A fishing box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the replaceable supporting and adjusting foot (5) consists of an outer pipe (5-1), an inner pipe (5-2), a ball socket connecting piece (5-3), a ball socket connecting sheath (5-4), a ball head (5-5), claws (5-6), screws (5-7), a claw sleeve (5-8), a positioning component (5-9), a toggle switch (5-10) and a positioning block (5-11), wherein the inner pipe (5-2) is arranged in the outer pipe (5-1), the inner pipe (5-2) is tightly connected with the ball socket connecting piece (5-3), the ball socket connecting sheath (5-4) is fixed on the ball socket connecting piece (5-3), the ball head (5-5) is arranged in the ball socket connecting piece (5-3), the claws (5-6) are fixed on threaded holes of the ball head (5-5) through the screws (5-7), the fish box is characterized in that a foot claw sleeve (5-8) is clamped and fixed on a foot claw (5-6), the bottom of an outer pipe (5-1) is fixedly connected with a positioning component (5-9) and fixedly clamped at the bottom of the fish box body (1) through the positioning component (5-9) and fixed through a screw, a toggle switch (5-10) is connected with the positioning component (5-9) through a pin, a positioning block (5-11) is movably connected in a positioning hole in the inner side of the toggle switch (5-10) and the lower portion of the outer pipe (5-1), and the toggle switch (5-10) is of an eccentric wheel structure.

A fishing box as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the ball head (5-5) is in a cylinder shape, spherical surfaces are arranged at two ends of the cylinder, two planes are arranged on the radial outer side of the cylinder, screw holes are formed in the planes, and the diameter of the cylinder of the ball head (5-5) is smaller than that of a ball socket opening of the ball socket connecting piece (5-3).

A fishing box as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the auxiliary tug (10) consists of a tug frame (10-1), a tug bracket (10-2) and a tug (10-3), wherein the tug frame (10-1) is fixed at the bottom of the fish box body (1) through screws, the tug bracket (10-2) is fixed on the tug frame (10-1) through a connecting pin, and the tug (10-3) is arranged on the tug bracket (10-2).
