2. A first aid kit according to claim 1 wherein the number of said securing means is at least 2 and 1 said nut assembly is provided on each of 2 opposite bottom wall edges of said body.
3. The vehicle-mounted first-aid kit according to claim 1, wherein the inner side wall of the body, the inner bottom wall of the body, the inner side wall of the cover body and the inner top wall of the cover body are respectively provided with a heat insulation layer in a fitting manner.

The on-board first-aid kit of claim 1, wherein the case further comprises an inner container disposed within the body; the inner container comprises a lower inner container and an upper inner container nested in the lower inner container, and the upper inner container and the lower inner container are both cuboid; the upper part of the lower inner container is in an opening shape, and the upper inner container is embedded into the lower inner container from the upper part of the lower inner container; a plurality of vertical partition plates are arranged inside the lower inner liner, and the lower inner liner is divided into a plurality of chambers by the vertical partition plates; the vertical height of the vertical partition board is consistent, and the height of the vertical partition board is set to be that the upper liner still partially exposes out of the lower liner when the bottom of the upper liner contacts with the vertical partition board; the upper inner container comprises an upper inner container body and an upper inner container cover used for covering the upper inner container body.

The on-board first aid kit of claim 4, further comprising a plurality of shock absorbing assemblies; the damping assembly comprises a buffer cap, a fixed cover and a spring; the buffer cap comprises a cap body, one end of the cap body is spherical, the middle part of the cap body is cylindrical, and the other end of the cap body is provided with an annular edge which is perpendicular to the cap body in a surrounding mode; the fixed cover is cylindrical, and a round opening is formed in the top end of the fixed cover; the cap body is arranged in the round opening in a penetrating mode, and the spherical end of the cap body is located outside the fixed cover; the annular edge is positioned inside the fixed cover, and the outer diameter of the annular edge is larger than that of the circular opening; the inner part of the cap body is hollow, and the spring is arranged between the inner top of the spherical end of the cap body and the inner bottom wall of the fixed cover; the outer bottom wall of the fixed cover is attached and fixed to the inner side wall of the body, the inner bottom wall of the body, the inner side wall of the cover body and the inner top wall of the cover body, and the fixed covers positioned on the same inner wall of the body or the cover body are arranged at equal intervals;
when the inner container is not placed in the box body, the spring is in an initial compression state and enables the annular edge to be in contact with the inner top wall surface of the fixed cover;
the shape and size of the inner container are set to be that when the inner container is placed in the box body and the cover body covers the body, the annular edges and the inner top wall of the fixed cover keep a distance.

The on-board first aid kit of claim 1, further comprising a distress alert assembly; the distress warning assembly comprises a vibration sensor and a processor which are arranged in the side wall of the body, and a warning lamp and a loudspeaker which are arranged on the outer wall of the body; the warning lamp, the loudspeaker and the vibration sensor are all connected with the processor; the side wall of the body is internally provided with a rechargeable battery, and the rechargeable battery is connected with the SOS warning assembly in a power supply mode.
7. The vehicle-mounted first-aid kit according to claim 6, wherein the number of the warning lamps is at least 2, and the warning lamps are respectively arranged on different outer walls of the body; and the outer wall of the body is provided with a light reflecting strip.
8. The on-board first-aid kit of claim 6, wherein the distress alert assembly further comprises a GPS locator and a wireless communicator disposed within the sidewall of the body, the GPS locator and the wireless communicator both being connected to the processor.
9. The on-board first-aid kit according to claim 6, wherein the distress alert assembly further comprises a distress switch disposed on an outer wall of the body; the distress switch is connected with the processor and is a button switch.
