In the illustrated embodiment, the width D1 of base 14 is greater than the width D2 of support arms 13 to prevent support arms 13 from being forced to tilt base 14 when marker 11 is struck by a plexor, thereby improving reliability.
In the illustrated embodiment, the support arm 13 of the marker 10 may be fixedly secured to the base plate 14 by welding or the like. In one embodiment, the support arm 13 is integrally formed with the base plate 14. In one embodiment, the support arm 13 is horizontally slidable in one direction on the base plate 14. For example, the support arm 13 is slidably assembled to the base plate 14 in a limited manner, a guide rail (not shown) is correspondingly disposed on the base plate 14, and the support arm 13 can horizontally slide along the direction of the guide rail. The user can slide the supporting arm 13 to adjust the position of the supporting arm 13 according to the requirement.
In another embodiment, the supporting arm 13 can rotate on the base plate 14, the bottom of the supporting arm 13 is provided with a rotation bearing (not shown), a bearing seat (not shown) corresponding to the rotation bearing is fixedly arranged on the base plate 14 by welding or the like, and a user can push the supporting arm 13 to rotate along the bearing as required. In this way, the supporting arm 13 can be adjusted within a certain range without moving the base plate 14, so that the fixing sleeve 12 provided on the supporting arm 13 reaches a predetermined position. The operation is simple, and the flexibility of application is increased.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in the illustrated embodiment, the angle α between the first support arm 131 of the marker 10 and the base plate 14 ranges from 60 degrees to 90 degrees, preferably, the angle α between the first support arm 131 and the base plate 14 is 60 degrees, such that there is sufficient space between the first support arm 131 and the base plate 14 to accommodate the hands of different users, such that the user can hold the first support arm 131 comfortably without squeezing the user's hands so much that the user's experience is enhanced, such that the second support arm 132 of the marker 10 is parallel to the surface of the base plate 14, such that the force of the stroke applied to the marker 11 is maximized at the location on the metal plate where the marker is desired when the marker 11 is stroked, hi the illustrated embodiment, the first support arm 131 extends in the direction of the mounting sleeve 12, such that the user can hold the support arm 13, such that the marker 10 is more comfortable to use, such that the user's perception is enhanced, and such that the marker 10 can be stably attached to the metal plate where the marking is desired, such that the marker 10 is less likely to slide during use, and such that safety is enhanced.
In one embodiment, the first support arm 131 and the second support arm 132 of the marker 10 are integrally formed. In another embodiment, the first support arm 131 and the second support arm 132 of the marker 10 may be fixedly connected by welding or the like. In the illustrated implementation, the width of the first support arm 131 is the same as the width of the second support arm 132. In another embodiment, the width of the first support arm 131 is greater than the width of the second support arm 132. Thus, the weight of the second support arm 132 does not exceed the weight of the first support arm 131, increasing the load of the first support arm 131 and increasing the loss of the first support arm 131. In addition, on the premise of meeting the requirements of users, the product is more attractive.
In the illustrated embodiment, the stationary sleeve 12 is disposed on the second support arm 132. The fixing sleeve 12 includes a sleeve portion 123 and a fixing portion 120 for fixing the sleeve portion 123 to the supporting arm 13. In one embodiment, the fixing sleeve 12 may be fixedly disposed on the supporting arm 13 by welding. In another embodiment, the fixing sleeve 12 is provided with a first screw hole (not shown), and the supporting arm 13 is provided with a second screw hole (not shown) corresponding to the first screw hole, so that the fixing sleeve 12 can be fixed to the supporting arm 13 by screws.
The fixing portion 120 includes a first fixing portion 121 and a second fixing portion 122 respectively located at two sides of the sleeve portion 123. The first fixing portion 121 and the second fixing portion 122 are abutted against the supporting arm 13 and extend from the supporting arm 13 to the sleeving portion 123. The engaging portion 123 is disposed between the first fixing portion 121 and the second fixing portion 122. In the illustrated embodiment, the retaining sleeve 12 includes a cylindrical sleeve portion 123. The orthographic projection of the sheathing part 123 on the bottom plate 14 is tangent to the side end surface 141 of the bottom plate 14. In one embodiment, the orthographic projection of the sleeve portion 123 on the base plate 14 is beyond the side end face 141 of the base plate 14 by a certain range, for example, 2cm to 3 cm. This prevents the bottom plate 14 from covering the marking element 11 when the marking element 11 is struck. In one embodiment, the fixed sleeve 12 includes a prismatic sleeve 123. In one embodiment, the fixing sleeve 12 is fixedly connected with the support arm 13. In one embodiment, the retaining sleeve 12 is detachably assembled to the supporting arm 13, and the size of the retaining sleeve 12 can be adjusted according to the size of the marker 11, thereby increasing the application range of the marker 10.
In one embodiment, an orthographic projection of the sleeve portion 123 of the fixing sleeve 12 on the bottom plate 14 is tangent to the side end surface 141 of the bottom plate 14. In one embodiment, the orthographic projection of the boot portion 123 on the base plate 14 extends beyond the side end surface 141 of the base plate 14. When the marking piece 11 is knocked, the marking piece 11 can completely act on the position, needing to be marked, on the metal plate, and the marking piece 11 is prevented from being blocked by the bottom plate 14, so that the marking piece 11 acts on the bottom plate 14, marks cannot be formed on the metal plate, and the risk of damaging the bottom plate 14 is brought.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting the present application, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the scope of protection of the present application.
