The utility model provides an air conditioning device.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioning device includes a casing 100, a first blower, a heating element 300, a purification module 200, and a humidification module 400, wherein the casing 100 has an air inlet and an air outlet, and an air duct communicating the air inlet and the air outlet is formed in the casing 100; the first fan is arranged in the air duct; the heating element 300 is movably disposed in the casing 100, so that the first fan guides the airflow to blow toward the air outlet and passes through the heating element 300 or avoids the heating element 300; the purification module 200 is arranged in the air duct; the humidifying module 400 is disposed in the housing 100.
Through setting up purification module 200 and first fan in the wind channel, then first fan can inhale the air current of casing 100 air intake department to the wind channel to through purification module 200, will purify the back air by first fan again and blow off from the air outlet, thereby realize the purifying effect of air. Further, the heating element 300 is movably disposed in the casing 100, so that the first fan guides the airflow to pass through the heating element 300 or avoid the heating element 300 when blowing to the air outlet. Specifically, when the heating element 300 is turned on and the heating element 300 shields the air outlet, the first fan may pass the airflow sucked from the air inlet of the casing 100 through the heating element 300, thereby achieving an effect of heating the airflow; because the purification module 200 is arranged in the air duct, when the purification module 200 is also opened, the air flow blown out from the air outlet is purified and heated at the same time, thereby realizing the functions of purification and heating. Of course, it can be understood that if the heating element 300 is avoided from the air outlet and the heating element 300 is not opened or is not in the air duct, the amount of air blown out from the air outlet is large. It can be understood that the heating element 300 can have different positions relative to the casing 100 when the heating element 300 is movably disposed in the casing 100, and further can achieve the effect of shielding or avoiding the air outlet, for example, the heating element 300 can be rotatably connected to the casing 100, so that the air outlet can be shielded or avoided when the heating element 300 rotates relative to the casing 100. Alternatively, the heat generating body 300 may be slidably coupled to the case 100 so that the air outlet may be shielded or avoided when the heat generating body 300 slides with respect to the case 100. Alternatively, the heat generating element 300 may be detached from the case 100 and attached to the case 100 at any time, for example, the heat generating element 300 may be fixed to the case 100 at any time by a fastening member such as a screw or a rivet, or the heat generating element 300 may be magnetically attached to the case 100, thereby achieving an effect of detaching from the case 100 and attaching to the case 100 at any time.
The humidifying module 400 is also disposed in the housing 100 of the air conditioner, and the humidifying module 400 can humidify the air flow, so as to prevent the air flow blown out from the air conditioner from being too dry. The airflow passing through the humidification module 400 may be airflow entering through the air inlet, or airflow inside the housing 100 near the humidification module 400; the airflow blown out by the humidifying module 400 can be blown out by the air outlet; certainly, since the airflow blown out through the humidification module 400 has a certain humidity, in order to prevent the relatively humid airflow from blowing onto the purification module 200 and/or the heating element 300 to weaken the function thereof, the casing 100 is formed with a humidification chamber that is not communicated with the air duct, and the chamber of the humidification chamber is provided with an air inlet and a mist outlet that are communicated with each other, so that the airflow blown out from the mist outlet does not affect other components in the air duct. It can be understood that when the humidification module 400 is separately disposed in an independent cavity, a fan for separately guiding the airflow to blow out in a specific direction is required, so that in the direction from the air inlet to the mist outlet, the humidification module 400 includes a heat exchanger and a second fan which are disposed oppositely, and the second fan blows the wet airflow passing through the heat exchanger to the mist outlet; at this time, the humidifying module 400 can be used independently or the humidifying module 400 and other modules can be used simultaneously, so that the multifunctional air outlet effect is realized. The heat exchanger can be arranged at the upstream of the humidifying air duct, and the second fan is arranged at the downstream of the humidifying air duct; the heat exchanger can also be arranged at the downstream of the humidifying air duct, and the second fan is arranged at the upstream of the humidifying air duct. In addition, it can be understood that the air conditioning device in the technical solution of the present invention may be a vertical structure, for example, the air conditioning device is a tower fan structure; of course, the air conditioning unit may also be of a desk-top construction. Specifically, the utility model discloses among the technical scheme first fan can adopt the cross-flow wind wheel, and the second fan can adopt centrifugal wind wheel.
Since the purification module 200, the humidification module 400, the heating element 300, and the like are well known to those skilled in the art, the modules and components described above will not be described in detail in the present invention.
According to the technical scheme of the utility model, the first fan and the purification module 200 are arranged in the air duct, the heating element 300 is movably arranged in the shell 100, the heating element 300 can shield or avoid the air outlet, and when the heating element 300 moves to the position for shielding the air outlet relative to the shell 100 and the heating element 300 is in a working state, the effects of purifying air and heating can be simultaneously realized; when the heating element 300 moves to a position avoiding the air outlet relative to the case 100 and the purification module 200 is turned on, the air purification effect can be achieved independently. In addition, the humidifying module 400 is further disposed in the housing 100, and the humidifying module 400 has a second fan, so that the humidifying module 400 can be operated alone, or the humidifying module 400 and the purifying module 200 and/or the heating element are operated simultaneously, so as to achieve the effects of heating, purifying air and humidifying air simultaneously.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 or 3, based on the scheme in which the heating element 300 is provided in the case 100, the heating element 300 may be provided near the air outlet; alternatively, the heating element 300 may be disposed near the air inlet.
