When the knife needs to be selected, the cutter head 2 drives the knife sleeve 7 at the lower left corner to rotate by an acute angle, so that the guide body 72 of the selected knife sleeve 7 enters the arc-shaped groove 61 from the annular sliding groove 41 and finally reaches the knife selecting position shown in fig. 3. In the process, the guide body 72 of the other knife holder 7 is always in the annular sliding groove 41.

The knife pouch 7 of fig. 3 is in the knife selection position, and the center of the guide body 72 is on the symmetrical center line of the knife beater 6. The arc-shaped groove 61 on the knife beater 6 catches the guide body 72, and the guide body 72 moves in the arc-shaped groove 61 along the center line direction of the tool magazine and rotates around the hinge pin 7123 and moves downwards along with the knife beater 6. At this time, the position-limiting structure 716 is disengaged from the position-limiting hole 7131. After the knife sleeve 7 rotates downwards by 90 degrees, the baffle plate 91 is acted by the buffer member 93, and the speed of the knife beater 6 fixedly connected with the baffle plate 91 is gradually reduced; finally, the stop plate 91 is stopped by the stop 94, and the movement of the knife beater 6 is stopped. At this time, as shown in fig. 2, the axis of the tool case 7 is perpendicular to the tool magazine center line.

4. And (5) retracting the tool in the tool magazine. The cutter sleeve 7 which completes the cutter changing is still at the cutter beating position and is in the cutter beating state. The telescopic mechanism 5 is contracted upwards to drive the knife beating device 6 to move upwards. The arc-shaped groove 61 on the cutter beater 6 buckles the guide body 72; the guide body 72 moves in the arc-shaped groove 61 along the direction of the center line of the tool magazine; while moving upward with the sharpener 6 and rotating about the hinge pin 7123. After the knife sleeve 7 rotates upwards by 90 degrees, the baffle plate 91 is acted by the buffer member 93, and the speed of the knife beater 6 fixedly connected with the baffle plate 91 is gradually reduced; finally, the stop plate 91 is stopped by the stop 94, and the movement of the knife beater 6 is stopped. As shown in fig. 1, the holder 7 returns to the standby state.
The tool magazine returns to the initial state. The cutter sleeve 7 which finishes the cutter collection is driven by the cutter head 2 to rotate reversely by an angle (the size is the same as that of the cutter selection of the cutter library), and then the cutter can return to the initial state of the cutter library.
In summary, the drum type tool magazine provided by the utility model has the advantages of stable overall operation, low noise and long service life; when the guide body 72 of the knife sleeve 7 enters and exits the arc-shaped groove 61 of the knife forging device 6, the action is stable and smooth, and no collision or shake exists; when the knife beating device 6 beats or retracts the knife, the impact force is small, and the position is accurate; the arc-shaped groove 61 and the groove wall of the annular sliding groove 41 are in smooth transition, the knife pouch 7 can slide stably only by one guide body 72, and the structure of the knife pouch 7 is simplified; the knife sleeve 7 can be quickly disassembled and assembled in a split manner so as to be provided with various standard knives 10, so that the working efficiency is improved, and the equipment cost is saved; the guide body 72 operates smoothly and has a small friction force when the annular slide groove 41 slides.

the telescopic mechanism (5) is arranged on the tool magazine main body (1) or the guide disc (4);
the knife forging device (6) is matched with the knife outlet (42) and is arranged at the telescopic end of the telescopic mechanism (5), an arc-shaped groove (61) matched and connected with the annular sliding groove (41) is formed in the knife forging device (6), and a closed annular surface is formed by the arc-shaped groove (61) and the outer side groove wall of the annular sliding groove (41) in a surrounding mode;
the cutter sleeves (7) are circularly arranged and rotatably connected to the cutter head (2), the cutter sleeves (7) rotate along with the cutter head (2) and slide along the annular sliding groove (41), and the knife outlet (42) is overturned through the telescopic mechanism (5) and the knife beater (6);
a linear guide assembly (8) to limit linear movement of the beater (6).
