它包括镀金属织物层，絮棉层，火焰复合或胶粘复合
的软质聚氨酯泡沫——针织布层，经绗缝制成。也可
不设絮棉层，直接将软质聚氨酯泡沫与镀金属织物、
针织布复合。本实用新型产品隔音、保温效果好，可
用于车辆、房屋的内部装饰、隔音、隔热，以及服装，鞋
帽等制造行业。
Description
本实用新型是一种镀金属的复合保温隔音材料。
目前，随着国民经济的发展，广大消费者对于使用商品，已由只注重性能，发展到性能与审美兼顾。本实用新型的目的，就是要提供一种美观实用的产品。
本实用新型是这样实现的。首先将软质聚氨酯泡沫与针织布复合，方法可以是火焰法或胶粘法；然后将絮棉层，镀金属织物与复合后的软质聚氨酯泡沫——针织布层，经绗缝制成。也可以不设絮棉层，而将软质聚氨酯泡沫与镀金属织物、针织布直接复合。这种情况下，复合方法为胶粘法或火焰法。
具体地讲，所述的镀金属织物，可以是涤纶，锦纶，棉花纤维，无机纤维，蛋白质纤维等一切适宜纤维的纺织物，其上镀有金属层，金属层为铝或含铝的合金。
具体地讲，所述的絮绵，可以是合成纤维，无机纤维，植物纤维，蛋白质纤维等一切适宜的纤维材料组成。

1、镀金属的复合保温隔音材料，其特征在于：它包括镀有金属的织物层，絮棉层，软质聚氨酯泡沫层，针织布层。也可以不设絮棉层。
2、据权利要求1所述的镀金属复合保温隔音材料，其特征在于镀金属织物可以是涤纶，锦纶，芳纶，棉花纤维，蛋白质纤维，无机纤维的织物，其上镀有纯铝或铝合金层。
3、据权利要求1所述的镀金属复合保温隔单材料，其特征在于所述的絮棉层，可以由无机纤维，植物纤维，蛋白质纤维，合成纤维，单一或混合制成。