When the heating body 300 is close to the air outlet and the heating body 300 shields the air outlet, the air flow can be heated when passing through the air outlet, so that a better heating effect is guaranteed. When the heating element 300 is arranged close to the air inlet and the air outlet can shield the air outlet, the air flow can be ensured to be heated firstly and then blown out from the air outlet, so that the heating effect is realized; and it can be understood that, when the heating element 300 is close to the air inlet, the air outlet temperature can be prevented from being too high, and the air outlet amount can be increased.
As shown in fig. 2, the casing 100 includes a front casing, a rear casing, and a side plate 110, and the air outlet is opened in the front casing; the air inlet is arranged on the rear shell, and the rear shell and the front shell are arranged oppositely; the side plate 110 is connected between the front case and the rear case.
Through locating relative backshell and the preceding shell that sets up respectively with air intake and air outlet, make the setting in wind channel comparatively simple, avoid appearing the condition of buckling, and then can guarantee air conditioning efficiency. Of course, the air inlet and the air outlet of the present invention are not limited to the rear shell and the front shell of the housing 100, respectively, and the air inlet and the air outlet can also be disposed on the side or the top of the housing 100.
As shown in fig. 2, based on the above-mentioned scheme that the air inlet is disposed on the rear shell and the air outlet is disposed on the front shell, in this embodiment, the side plate 110 is further provided with an air inlet grille 120, and the air inlet grille 120 is communicated with the air duct.
The purification module 200 has a certain resistance to air, and when a user needs a large air volume or a large air speed, the air inlet grille 120 is further arranged on the side plate 110, the air inlet grille 120 is communicated with the air duct, and then air flow can enter the air duct through the additionally arranged air inlet grille 120, so that the effect of increasing the air volume or the air outlet speed is indirectly realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, a swing vane 130 is disposed at the inlet grille 120, and the swing vane 130 is movably connected to the housing 100 to adjust an intake air amount passing through the inlet grille 120.
By providing the swing blade 130 movably connected to the housing 100 at the inlet grille 120, when the swing blade 130 moves relative to the housing 100, specifically, the swing blade 130 can be rotatably or slidably connected to the housing 100, so as to adjust the size of the inlet grille 120, and thus adjust the intake air amount. When the user needs to feel breeze, the air inlet amount is reduced by adjusting the position of the swing vane 130 to reduce the air inlet of the air inlet grille 120. When the user needs to feel strong wind, for example, when the fan mode is turned on, the air intake amount is increased by adjusting the position of the swing vane 130 to increase the air intake of the intake grill 120. Of course, in the strong wind mode, the purification module 200 and the heating element 300 can be turned on at the same time, so that the effects of strengthening the air intake and purifying and heating the air flow are achieved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the air inlet includes a first air inlet and a second air inlet, the purification module 200 includes a deep purification unit 210 and a simple filtration unit 220, the deep purification unit 210 is disposed corresponding to the first air inlet, and the simple filtration unit 220 is disposed corresponding to the second air inlet.
Through corresponding first air intake setting with deep purification unit 210, simple and easy filter unit 220 corresponds the second air intake setting, then when only need filter the hair or the great particulate matter in some air, can close deep purification unit 210 or close the first air intake that deep purification unit 210 corresponds, the air only gets into from the second air intake this moment, and then only flows through simple and easy filter unit 220 to the effect of hair or the great particulate matter in the realization filtered air. It can be appreciated that the deep cleaning unit 210 has a larger resistance to air than the simple filter unit 220, so that when air flows through the simple filter unit 220, a larger air output and a larger air output speed can be achieved, i.e. a normal fan mode. Of course, when the air needs to be deeply purified, the air can be prevented from flowing through the simple filtering unit 220, so that the air can completely flow through the deep purifying unit 210, for example, the second air inlet corresponding to the simple filtering unit 220 is closed and the first air inlet corresponding to the deep purifying unit 210 is opened, thereby achieving the effect of slightly blowing out the purified air. Specifically, the first air inlet and the second air inlet may be disposed on the same side of the casing 100, or may be disposed on different sides of the casing 100.
Further, based on the air conditioning device is provided with the simple filtering unit 220, the simple filtering unit 220 corresponds to the scheme of the second air inlet, and the second air inlet and the air outlet are disposed on two opposite sides of the casing 100.
By arranging the second air inlet and the second air outlet on two opposite sides of the casing 100, the simple filtering unit 220 can be arranged opposite to the air outlet, so that the effect of large air volume air outlet is further enhanced. For example, when the air conditioner is in a vertical structure, the second air inlet can be disposed at the rear side of the housing 100, and the air outlet is disposed at the front side of the housing 100, so that in a fan mode, the air volume of the air is only larger than that of the simple filtering unit 220, and the air volume and the air outlet speed can be increased when the air is exhausted.
The above is only the optional embodiment of the present invention, and not the scope of the present invention is limited thereby, all the equivalent structure changes made by the contents of the specification and the drawings are utilized under the inventive concept of the present invention, or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields is included in the patent protection scope of the present invention.
