Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the gantry type suspension device 5 comprises a vertical column 5-1, a supporting platform 5-2, a suspension beam 5-3, a lifting ring 5-4 and a T-shaped groove connecting plate 5-5; the gantry type suspension device 5 spans across the moving platform 2-1, and the transverse center line of the gantry type suspension device and the transverse center lines of the bearing walking rail 3 and the limiting device 4 are in the same plane; the lifting rings 5-4 are fixed on T-shaped groove connecting plates 5-5 through screws, the T-shaped groove connecting plates 5-5 are welded on suspension beams 5-3, the distance between the two lifting rings 5-4 is adjustable to meet the requirements of bogies with different structures, the size of central holes of the two lifting rings 5-4 is determined according to the change of the axle diameter of the variable-gauge wheel pair, and the central holes are mainly used for suspending and fixing the position of the variable-gauge wheel pair so that the wheel pair is suspended and unloaded to complete unlocking and locking and track gauge conversion.
The novel track-changing function and reliability test bed for the track-changing bogie is used for detecting whether the track-changing function can be realized by the track-changing bogie, performing reliability test on a track-changing mechanism of the bogie through cyclic track-changing action, performing fatigue life test on a track-changing unlocking and locking mechanism and the like, and mainly comprises the following steps:

step three: the track gauge unlocking-locking mechanism of the track gauge-variable bogie carries out track gauge unlocking and locking and track changing actions of the track gauge-variable bogie according to the stroke change of the unlocking-locking track, wheels on two sides move inwards or outwards relative to a wheel axle simultaneously under the guiding drive of the track gauge-variable guide track during track gauge changing, the conversion of the wheel gauge is realized, the cyclic unlocking, locking and track changing actions are realized through the reciprocating motion of the platform, and the reliability test of track gauge conversion is carried out.
Claims (3)
1. A novel track-changing function and reliability test bed of a track-changing bogie is characterized by mainly comprising a moving platform power driving device (1), a translation type track gauge conversion device (2), a bearing walking rail (3), a limiting device (4) and a gantry type suspension device (5); the power driving device (1) of the moving platform is fixedly arranged on the ground, the translational track gauge changing device (2) is driven to longitudinally move through a motor-crank connecting rod kinematic pair, and the translational track gauge changing device (2) unlocks and locks the track gauge changing wheel set and provides a transverse guiding effect for the axial track gauge changing movement of the wheel set along the wheel shaft; the bearing walking rails (3) are symmetrically arranged below two sides of the translation type track gauge changing device (2) and provide bearing and longitudinal guiding functions for the translation type track gauge changing device; the limiting devices (4) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the translation type track gauge changing device (2) and are used for carrying out transverse centering and vertical limiting on linear reciprocating motion of the translation type track gauge changing device; the gantry type suspension device (5) fixes the position of the wheel pair of the bogie and unloads the wheel pair;
the power driving device (1) for the mobile platform comprises: the device comprises a motor (1-1), a first coupler (1-2), a speed reducer (1-3), a second coupler (1-4), a transmission shaft (1-5), a first bearing (1-6), a first bearing seat (1-7), a second bearing (1-8), a second bearing seat (1-9), a turntable (1-10), a connecting rod shaft pin (1-11) and a connecting rod (1-12); the motor (1-1), the speed reducer (1-3), the first bearing seat (1-7) and the second bearing seat (1-9) are fixed on the ground through foundation bolts respectively; an output shaft of the motor (1-1) is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer (1-3) through a first coupler (1-2), an output shaft of the speed reducer (1-3) is connected with a transmission shaft (1-5) through a second coupler (1-4), and the transmission shaft (1-5) is supported on a first bearing seat (1-7) and a second bearing seat (1-9) through a first bearing (1-6) and a second bearing (1-8) respectively; the transmission shaft (1-5) is connected with the rotary disc (1-10) through a key; the motor (1-1) is used for transmitting power to the transmission shaft (1-5) after reducing the speed and increasing the torque of the speed reducer (1-3) so as to drive the turntable (1-10) to rotate; the rotary table (1-10) is fixedly connected with one end of a connecting rod shaft pin (1-11), the other end of the connecting rod shaft pin (1-11) is movably connected with a connecting rod (1-12), a rolling bearing is arranged in the middle of the rotary table to ensure that the connecting rod (1-12) rotates around the connecting rod shaft pin (1-11) relatively, the other end of the connecting rod (1-12) is hinged with the moving platform (2-1), the central axis of the rotary table (1-10) and the horizontal central plane of the moving platform (2-1) are in the same plane, and the crank-connecting rod mechanism is ensured to be in a concentric mode, so that the moving platform (2-1) keeps constant motion; the crank connecting rod mechanism enables the rotary motion of the rotary table (1-10) to be converted into the linear translation motion of the moving platform (2-1), and the direction of the linear motion is ensured by the positioning and guiding action of the limiting device (4); the longitudinal installation position of the power driving device (1) of the moving platform ensures that the connecting rod does not interfere with the end part of the translation type track gauge changing device (2) when moving to the top dead center.

The novel track-changing function and reliability test bed of the track-changing bogie according to claim 1, characterized in that the translation track-changing device (2) comprises a moving platform (2-1), a track-changing guide rail (2-2) and an unlocking and locking matching device (2-3); the moving platform (2-1) is formed by welding a hollow square tube and a rectangular tube to realize light weight, and the end part of the moving platform (2-1) is hinged with the connecting rod (1-12); the laying mode of the variable-gauge guide rail (2-2) on the mobile platform (2-1) is divided into a gauge A guide section (2-4) and a gauge B guide section (2-5) according to different gauges, the two variable-gauge guide rails (2-2) are arranged in a splayed shape or a reversed splayed shape according to a center line, the gauge A and the gauge B can be adjusted according to the test requirement of the variable-gauge bogie, the variable-gauge guide rail (2-2) is fixed on the mobile platform (2-1) through bolts, and the change of the gauges drives wheels on two sides to simultaneously move inwards or outwards relative to a wheel axle so as to realize the conversion of the wheel gauges; the unlocking and locking matching device (2-3) comprises a supporting frame (2-3-1), the device comprises unlocking locking rails (2-3-2) and connecting plates (2-3-3), wherein the unlocking locking rails (2-3-2) are welded on support frames (2-3-1), the mounting position of the unlocking locking rails can ensure that small rollers on a locking device of a variable-track-pitch wheel pair can run in the rails, along with the reciprocating motion of a mobile platform (2-1), a locking mechanism of the variable-track-pitch wheel pair completes unlocking and locking actions according to the stroke change of the unlocking locking rails (2-3-2), the support frames (2-3-1) in each row are welded into a whole through the connecting plates (2-3-3) to improve the bearing capacity, and the support frames (2-3-1) in each row are symmetrically welded on two sides of the upper surface of the mobile platform (2-1) according to a specified distance.
