Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a camera component 10, a camera (not shown) and a security monitoring system (not shown). The security monitoring system comprises a camera.
A security monitoring system (VSCS for short) refers to an electronic system or a network which utilizes a video detection technology, monitors a fortification area, and displays and records field images in real time. The camera is used as an important component of the security monitoring system and is mainly used for acquiring images in a defense area in real time and transmitting the acquired images to a server of the security monitoring system for processing.
Wherein the camera comprises a camera component 10. The camera can be used independently as a shooting device, and can also be applied to a security monitoring system or other systems needing to acquire image information. In this embodiment, the camera is mainly applied to a security monitoring system as an example for explanation.
Referring to fig. 2, the camera assembly 10 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a base 100, a connecting sleeve 200, a combination cable 400 and a waterproof assembly 500. Referring to fig. 3, the base 100 is provided with a mounting hole 110. In a security monitoring system, the base 100 is mounted on an object in a secured area, such as a wall, a roof, a lamp pole, etc. Therefore, the camera composed of the camera component 10 can be installed in a fortification area of a security monitoring system through the base 100 so as to finish the acquisition work of image information in the fortification area.
Referring to fig. 4, the connection sleeve 200 is inserted into the installation through hole 110. The connecting sleeve 200 is provided with a wire hole 250 along the axial direction. The connecting sleeve 200 is a hollow structure and mainly plays a role in connection and protection. In the present embodiment, the connecting sleeve 200 is made of plastic. The plastic has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, good insulating property and the like, so the connecting sleeve 200 made of the plastic has longer service life.
It is understood that in other embodiments, the connection sleeve 200 may also be made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, etc., as long as the connection and protection functions of the connection sleeve 200 can be achieved.
Referring to fig. 2 again, in the present embodiment, the connection sleeve 200 includes a left shell 210 and a right shell 220 disposed oppositely. The left casing 210 and the right casing 220 are connected to each other to form a connecting sleeve 200 having a hollow structure. Therefore, the connecting sleeve 200 is arranged into the left seat 121 and the right shell 220, so that the assembly condition inside the connecting sleeve 200 can be observed conveniently in the assembly process, and the assembly of the camera component 10 is simpler.
Further, the camera module 10 further includes a body 30. The main body 300 is a core component of the camera and is mainly used for processing image information collected through the lens, so the lens is usually installed on the main body 300 and is used for collecting image optical signals. The body 300 is installed at one end of the connection sleeve 200 far from the base 100. The body 300 is rotatable with respect to the connection sleeve 200 about a rotation axis (not shown) perpendicular to the axis of the connection sleeve 200.
Referring to fig. 1 again, the connecting sleeve 200 drives the body 300 to rotate around the axis of the connecting sleeve 200, and the body 300 rotates around a rotating shaft perpendicular to the axis of the connecting sleeve 200. In order to capture an image of a wider range or better shooting angle of view when the camera is in use, the shooting angle of the main body 300 needs to be adjusted. The camera body 300 rotates around the rotating shaft and/or the connecting sleeve 200 drives the camera body 300 to rotate around the axis of the connecting sleeve 200, so that the shooting angle of the camera component 10 can be adjusted. Specifically, the body 300 rotates around the rotation shaft to adjust the shooting angle of the camera component 10 in the first direction 20, and the connection sleeve 200 drives the body 100 to rotate around the axis of the connection sleeve 200 to adjust the shooting angle of the camera component 10 in the second direction 30. When the axis of the connecting sleeve 200 is parallel to the ground, the first direction 20 is a vertical direction, and the second direction 30 is a circumferential direction of the connecting sleeve 200.
The combination cable 400 is sequentially inserted through the installation through hole 110 and the wire hole 250. The combination cable 400 is mainly used to transmit image information collected by the camera. In the security monitoring system, image information collected by the camera is transmitted to the processor for processing through the combined cable 400.
Specifically, an end of the combination cable 400 away from the base 100 passes through the body 300. Thus, the combination cable 400 can transmit image information collected by the body.
Referring to fig. 5, the waterproof assembly 500 includes an elastic waterproof rubber ring 520, a sealing rubber body 110, and a shaft sealing member 530. The elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is sleeved on the combination cable 400 and is in sealing contact with the combination cable 400. The elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is fixed and sealed with the hole wall of the wiring hole 250.
The elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 mainly plays a role of waterproof sealing and has elastic deformation characteristics. When the camera needs to adjust the shooting angle, the combined cable 400 is pulled and is made to stretch relative to the connecting sleeve 200, and at the moment, the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 also stretches elastically, so that the probability of relative movement between the combined cable 400 and the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is reduced, and the combined cable 400 and the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 are kept in good sealing contact. Specifically, the main body 300 pulls the combination cable 400 to telescope with respect to the connection sleeve 200 to adjust the photographing angle of the main body. Therefore, the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 can effectively prevent water entering the connection sleeve 200 from entering the base 100 through the connection between the combination cable 400 and the connection sleeve 200.
Therefore, the provision of the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 in the waterproof assembly 500 can effectively improve the waterproof effect of the camera component 10, whether the combination cable is pulled to adjust the shooting angle of the camera or during the normal use of the camera.
Referring to fig. 6, the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 includes an elastic sleeve 521 and an elastic limiting ring 522 disposed along the circumference of the elastic sleeve 521 and protruding out of the outer surface of the elastic sleeve 521. The inner wall of the wire hole 250 is formed with a limiting step 230, and the elastic limiting ring 522 is fixed and sealed in the limiting step 230.
The elastic limit ring 522 is fixed and sealed in the limit step 230, so that the contact area between the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 and the connecting sleeve 200 can be increased, and the waterproof effect between the base 300 and the connecting sleeve 200 is better. When the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is installed on the connecting sleeve 200, the elastic limit ring 522 can be quickly abutted against the limit step 230 and fixed on the limit step 230 without searching the installation position of the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 on the connecting sleeve 200 deliberately. Therefore, the elastic limit ring 522 and the limit step 230 are arranged, so that the assembly of the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 to the connecting sleeve 200 is more convenient.
Further, in the present embodiment, the elastic sleeve 521 includes an absorption portion 5211 and waterproof portions 5212 provided at both ends of the absorption portion 5211. The inner diameter of the adsorption part 5211 is larger than the inner diameter of the waterproof part 5212. The waterproof portion 5212 is in sealing contact with the outer surface of the combination cable 400.
Thus, the waterproof portion 5212 mainly plays a role of sealing and waterproofing, so the waterproof portion 5212 is provided to prevent water from entering the base 100 from the connection between the combination cable 400 and the connection sleeve 200. Because the inner diameter of the absorption portion 5211 is greater than the inner diameter of the waterproof portion 5212, when the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is sleeved on the combination cable and the waterproof portion 5212 is in sealing contact with the combination cable 400, a vacuum absorption cavity is formed between the absorption portion 5211 and the outer surface of the combination cable 400, and vacuum absorption is formed between the absorption portion 5211 and the combination cable 400 due to the formation of the vacuum absorption cavity, so that the connection between the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 and the combination cable 400 is firmer, the probability of relative movement between the combination cable 400 and the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 when the body 300 rotates around the axis of the connection sleeve 200 to adjust the shooting angle is further reduced, and the waterproof sealing performance between the combination cable 400 and the connection sleeve 200 is further improved. Therefore, the elastic sleeve 521 is provided with the adsorption portion 5211 and the waterproof portion 5212, and the waterproof effect of the camera is further improved.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5 again, in the present embodiment, the limiting step 230 is disposed at the edge of the wire hole 250. The waterproof assembly 500 further comprises a rubber ring gland 550 mounted at an end of the connection sleeve 200 far away from the body 300. The elastic retainer ring 522 is clamped between the rubber ring gland 550 and the inner wall of the retaining step 230. Therefore, when the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is installed, the elastic limiting ring 522 is accommodated in the limiting step 230 and pressed by the rubber ring pressing cover 550 only by sleeving the elastic sleeve 521 on the combined cable 400. Therefore, the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is more conveniently mounted due to the rubber ring gland 550.
Further, in the present embodiment, the two opposite sides of the elastic limiting ring 522 are respectively provided with a limiting protrusion 5221. The limit protrusion 5221 is disposed along the circumferential direction of the elastic sleeve 521. Specifically, the elastic limit ring 522 disposed toward the body 100 abuts against the inner wall of the limit step 230, and the elastic limit ring 522 disposed away from the body 300 abuts against the rubber ring gland 550. Therefore, the arrangement of the limiting protrusion 5221 can increase the friction force between the elastic limiting ring 522 and the inner wall of the annular groove and between the elastic limiting ring 522 and the rubber ring gland 550, so that the connection between the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 and the connection sleeve 200 is more stable. Further, a plurality of limiting protrusions 5221 are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the elastic limiting ring 522. In this embodiment, there are two retaining protrusions 5221 on each side of the resilient retaining ring 522.
