shaft 25 of the first wrapping unit through a first wire inlet guide wheel 16 of the first wrapping unit, passes through the tension shaft 25 and then enters a first wrapping tube 6, and the coated strip material on the tension disc 33 is led through a steering guide wheel 32 and a wrapping guide wheel 81, then enters the first wrapping tube 6 through a threading groove and is wrapped on the core material; starting a tension shaft motor 21 and a main shaft motor 26 of the first wrapping unit, enabling the tension shaft motor 21 to drive a tension shaft 25 and a tension disc 33 to rotate, enabling the main shaft motor 26 to drive a main shaft 34, a wrapping outer frame body 31 and a first wrapping pipe 6 to rotate, and achieving wrapping of a wrapping strip material on a core material to obtain an intermediate wire material;
C. the second layer is around the package: leading out an intermediate wire from a first wire passing pipe 9 of a first wrapping unit, sequentially leading the intermediate wire into a first steering guide wheel 91, a second steering guide wheel 92, a second threading pipe 93 and a third steering guide wheel 94, leading the intermediate wire led out by the third steering guide wheel 94 into a tension shaft of a second wrapping unit, leading the intermediate wire into a second wrapping unit after passing through the tension shaft, leading the intermediate wire into a second wrapping pipe 86, leading a coated strip on a tension disc through the steering guide wheel and the wrapping guide wheel, then leading the coated strip into the second wrapping pipe 86 through a threading groove, wrapping the intermediate wire, starting a tension shaft motor and a spindle motor of the second wrapping unit, enabling the tension shaft motor to drive the tension shaft and the tension disc to rotate, and enabling the spindle motor to drive the spindle, the wrapping outer frame body and the second wrapping pipe 86 to rotate, so as to achieve wrapping of the intermediate wire by the coated strip to obtain a secondary intermediate wire;
D. the third layer is wrapped: leading out a secondary intermediate wire from a second wire passing pipe 89 of the second wrapping unit, sequentially leading the secondary intermediate wire into a fourth steering guide wheel 95, a fifth steering guide wheel 96, a second threading pipe 97 and a sixth steering guide wheel 98, leading the secondary intermediate wire led out by the sixth steering guide wheel 98 into a tension shaft of the third wrapping unit, leading the secondary intermediate wire into a third wrapping unit after passing through the tension shaft, and then into a third wrapping pipe 60, leading a wrapping belt material on a tension disc through the steering guide wheel and a wrapping belt guide wheel, then leading the wrapping belt material into the third wrapping pipe 60 through a threading groove, wrapping the wrapping belt material on the secondary intermediate wire, starting a tension shaft motor and a main shaft motor of the third wrapping unit, enabling the tension shaft motor to drive the tension shaft and the tension disc to rotate, and enabling the main shaft motor to drive the main shaft, the wrapping outer frame body and the third wrapping pipe 60 to rotate, so that the wrapping belt material on the secondary intermediate wire is;
E. the cable penetrates through a third wrapping pipe 60 of the third wrapping unit and then enters a third wire passing pipe 90, penetrates through the third wire passing pipe 90 and then enters an inner concave flat groove 45 of the first traction guide wheel 41, is led out from the inner concave flat groove 45 and then enters a first inner concave groove of the second traction guide wheel 42, is led out from the first inner concave groove, then turns back and enters the inner concave flat groove 45 again, is led out from the inner concave flat groove 45 and then enters a second inner concave groove of the second traction guide wheel 42, is led out from the second inner concave groove and then turns back and enters the inner concave flat groove 45 again, is led out from the inner concave flat groove 45 and then enters a third inner concave groove of the second traction guide wheel 42, is led out from the third inner concave groove and then enters a wire collecting roller, and is arranged side by side on the inner concave grooves 45, so that the cable is wound on the first traction guide wheel 41 and the second traction guide wheel 42 for three times;
F. the cylinder 51 is contracted, so that the front end of the gland 52 is pulled down, and the belt 53 enters the inner concave flat groove 45 and is tightly attached to the cable; starting the traction motor 43 to rotate the first traction guide wheel 41, so as to realize the traction of the cable;
G. after the wrapping belt materials on the tension disc 33 of the first wrapping unit, the second wrapping unit or the third wrapping unit are used up, the tension shaft motor 21, the main shaft motor 26 and the traction motor 43 stop, and the air cylinder 51 contracts to enable the belt 53 to compress the cable to stop wrapping; and (3) unloading the corresponding first guide roller frame 8, or the second guide roller frame 88, or the third guide roller frame 80, placing the whole roll of the coating strip prestored on the corresponding first tape roll storage frame 7, the second tape roll storage frame 87, or the third tape roll storage frame 70 on the corresponding tension disc 33, guiding the coating strip on the tension disc 33 through the corresponding steering guide wheel 32 and the tape guide wheel 81, then entering the corresponding first tape wrapping pipe 6, or the second tape wrapping pipe 86, or the third tape wrapping pipe 60 from the threading groove, wrapping the core material, starting the tension shaft motor 21, the spindle motor 26, and the traction motor 43, and extending the cylinder 51 to enable the belt 53 to be tightly attached to the cable, and continuing wrapping.
