Referring to fig. 1-8, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a pre-tightened type tire with bent plates, which includes a rim 2, wherein 4 mounting grooves 35 are axially formed on the outer circumferential surface of the rim 2, a plurality of S-shaped wheel pieces 1 made of elastic plate materials are fixed on the outer circumferential surface of the rim 2 through fasteners, each wheel piece 1 forms a wheel piece set by externally fixing an endless belt 4, the outside of the endless belt 4 is coated with a base rubber 6, and steel wool 5 is adhered to the position of a heat dissipation hole, and then a steel wire mesh layer is wrapped, and a shaping rubber 8 is coated after the steel wire mesh layer is wound with a steel wire cord 7, and a tread rubber 9 is adhered to the outside of the shaping rubber 8, so as to form a tire tread; the tyre is in a substantially pre-tensioned state in use.
The girdle 4 is made of elastic plates, and the girdle 4 is respectively provided with a riveting hole and a heat dissipation hole.
The wheel sheet is divided into a mounting section 12, a neck bend 13, a straight section 14, a shoulder bend 15 and a working section 16, the mounting section 12 is fixed with a radial through hole 34 on the outer ring surface of a rim in an overcut manner by being provided with a mounting hole 18 and a tensioning hole 17, the tensioning hole 17 is in an oblong shape, the neck bend 13 of the wheel sheet is in an arc with a smaller radius, and the shoulder bend 15 of the wheel sheet is in an arc with an equal or larger radius; under the pre-tightening state, the working section of each wheel sheet 1 is enveloped with a circular ring surface at the periphery of the wheel.
Furthermore, a groove is formed in the middle of the working section 16 of the wheel sheet 1 to form two or more sub-toes 20, the outer edges of the sub-toes 20 at two sides adopt a web-shaped widening 19 structure, and the tail end of each sub-toe 20 close to the working section 16 is respectively provided with a fixing hole 22 correspondingly riveted with the annular belt riveting hole and a hollow hole 21 opposite to the annular belt 4 heat dissipation hole for heat dissipation.
And compression springs or rubber blocks are additionally arranged on the inner sides of the neck bend 13 and the shoulder bend 15 of the wheel sheet 1.
When the tread rubber 9 is manufactured, a steel wire framework 10 is arranged inside the tread rubber 9, and the convex part of the steel wire framework 10 corresponds to the convex part of the tread rubber pattern block.
The pre-tightening type bent plate tire is manufactured by the following method:
1) inserting the tail end of the working section 16 of the wheel sheet 1 with the manufactured guide arc into the mounting box 25, positioning the positioning hole 39 on the positioning pin 23 of the mounting box, applying pressure to the working section 16 from the wheel sheet mounting section 12, fully pre-tightening the wheel sheet, compressing and bending the wheel sheet into an S shape, and inserting the safety pin 24; fixing the fixing holes 22 and the riveting holes on the ring belt by rivets at the working sections 16 of the wheel sheets, after the wheel sheets of the whole wheel sheet group are all connected to the ring belt, expanding the inner cavity circular ring surface enveloped by the mounting sections 16 of the wheel sheets by using a support rod 27 in the tire spreader, putting the inner cavity circular ring surface on the tire seat, loosening the tire spreader, penetrating the mounting holes 18 and 17 of the wheel sheets and the radial through holes 30 on the tire seat by using fasteners, pulling out the safety pins 24 after fastening, removing the mounting boxes 25, and finishing the manufacturing of the pre-tightened wheel sheet group;
2) in the attached figure 2, primer 6 is coated on two radial sides of the outer surface of a tire ring belt 4 provided with a wheel sheet set, steel wool 5 is adhered to the edge part of a heat dissipation hole in the middle of the ring belt, and the steel wool 5 is filled on the surface of the whole heat dissipation hole; a layer of steel wire mesh is tightly wrapped outside the bottom glue 6 and the steel wool 5; then transversely winding steel wire cords 7 on the working sections 16 of the wheel sheets, the ring belts 4 and the outer parts of the steel wire meshes; dipping, spraying or brushing the part for winding the steel cord 7 with mucilage, and coating a layer of shaping glue 8 on the outer surface of the steel cord 7; after the shaping rubber 8 is trimmed and polished, strip-shaped or annular tread rubber 9 is coated or adhered on the outer surface of the shaping rubber 8, and the rubber layers are vulcanized respectively or together, so that the tire tread is manufactured.
The pre-tightened plate bending tire can be manufactured by a second method which comprises the following steps:
1) firstly, riveting working sections 16 of each wheel piece of a group of wheel pieces to riveting holes of the ring belt 4 respectively, fixing the ring belt 4, arranging a cylinder adaptive to the bending radian of the shoulder bend at a preset position of the shoulder bend 15 of each wheel piece, clamping straight sections 14 of each wheel piece by a mechanical arm clamping plate, and bending the straight sections 180 degrees anticlockwise around the cylinder, thereby folding the shoulder bend 15 of each wheel piece; then arranging a neck bending cylinder at the preset neck bending 13 position of each wheel piece, clamping each wheel piece mounting section 12 by a mechanical hand clamping plate, bending the wheel pieces around the neck bending cylinder by 180 degrees clockwise, and bending the neck bending 13 of each wheel piece; finally, placing the tire seat in a circular space enveloped by the mounting section of each wheel piece, loosening the mechanical arm clamping plate after mounting the fastener, removing the neck-bent cylinder and the shoulder-bent cylinder, and finishing the manufacture of the wheel piece group;
when the pre-tightened bent plate tire is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic plates, the process can be completed by a third method:
selecting strip-shaped glass fiber mesh cloth as a base material, using a spring steel wire or a spring steel band as a framework, increasing the strength and elasticity of a finished product, and slightly curing after the whole is coated with resin, namely winding the glass fiber band in the transverse direction of the prefabricated member; when the tire is not completely cured, a tensioning hole, a mounting hole, a neck bend, a shoulder bend and a guide arc of the working section of the wheel sheet are made, and toe separation of the working section is carried out; then, after the resin is completely cured, the wheel sheet is pre-tightened and bent into an S shape by adopting the mounting box method or the mechanical method; then, the extending part of the working section of each wheel sheet surrounds the whole set of wheel sheets, resin is coated, and then the glass ribbon is transversely wound again to form a peripheral annular belt 4 of the wheel sheet set; when the resin of the ring belt is not completely cured, all the heat dissipation holes on the ring belt are made; after the resin is completely cured, bottom glue is pasted on two circumferential sides of the outer surface of the ring belt 4, and steel wool is pasted in the middle; and then transversely winding steel cords or glass ribbons, and then coating shaping rubber and adhering tread rubber in the same process as the steel plate tire.
When the utility model is used for mounting the tire, each support rod 27 of the tire supporting device is inserted into the mounting groove 31 of the tire seat to support the ring surface enveloped by each wheel piece mounting section 12, so that the diameter of the ring surface is larger than the diameter of the outer ring surface of the tire seat, and the tire is taken out from the tire seat; continuously expanding the support rods to enable the diameter of a circular ring surface enveloped by each wheel sheet installation section to be larger than the diameter of an outer circular ring surface of the rim 2 to be installed, enabling the support rods 27 of the tire expander to be inserted into the installation grooves 35 of the rim to be installed, contracting the support rods 27, enabling the installation holes 18 of the wheel sheets to be aligned to the radial through holes 34 of the rim to be installed, enabling the installation sections 12 of the wheel sheets to be tightly attached to the outer circular ring surface of the rim to be installed, and installing fasteners; when removing the tire, the tire can be removed from the rim by the tire spreader in the reverse order.
