a load switch: comprises a load switch shaft driving the load switch to be switched on and off,
an isolating switch: comprises an isolation knife and an isolation shaft driving the isolation knife to act;
a grounding switch: comprises a grounding knife and a grounding shaft for driving the grounding knife to act;
an operating mechanism: the isolation grounding operation shaft is in transmission connection with the grounding shaft and the isolation shaft so as to drive the isolation shaft and the grounding shaft to act; the load switch operating shaft is in transmission connection with the load switch shaft so as to drive the load switch shaft to act;
the operating mechanism is characterized by further comprising a load switch operating hole stop lever hinged on the operating panel, the load switch operating hole stop lever is in transmission connection with a transmission rod which is arranged on the operating panel in a guiding and sliding mode, and an isolation grounding shaft pushing piece used for pushing the transmission rod to enable the load switch operating hole stop lever to shield the load switch operating hole when the isolation brake-separating and grounding switch-on are fixedly arranged on the isolation grounding operating shaft;
the operating mechanism comprises an elastic piece which is used for acting on a load switch operating hole blocking rod to enable the load switch operating hole blocking rod to release the blocking of the load switch operating hole;
the operating mechanism also comprises an isolation grounding operating hole stop lever which is movably assembled on the operating panel and driven by the operating shaft of the load switch, and shields the isolation grounding operating hole under the action of the operating shaft of the load switch when the load switch is switched on.
