本实用新型涉及管道领域，特别涉及一种钢管连接结构。
背景技术
金属管广泛用于日常生活的方方面面，例如用于输送油、气、水等各种介质。现有技术中，金属管之间的连接方式主要有焊接连接，焊接连接的金属管由于具有稳定性好、安全性好、密封性好、抗变形和使用寿命长等优点而广泛用于各行各业。但由于管件本体与接头体需要焊接连接，管件的连接速度慢，导致安装效率低；焊接工序需要专门的焊工操作，对安装人员的要求较高；焊接过程中容易出现虚焊或漏焊现象，进而影响管件本体与接头体连接处的稳固性和密封性。
金属管之间常用的连接方式还有法兰连接和螺纹连接，法兰连接需要较多的螺栓固定，导致安装较低。采用螺纹连接，管道长时间使用，连接位置容易松动，从而造成泄漏。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢管连接结构，安装方便，连接结构稳定。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种钢管连接结构，包括钢管连接件，钢管连接件的两端设有内螺纹，待连接管的端部设有与内螺纹配合的外螺纹，钢管连接件的两端内壁设有限位槽，待连接管的端部外壁设有与限位槽配合的限位块，待连接管上设有安装限位块的安装槽，限位块和安装槽之间设有弹簧。
优选的方案中，所述限位块底部设有与弹簧配合的凹槽。
进一步的方案中，所述安装槽内设有与凹槽对应的凸起，弹簧套装在凸起上。
优选的方案中，所述钢管连接件内设有环形凸起，待连接管端部抵靠在环形凸起一侧，环形凸起和待连接管端部设有密封圈。
进一步的方案中，所述环形凸起的一侧设有凹陷部，待连接管的端部设有与凹陷部配合的凸起部。
本实用新型提供的一种钢管连接结构，通过待连接管与钢管连接件的内螺纹和外螺纹配合，实现螺纹连接，连接方便、快速；在连接完成后，通过限位块和限位槽的配合， 防止待连接管与钢管连接件发生相互转动，从而防止松动，提高连接的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1~2所示，一种钢管连接结构，包括钢管连接件1，钢管连接件1的两端设有内螺纹2，待连接管3的端部设有与内螺纹2配合的外螺纹4，钢管连接件1的两端内壁设有限位槽5，待连接管3的端部外壁设有与限位槽5配合的限位块6，待连接管3上设有安装限位块6的安装槽7，限位块6的长度大于限位槽5的长度，方便对限位块6进行按压操作，限位块6和安装槽7之间设有弹簧8，当钢管连接件1与待连接管3旋进后，限位块6与限位槽5的位置对应。
具体使用时，进行连接时，转动钢管连接件1或待连接管3使钢管连接件1和待连接管3进行螺纹连接，在限位块6将要转动至钢管连接件1内时，按压限位块6使限位块6上侧与待连接管3上侧平齐，防止对钢管连接件1和待连接管3之间的相对转动造成干涉，当待连接管3旋进在钢管连接件1上后，松开对限位块6的按压，在弹簧8的作用下，限位块6弹起与限位槽5配合，防止待连接管3与钢管连接件1发生相对转动，防止连接发生松动，提高连接结构的稳定性。
优选的，所述钢管连接件1内设有环形凸起11，待连接管3端部抵靠在环形凸起11一侧，环形凸起11的内侧与待连接管3的内壁平齐，环形凸起11和待连接管3端部设有密封圈12。
通过设置密封圈12，提高连接机构的密封性，防止泄露。
优选的，如图4所示，所述限位块6底部设有与弹簧8配合的凹槽9。所述安装槽7内设有与凹槽9对应的凸起10，弹簧8套装在凸起10上，凸起10的尺寸小于凹槽9的尺寸。
通过设置凹槽9和凸起10，对弹簧8起到限位作用，防止连接的过程中，弹簧8发生移位而影响限位块6的弹起。
优选的，所述环形凸起11的一侧设有凹陷部13，待连接管3的端部设有与凹陷部13配合的凸起部14。通过设置凹陷部13和凸起部14，提高待连接管3和环形凸起11的接触面积，提高密封性能。
