after the sewage is roughly filtered for the first time through the through hole 71 of the sealing cover 70, the sewage enters the filter cartridge 20, and then, after passing through the first filtering hole 21 of the filter cartridge 20, the sewage is filtered for the second time, so that the probability that the water inlet 51 is blocked by impurities is reduced.
Preferably, the upper end of the filter cartridge 20 is higher than the upper end of the first cylinder 30, which is advantageous in that: the upper end of the filter cartridge 20 is always higher than the water level defined by the height of the first cylinder 30 under the condition of small or no water flow, so that the condition that sewage enters the space between the filter cartridge 20 and the second cylinder 40 from the upper end of the filter cartridge 20 without passing through the filter cartridge 20 is effectively avoided.
Preferably, the upper end of the filter cartridge 20 is flared, which has the advantage of: so that the filter cartridge 20 can receive the sewage flowing down through the cap 70 to a greater extent.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the floor drain main body 10 is formed with a first annular slot and a second annular slot at the bottom thereof, and the floor drain main body 10 can be integrally formed with the first annular slot and the second annular slot by injection molding. The lower end of the first cylinder 30 is inserted into the first annular slot, and the lower end of the filter cartridge 20 is inserted into the second annular slot.
The advantages of the above embodiment are:
1. the first cylinder 30 and the filter cylinder 20 are connected with the floor drain main body 10 in a plugging manner, and when the floor drain main body 10 is blocked, for example, the filter cylinder 20 is blocked, and for example, the drain opening 11 of the floor drain main body 10 is blocked, the drain opening 11 and the filter cylinder 20 can be conveniently cleaned by pulling down the first cylinder 30 and the filter cylinder 20.
2. When the above-described preferred manner of making the upper end of the filter cartridge 20 higher than the upper end of the first cylinder 30 is combined with the present embodiment, there are also advantages as follows:
when the filter cartridge 20 needs to be cleaned, the upper end of the filter cartridge 20 is higher than the first cylinder 30, and the upper end of the filter cartridge 20 is higher than the water surface of the sewage remained in the first cylinder 30, so that hands can not touch the sewage when holding the upper end of the filter cartridge 20.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 in combination with fig. 3, a filter basket 60 is disposed below the cover 70; the filtering basket 60 is provided with a second filtering hole 61 for passing the sewage. Thus, the sewage flowing down through the through hole 71 of the sealing cover 70 firstly passes through the filter basket 60, the filter basket 60 secondarily filters the sewage through the second filter holes 61, the sewage filtered by the filter basket 60 flows into the filter cartridge 20, and the filter cartridge 20 thirdly filters the sewage through the first filter holes 21. In the present embodiment, the filter basket 60 is additionally provided to enable the sewage to sequentially pass through the sealing cap 70, the filter basket 60 and the filter cartridge 20, thereby realizing the third filtration.
In a preferred arrangement based on the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 in combination with FIG. 3, the filter basket 60 is arcuately concave downwardly; a plurality of ribs 62 are formed on the upper surface of the filter basket 60, and the plurality of ribs 62 are circumferentially arranged; each rib 62 extends radially, and each rib 62 is provided with a plurality of gaps 621, and the plurality of gaps 621 are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the rib 62. In the preferred embodiment, if the flexible filament in the sewage is not filtered by the cover 70, that is, if the filament falls into the filter basket 60 along with the sewage, the notches 621 of the ribs 62 on the filter basket 60 intercept the flexible filament, such as hair, so that the flexible filament, such as hair, is hooked at the notches 621 to reduce the amount of the filament entering the subsequent channel, thereby reducing the probability of blocking the subsequent channel due to the filament.
