The carton protective liner of claim 1 wherein said folding panels comprise a first folding panel and a second folding panel connected to said first folding panel; the first folding plate is connected with the bottom plate, and two opposite ends of the covering film are respectively connected onto the second folding plate.

7. The carton protective inner liner of claim 6 wherein the length of the first fold panel in the flap length direction is equal to half the length of the bottom panel in the flap length direction.

8. The carton protective inner liner of claim 6 wherein said carrier assembly further comprises a reinforcing panel attached to a side of each of said folding panels remote from said bottom panel; the reinforcing plate is attached to one surface, back to the film, of the second folding plate.

9. The carton protective inner liner of claim 6 wherein the first folded panel is identical to the second folded panel.

A carton protective inner liner as in claim 1 wherein said bottom panel is creased at a central portion thereof so that said bottom panel can be folded along said crease; the middle part of the turnover plate is provided with a slot which divides the turnover plate into two sections; the slot and the crease are in the same straight line.