Referring to fig. 6 again, in the present embodiment, a waterproof protrusion 5213 is disposed on an inner wall of the elastic sleeve 521, and the waterproof protrusion 5213 is disposed along a circumferential direction of the elastic sleeve 521. When the elastic sleeve 521 is sleeved on the combination cable 400, the waterproof protrusion 1512 is pressed on the combination cable 400, so that the installation effect between the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 and the combination cable 400 is better, and the sealing effect and the waterproof effect between the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 and the combination cable 400 are better. Specifically, the waterproof protrusion 5212 is disposed on the inner wall of the elastic sleeve 521.
In this embodiment, the waterproof assembly 500 further includes a sealant 510. The sealant 510 is filled in the connection portion of the combination cable and the body 300 along the circumferential direction of the combination cable 400. The sealant 510 is a waterproof sealing structure formed at the connection position of the combination cable 400 and the body 100 by means of dispensing. Therefore, the sealing compound 510 effectively prevents water from entering the body 300 from the connection between the combination cable 400 and the connection sleeve 200.
Further, in the present embodiment, the base 100 is formed with a sealing groove 120. The seal groove 120 is provided along the circumferential direction of the mounting through-hole 110 and communicates with the mounting through-hole 110. The waterproof assembly 500 further includes a shaft seal 530 in the form of a ring. The shaft sealing member 530 is sleeved on the connection sleeve 200 and sealed between the connection sleeve 200 and the inner wall of the sealing groove 120.
When the connection sleeve 200 is rotated around the axis of the connection sleeve 200 to adjust the photographing angle in the second direction 30, effective sealing contact can be maintained between the connection sleeve 200 and the shaft seal 530 and between the base 100 and the shaft seal 530. Therefore, the shaft seal 530 is provided to effectively prevent external water from entering the base 100 from the connection between the connection sleeve 200 and the base 100.
Further, in the present embodiment, the shaft seal 530 is an oil seal. The oil seal may be used as a dynamic seal or a static seal, and in this embodiment the oil seal is used as a dynamic seal. The oil seal has the advantages of good sealing function, long service life, easy disassembly, light weight and the like. Therefore, the shaft sealing member 530 is configured as an oil seal, so that the waterproof sealing effect between the connection sleeve 200 and the base 100 is better, and meanwhile, the shaft sealing member 530 also has the advantages of long service life, light weight and easiness in disassembly.
Further, in this embodiment, the waterproof assembly 500 further includes a pressing sleeve 540 mounted on the base 100. The shaft seal 530 is pressed against the inner wall of the seal groove 120 by the pressing sleeve 540. Therefore, the pressing sleeve 540 not only facilitates the installation of the shaft seal 530, but also secures the connection between the shaft seal 530 and the base 100.
Referring again to fig. 2 to 5, further, in the present embodiment, the camera component 10 further includes a bearing 600. The connection sleeve 200 is rotatably inserted into the installation through hole 110 through a bearing 600. The bearing 600 is located on the side of the shaft seal 530 remote from the fuselage 300. The main function of the bearing 600 is to support the mechanical rotating body, reduce the friction coefficient during the movement, and ensure the rotation precision. Therefore, the bearing 600 is arranged, so that the connecting sleeve 200 and the base 100 have higher rotation precision, and the shooting angle of the camera is adjusted with higher precision.
Referring to fig. 7, a first abutting portion 551 and a second abutting portion 552 are further disposed on the rubber ring gland 550, and the first abutting portion 551 and the second abutting portion 552 are disposed along a circumferential direction of the rubber ring gland 550. The first abutting portion 551 abuts against the elastic limiting ring 522, and the second abutting portion 552 abuts against the bearing 600. Therefore, the first abutting portion 551 and the second abutting portion 552 are disposed, so that the rubber ring gland 550 can limit the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 and the bearing 600 at the same time. Therefore, the first abutting portion 551 and the second abutting portion 552 are disposed, so that the rubber ring gland 550 has a better effect of limiting the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 and the bearing.
