If it is desired to move the mounting 1 downwards, the second screw member 8 may be first rotated and the second screw member 8 moved upwards, so that the second screw member 8 is separated from the base 2. Then the first screw member 7 is rotated to make the mounting base 2 move downwards along with the first screw member 7 until the second screw member 8 abuts against the end surface of the base 2. During the adjustment, the mounting base 1 and the base 2 are always in a connected state, and only the first threaded member 7 and the second threaded member 8 need to be operated in the first direction.
