本实用新型公开一种帐篷淋雨测试实验系统,包括喷淋架安装梁、供水喷淋装置、废水回收再利用装置,供水喷淋装置包括喷淋管安装框架,喷淋管安装框架固定安装在喷淋架安装梁上,喷淋管安装框架下方地面铺设有草坪,所废水回收再利用装置包括环形排水沟、废水沉淀池、回用水池、净水器,环形排水沟设置在草坪四周,环形排水沟上安装有格栅板,环形排水沟管路连接到废水沉淀池,废水沉淀池的废水经沉淀后再输送到净水器过滤,然后再到回用水池循环利用,回用水池安装有自来水补水装置,本实用新型的供水喷淋装置拥有侧喷和顶喷两种结构,满足喷淋试验需求,地面设有回水系统,能将试验用水回收再利用,整个系统环保、节水,值得推广。

户外运动是广大年轻人最为喜爱的一种运动,是年轻人追求刺激,满足精神需求的一种方式,帐篷是户外运动的一种常规装备,作为户外能够遮蔽风雨、阳光的一项装备,其透气性、防水性等性能尤为重要,目前的检测设备无法有效模拟自然界的降雨天气状况,难以对帐篷进行可靠的淋雨测试。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种帐篷淋雨测试实验系统,系统的模拟自然界的降雨天气,对帐篷的防水性能等进行全方位的测试。

一种帐篷淋雨测试实验系统,包括喷淋架安装梁、供水喷淋装置、废水回收再利用装置,所述供水喷淋装置包括喷淋管安装框架,所述喷淋管安装框架固定安装在喷淋架安装梁上,所述喷淋管安装框架下方地面铺设有草坪,所述废水回收再利用装置包括环形排水沟、废水沉淀池、回用水池、净水器、自来水补水管,所述环形排水沟设置在草坪四周,所述环形排水沟上安装有格栅板,所述环形排水沟管路连接到废水沉淀池,所述废水沉淀池内安装有第一潜水泵,所述净水器包括净水器进水口、净水器出水口,所述第一潜水泵与净水器进水口管路连接,所述净水器出水口管路连接到回用水池,所述回用水池内安装有第二潜水泵,所述第二潜水泵出口管路连接到供水喷淋装置上,所述自来水补水管从水源处连接进入回用水池内,所述回用水池内安装有浮球阀并与自来水补水管相连。
所述供水喷淋装置还包括水泵、三通管路、侧喷进水管、顶部喷嘴,所述水泵进水口与第二潜水泵管路连接,所述三通管路下端与水泵出水口法兰连接,所述三通管路上端法兰连接有顶喷进水管,所述三通管路侧端管路连接有压力罐,所述侧喷进水管连接在顶喷进水管上,所述顶喷进水管与侧喷进水管上分别安装有手动截止阀,所述喷淋管安装框架由若干框架横梁、框架纵梁组成,所述框架纵梁包括有中央纵梁,所述中央纵梁下方固定有顶喷主干管,所述顶喷主干管与顶喷进水管相连,所述中央纵梁上方固定有侧喷主干管,所述侧喷主干管与侧喷进水管相连,所述顶喷主干管两侧垂直连接有若干顶喷支路管,若干所述顶喷支路管沿框架纵梁长度方向均匀布置,所述框架横梁包括有端部横梁,两根所述端部横梁上方安装有侧喷支路管,所述侧喷支路管与侧喷主干管相连,两根所述端部横梁下方安装有若干侧部喷嘴,所述侧部喷嘴与侧喷支路管相连接,若干所述顶部喷嘴安装在顶喷支路管与框架纵梁的每个交叉点下方位置,所述顶部喷嘴与顶喷支路管相连接,所述三通管路上还安装有压力表, 所述水泵与三通管路线路连接在控制盒上。
所述顶喷进水管、侧喷进水管、顶喷主干管、顶喷支路管、侧喷主干管、侧喷支路管采用U型卡扣固定在喷淋管安装框架上。
所述侧部喷嘴为可调角度型喷淋嘴,所述顶部喷嘴为夹扣式可调球形喷嘴。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型拥有顶喷和侧喷两种喷淋结构,侧喷可调角度,顶喷覆盖整个测试场地,整个喷淋系统能调整喷淋水量和水压,有效模拟自然界的降雨天气对帐篷进行检测,地面设有废水回收再利用装置,能将喷淋实验中的废水经过滤后再次回收利用,有效降低实验成本,而且更加环保,节约水资源。

