Claims (10)
1. A descaling apparatus for a power plant condenser, comprising:
a cooling water pipe (1);
a fixed ring (2); and
a mounting cover (3);
the cooling water pipe comprises a cooling water pipe (1), a fixing ring (2) is inserted into the cooling water pipe (1), the middle parts of the periphery of the fixing ring (2) are fixedly connected with a first electromagnet (21) through bolts, the edges of two sides of the fixing ring (2) are fixedly connected with descaling devices (22) through bolts, and the inner wall of each descaling device (22) is fixedly connected with a descaling ring (23) through bolts;
the cooling water pipe is characterized in that an installation cover (3) is sleeved on the periphery of the cooling water pipe (1), grooves (38) are formed in the middle of the periphery of the inner wall of the installation cover (3), and second electromagnets (39) are fixedly connected to the inner wall of each groove (38) through bolts.
2. The descaling device for a power plant condenser according to claim 1, wherein: the cooling water pipe (1) further comprises:
a rack (12);
the cooling water pipe is characterized in that guide rods (11) are fixedly connected to the periphery of two sides of the periphery of the cooling water pipe (1) close to the edges of the periphery of the cooling water pipe through bolts, and racks (12) are fixedly connected to one side of each guide rod (11) through bolts.
3. The descaling device for power plant condensers according to claim 2, wherein: the mounting cover (3) further comprises:
a guide hole (31);
wherein, mounting cover (3) all have seted up guiding hole (31) near the edge all around, guiding hole (31) with guide bar (11) cup joint, guide bar (11) are used for as the spacing guider of mounting cover (3).
4. A power plant condenser scale removal apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the mounting cover (3) further comprises:
a gear (37);
the mounting cover is characterized in that cavities (35) are formed in the periphery of the mounting cover (3) and are close to the guide holes (31), a motor (36) is fixedly connected to the middle of one side of the inner wall of each cavity (35) through a bolt, a power output end of the motor (36) is fixedly connected with a gear (37) through a bolt and a clamping piece, and one end of the gear (37) penetrates through the mounting cover (3) and is inserted into the guide holes (31);
wherein the gear (37) is engaged with the rack (12).

The descaling device for power plant condensers as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the locating groove is formed in the peripheral installation cover (3) of the gear (37), the locating groove is used as a limiting device of the gear (37), the locating groove is communicated with the cavity (35), and a waterproof bearing is embedded in the peripheral installation cover (3) of the power output end of the motor (36).
6. The descaling device for power plant condensers according to claim 5, wherein: the mounting cover (3) further comprises:
a control module (33);
a cavity (32) is formed in the mounting cover (3) between the cavity (35) and the groove (38), and a control module (33) is fixedly connected to the middle of one side of the inner wall of the cavity (32) through a bolt;
the output end of the control module (33) is in electric signal connection with the first electromagnet (21), the second electromagnet (39) and the input end of the motor (36), and the control module (33) is in electric signal connection with an external terminal.
7. The descaling device for power plant condensers as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the control module (33) is peripheral the cavity (32) inner wall has protection casing (34) through bolt fixed connection, protection casing (34) are used for as control module (33)'s protection device.
8. The descaling device for power plant condensers as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the mounting cover (3) further comprises:
a positioning sensor (41);
the periphery of the two sides of the mounting cover (3) close to the edges are fixedly connected with a fixing frame (4) through bolts, and the middle part of the fixing frame (4) is fixedly connected with a positioning sensor (41) through bolts;
positioning blocks (24) are inserted in the middle of the periphery of the descaling device (22), and the axial line of each positioning block (24) and the axial line of each positioning sensor (41) are positioned on the same straight line;
the output end of the positioning sensor (41) is in electric signal connection with the input end of the control module (33).
9. The descaling device for a power plant condenser according to claim 8, wherein: the fixing frame (4) further comprises:
a pad (43);

The descaling device for power plant condensers as claimed in claim 4, wherein: installation cover (3) are the annular, solid fixed ring (2) are the annular, condenser tube (1) is the I shape, installation cover (3) are through guide bar (11) and condenser tube (1) sliding connection, first electro-magnet (21) are connected with second electro-magnet (39) absorption, first electro-magnet (21) are used for as solid fixed ring (2) drive arrangement in condenser tube (1) with second electro-magnet (39), motor (36) are used for as installation cover (3) through gear (37) and rack (12) the power drive arrangement who moves on condenser tube (1).
