As shown in fig. 1, which is an expanded plan view of the film packaging protective liner provided in this embodiment, it can be seen that the liner bottom plate 10 is a quadrilateral, and the first side plate 11, the second side plate 12, the third side plate 13, and the fourth side plate 14 are sequentially connected to the first side edge, the second side edge, the third side edge, and the fourth side edge of the liner bottom plate 10 along the clockwise direction. The inner lining bottom plate 10 has a surface provided with an elastic film 20, and two ends of the elastic film 20 are respectively connected with the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2, a corner plate 15 may be disposed between the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, the corner plate 15 is connected to both the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12, and the first side plate 11 and the second side plate 12 are folded together in sequence when the second side plate 12 is folded. Similarly, the corner plates 15 are provided between the second side plate 12 and the third side plate 13, between the third side plate 13 and the fourth side plate 14, and between the fourth side plate 14 and the first side plate 11.
To describe the packaging process of the film wrapped protective interlining shown in fig. 2, a product is first prevented between the elastic film 20 and the surface of the bottom panel 10 of the interlining, as shown in fig. 3a (product not shown); then, the first side plate 11 is folded along the first side edge in the direction away from the elastic film 20 to be attached to the back surface of the inner backing plate 10, and the third side plate 13 is folded along the third side edge in the direction away from the elastic film 20 to be attached to the back surface of the inner backing plate 10, as shown in fig. 3 b; the elastic film 20 connected with the first side plate 11 and the third side plate 13 at two ends is stretched in the process, the product between the elastic film 20 and the surface of the lining bottom plate 10 is pressed onto the lining bottom plate 10 by the elastic potential energy of the elastic film, so that the position of the product is limited, and the elastic film 20 and the lining bottom plate 10 provide powerful fastening effect for the product; then, the second side plate 12 is folded along the second side edge in a direction away from the back surface of the lining bottom plate 10 to be perpendicular to the lining bottom plate 10, and the fourth side plate 14 is folded along the fourth side edge in a direction away from the back surface of the lining bottom plate 10 to be perpendicular to the lining bottom plate 10, as shown in fig. 3c, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 extend along the surface of the lining bottom plate 10 in a direction away from the back surface, and both form a space on the side of the surface of the lining bottom plate 10, so as to provide protection for a product on the side of the surface of the lining bottom plate 10, as shown in fig. 3 d.
It can be seen that, in use, because the two ends of the elastic film 20 are connected to the first side panel 11 and the third side panel 13, when the first side panel 11 and the third side panel 13 are folded back from the surface of the inner lining bottom panel 10, the elastic film 20 on the side of the surface of the inner lining bottom panel 10 is stretched along with the folding of the first side panel 11 and the third side panel 13, and the elastic potential energy thereof enables the elastic film 20 to apply a greater pressure to the product located between the elastic film 20 and the surface of the inner lining bottom panel 10, so as to stably clamp the product between the elastic film 20 and the inner lining bottom panel 10, thereby providing better buffering and protecting effects for the product. Moreover, the film packaging protective lining is simple in structure, low in cost, green, environment-friendly, high in universality and good in development prospect.
As shown in fig. 1, the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 are respectively provided with a handle hole 40. When the second side plate 12 and the fourth side plate 14 are completely turned over, the two handle holes 40 facilitate the lifting and moving of workers.