如图1~图5所示,一种帐篷淋雨测试实验系统,包括喷淋架安装梁1、供水喷淋装置2、废水回收再利用装置3,供水喷淋装置2包括喷淋管安装框架208,喷淋管安装框架208固定安装在喷淋架安装梁1上,喷淋管安装框架208下方地面铺设有草坪4,能再现模拟帐篷的使用环境,废水回收再利用装置3包括环形排水沟32、废水沉淀池33、回用水池34、净水器36、自来水补水管39,环形排水沟32设置在草坪4四周,环形排水沟32上安装有格栅板31,能有效收集试验用水,防止废水外流,环形排水沟32管路连接到废水沉淀池33,废水沉淀池33内安装有第一潜水泵35,净水器36包括净水器进水口361、净水器出水口362,第一潜水泵35与净水器进水口361管路连接,净水器出水口362管路连接到回用水池34,回用水池34内安装有第二潜水泵37,所述第二潜水泵 37出口管路连接到供水喷淋装置2上,自来水补水管39从水源处连接进入回用水池34内,回用水池34内安装有浮球阀38并与自来水补水管39相连,试验用废水在环形排水沟32一级沉淀,在废水沉淀池33二级沉淀,再经净水器36 过滤后进入回用水池34,因为试验中不可避免的存在水的损耗,回用水池34还接有自来水补水装置,利用浮球阀38控制自来水补水,该废水处理系统能将喷淋实验中的废水经过滤后再次回收利用,有效降低实验成本,使整个实验系统节水、环保。
所述供水喷淋装置2还包括水泵201、三通管路203、侧喷进水管207、顶部喷嘴214,水泵201进水口与第二潜水泵37管路连接,三通管路203下端与水泵201出水口法兰连接,三通管路203上端法兰连接有顶喷进水管206,三通管路203侧端管路连接有压力罐202,压力罐202为现有技术,其主要是起到稳压补水作用,能有效减少水泵频繁启动的情况,延长水泵寿命,侧喷进水管207 连接在顶喷进水管206上,顶喷进水管206与侧喷进水管207上分别安装有手动截止阀205,能手动控制顶喷和侧喷的分别供水和同时供水,使喷淋有三种模式,即顶喷模式、侧喷模式、同时喷淋模式,喷淋管安装框架208由若干框架横梁2081、框架纵梁2082组成,框架纵梁2082包括有中央纵梁2082a,中央纵梁2082a下方固定有顶喷主干管209,顶喷主干管209与顶喷进水管206相连,中央纵梁2082a上方固定有侧喷主干管211,侧喷主干管211与侧喷进水管207 相连,顶喷主干管209两侧垂直连接有若干顶喷支路管210,若干顶喷支路管 210沿框架纵梁2082长度方向均匀布置,框架横梁2081包括有端部横梁2081a,两根端部横梁2081a上方安装有侧喷支路管212,侧喷支路管212与侧喷主干管211相连,两根端部横梁2081a下方安装有若干侧部喷嘴213,所述侧部喷嘴213 与侧喷支路管212相连接,若干顶部喷嘴214安装在顶喷支路管210与框架纵梁2082的每个交叉点下方位置,所述顶部喷嘴214与顶喷支路管210相连接,顶喷和侧喷分水管分别在喷淋管安装框架208上下两层接管,互相不重合,布局更合理,顶部喷嘴214安装在顶喷支路管210与框架纵梁2082的每个交叉点下方位置,数量能覆盖试验场地,满足喷淋试验要求,三通管路203上还安装有压力表204,可实时观察进水水压,水泵201与三通管路203线路连接在控制盒215上,能方便的调整水压和开关水泵,控制盒215需安装在试验场地的外侧,防止控制盒215进水损坏。
所述顶喷进水管206、侧喷进水管207、顶喷主干管209、顶喷支路管210、侧喷主干管211、侧喷支路管212采用U型卡扣216固定在喷淋管安装框架208 上,水管的安装固定牢固,拆卸更换也比较方便。
所述侧部喷嘴213为可调角度型喷淋嘴,可调整侧向喷射水流的角度,满足对帐篷喷淋的试验要求,顶部喷嘴214为夹扣式可调球形喷嘴,能直接装夹安装在水管上,夹扣式可调球形喷嘴结构为现有技术,在此不做详细介绍。