Referring again to fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the camera component 10 further includes an adaptor 700. The body 100 is connected to the connection sleeve 200 through the adaptor 700. The adaptor 700 is rotatable relative to the connection sleeve 200 about the axis of the connection sleeve 200. Therefore, when the shooting angle of the camera component 10 needs to be adjusted, the adaptor 700 can drive the body 100 to rotate around the axis of the connecting sleeve 200 relative to the connecting sleeve 200. The adapter 700 can reduce the difficulty of assembling the fuselage 100 and the connecting sleeve 200.
Referring again to fig. 2, further, in the present embodiment, the camera component 10 further includes a threaded adjusting member 800. A threaded hole (not shown) is formed at an end of the adaptor 700 away from the body 100. The connecting sleeve 200 is provided with a mounting hole (not shown) at a position opposite to the threaded hole. The screw adjusting member 800 is inserted into the mounting hole and screwed with the connecting hole. Specifically, the axis of the threaded adjusting member 800 coincides with the axis of the rotating shaft.
When the adaptor 700 and the connecting sleeve 200 need to be assembled, only one end of the adaptor 700, which is far away from the body 100, needs to be accommodated in the connecting sleeve 200, and the threaded adjusting member 800 passes through the mounting hole and is screwed with the threaded hole. Therefore, the screw adjustment member 800 is provided, so that the assembly of the adaptor member 700 with the connection sleeve 200 is simpler. In this embodiment, the threaded adjusting member 800 is a bolt.
When the camera needs to adjust the shooting angle in the first direction 20, the screw thread adjusting member 800 needs to be unscrewed, and then the body 300 rotates around two rotating shafts relative to the connecting sleeve 200; when the angle adjustment is finished or the angle adjustment is not needed, the relative position between the body 300 and the connecting sleeve 200 can be limited only by screwing the screw thread adjusting piece 800. Therefore, the arrangement of the screw adjustment member 800 makes the use of the camera more convenient.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4 again, in the present embodiment, the base 100 is provided with a mounting groove 130 along the circumferential direction of the mounting through hole 110. One end of the connecting sleeve 200 away from the body 300 is provided with a connecting part 240. The connecting portion 240 is slidably received in the mounting groove 130 along a circumferential direction of the mounting through hole 110. Therefore, when the connection sleeve 200 rotates around the rotation axis relative to the base 100, the connection part 240 forms a rotation support for the installation groove 130 of the base 100, so the connection part 240 and the installation groove 130 are arranged, so that the rotation of the connection sleeve 200 relative to the base 100 is more stable.
Further, in the present embodiment, the camera part 10 further includes a fastening adjuster 900. The side wall of the mounting groove 130 is opened with a mounting hole 131. The fastening adjuster 900 is mounted in the mounting hole 131 and can abut against the connecting portion 240.
Therefore, when the camera needs to adjust the shooting angle in the second direction 30, the fastening adjusting member 900 needs to be adjusted first, so that the fastening adjusting member 900 is far away from the connecting portion 240, and then the connecting sleeve 200 rotates around the axis of the connecting sleeve 200 relative to the base 100; when the shooting angle is adjusted or the angle does not need to be adjusted, the relative position between the connecting sleeve 200 and the base 100 can be limited only by adjusting the fastening adjusting piece 900 and enabling the fastening adjusting piece 900 to be abutted to the connecting part 240. Accordingly, the provision of the fastening adjuster 900 makes the use of the camera more convenient. Specifically, in this embodiment, the fastening adjuster 900 is a bolt.
The camera unit 10, the camera, and the security monitoring system are configured such that the camera unit 10 constitutes the camera. When the camera is used, the shooting angle is adjusted according to actual conditions, at the moment, the combined cable 400 is pulled and is made to stretch relative to the connecting sleeve 200, and the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 also stretches elastically under the pulling of the combined cable 400, so that the probability that the combined cable 400 moves relative to the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 is reduced, and the combined cable 400 is in good sealing contact with the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520. Therefore, the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 can effectively prevent water from entering the base 100 from the connection part of the connecting sleeve 200 and the combination cable 400 and the connection part of the connecting sleeve 200 and the base 100. Therefore, the elastic waterproof rubber ring 520 in the waterproof assembly 500 is arranged, so that the camera component 10 has a good waterproof effect, and the waterproof effect of the camera and the security monitoring system is better.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
