The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
Examples
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the steering wheel switch provided in the present embodiment includes a touch housing 20, a sensing diaphragm 80, a movable base 30, a circuit board 50, and a mounting base; the movable seat 30 is slidably connected to the mounting seat, and the movable seat 30 can be close to or far away from the driver relative to the mounting seat; the circuit board 50 is arranged between the mounting seat and the moving seat 30, a touch switch 51 is arranged on one side of the circuit board 50 facing the moving seat 30, and the moving seat 30 can press the touch switch 51; the touch shell 20 is covered on one side of the movable seat 30 close to the driver, and the touch shell 20 comprises a plurality of instruction areas; the sensing film 80 is disposed between the touch casing 20 and the movable base 30, the sensing film 80 includes a sensing area corresponding to the command area, and the sensing film 80 is electrically connected to the circuit board 50.
Specifically, the mounting seat is a closed annular structure, and the movable seat 30 is located in an annular space of the mounting seat, and the structure of the movable seat is adapted to the annular structure of the movable seat 30. The movable base 30 is slidably engaged with the mounting base, and the touch casing 20 is fixedly disposed on the movable base 30, so that when the movable base 30 moves relative to the mounting base, the touch casing 20 moves synchronously. The sensing film 80 is adhered to the lower surface of the touch housing 20, the command area on the touch housing 20 corresponds to the sensing area on the sensing film 80, and the sensing film 80 is electrically connected to the circuit board 50 to facilitate the transmission of electrical signals. The sensing diaphragm 80 is a touch film, and can accurately sense the touch of the hand of the driver through the touch housing 20, so as to accurately position, i.e., accurately know the instruction area touched by the driver.
In actual use, when the driver presses the required command area to force the touch housing 20, the pressing force is transmitted to the movable seat 30 through the touch housing 20 to force the movable seat 30 to move away from the driver relative to the mounting seat, i.e. move downwards, and the touch housing 20 and the movable seat 30 move synchronously, so that the touch housing 20 moves synchronously downwards. When the movable base 30 moves down to press the touch switch 51 on the circuit board 50, the touch switch 51 is actuated to open to connect the sensing diaphragm 80 with the circuit on the circuit board 50, so as to convert the signal sensed by the sensing area into an electrical signal and transmit the electrical signal to the circuit board 50, and the circuit board 50 is electrically connected with the control unit of the corresponding operating system on the automobile, so as to open the operating system corresponding to the pressed command area. When the driver removes the pressure applied to the touch unit, the movable base 30 loses the pressing force, the touch switch 51 applies an upward (opposite direction) force to the movable base 30 due to the elastic action of its own structure, so as to urge the movable base 30 to return to the initial position, and the touch housing 20 moves upward synchronously with the movable base 30 to return to the initial position.
The steering wheel switch integrates switch keys on a touch shell 20, namely, the touch shell 20 is equivalent to a single key, and a plurality of instruction areas for displaying instruction keys are arranged on the touch shell 20, namely, a plurality of instruction areas are integrated on the touch shell 20 so as to be convenient for moving downwards and lifting integrally, and further the integrity of the key is increased. Meanwhile, when any one instruction area is pressed, the sensing area on the sensing membrane 80 can sense signals, and meanwhile, the touch shell 20 is driven by the moving seat 30 to realize downward movement of the whole body relative to the mounting seat, so that the corresponding key does not need to be pressed independently due to the fact that one instruction corresponds to one key, and further the touch difference between different keys is reduced.
It should be added that how the sensing diaphragm 80 senses the touch signal of the human body and how the touch switch 51 presses and turns on the corresponding circuit on the circuit board 50 are conventional means in the art and are not the improvement point of the present application.
