During the use, preformed plastic film passes through heating device on the stretcher earlier, soften under heating device's heating, later, pass left clamping piece clamp and fix on right clamping piece, right clamping piece takes plastic film to go forward certain distance to the discharge end, later, left clamping piece presss from both sides the middle part of fixing plastic film, later, right clamping piece continues to move forward to the discharge end, and thin to certain thickness with plastic film drawing, later, left clamping piece and right clamping piece loosen plastic film, plastic film continues to carry to the discharge end, and simultaneously, left clamping piece and right clamping piece resume initial position, in order to stretch next section plastic film.
The observation shows that the existing stretcher has a complex structure and high production cost, and when the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece stretch the plastic film and restore the initial position, the production of the plastic film is stopped, so that the production efficiency of the plastic film is greatly reduced.
In view of this, the present inventors have made extensive conceptions for various defects and inconveniences caused by the incomplete improvement of the structural design of the stretching machine, and have actively studied, improved and tried to develop and design the present invention.

a film pre-stretcher comprises at least one group of stretching units, wherein each stretching unit comprises two mutually matched stretching units: the stretching unit comprises a support frame, a stretching roller and a driving motor, wherein the stretching roller is rotatably matched on the support frame, the driving motor drives the stretching roller to rotate, and the rotating speed of an output shaft of the driving motor in the rear stretching unit is greater than that of an output shaft of the driving motor in the front stretching unit.
The stretching machine comprises more than two groups of stretching units.
The ratio of the rotating speed of the output shaft of the driving motor in the front stretching unit to the rotating speed of the output shaft of the driving motor in the rear stretching unit is 1/3.
The support frame is provided with an adjusting groove, and the stretching roller is movably matched in the adjusting groove.
The adjusting groove in the front stretching unit is arranged at the lower part of the supporting frame, and the adjusting groove in the rear stretching unit is arranged at the upper part of the supporting frame.
The support frame is further provided with a connecting support rod and a lifting connecting rod, one end of the lifting connecting rod is movably matched with the connecting support rod, and the other end of the lifting connecting rod is fixedly connected with the driving motor.
The connecting strut is shaped as a "+" shape.
The stretching machine further comprises a programmable logic controller, and the programmable logic controller is electrically connected with the driving motors in the stretching units and used for controlling the driving motors.

The support frame 11 is provided with an adjusting groove 111, and the stretching roller 12 is movably matched in the adjusting groove 111; the adjustment groove 111 in the front tension unit 1a is provided at a lower portion of the support frame 11, and the adjustment groove 111 in the rear tension unit 1b is provided at an upper portion of the support frame 11. The stretching machine further comprises a programmable logic controller 2, wherein the programmable logic controller 2 is electrically connected with the driving motor 13 in each stretching unit and used for controlling the driving motor 13. By providing the programmable logic controller 2, a user can control the on/off of the driving motor 13 and the rotation speed of the output shaft through the programmable logic controller 2, so as to control the rotation of the stretching roller 12, and the programmable logic controller 2 facilitates the operation and control of the stretcher by the user.
