Description

Pull strap of inflatable product and inflatable product
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a drawstring of an inflatable product and a manufacturing method thereof, and also relates to an inflatable product and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The inflatable products are widely applied to outdoor articles, aquatic articles or household products, such as inflatable pools, inflatable floating rafts, inflatable mattresses and the like, due to the characteristics of light weight, easy storage and portability.
In inflatable products, pull straps are typically used to connect the walls of the inflatable product walls so that the inflatable product forms a predetermined shape after inflation. As shown in FIG. 1, the drawstring 111 in prior inflatable products is generally in the form of a full sheet, with one side of the drawstring 111 attached to the upper inflatable chamber wall of the mattress and the other side of the drawstring 111 attached to the lower inflatable chamber wall of the mattress. After the mattress is inflated, the pulling force of the drawstrings on the walls of the upper and lower inflatable chambers of the mattress makes the whole inflatable chamber form the shape of the mattress. This process is typically very costly in terms of drawstring material. In order to save the drawstring material or form a certain fixed pattern, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of holes are sometimes dug in the middle of the drawstring 112, but the dug excess material is difficult to recycle, which causes resource waste and increases the manufacturing cost.

step S303: selecting two drawstrings obtained in the step, and connecting the end part of the protruding part of one drawstring, which is far away from the base, with the end part of the protruding part of the other drawstring, which is far away from the base, so as to obtain a complete drawstring;
step S304: one base of the integral pull strap is attached to a first inflatable chamber wall of the inflatable product and the other base of the integral pull strap is attached to a second inflatable chamber wall of the inflatable product.
As shown in FIGS. 11a-11d, a unitary sheet of draw tape material is processed to form two identical draw tapes, the draw tapes including a base and a plurality of tabs as shown in FIG. 3, at least a portion of the plurality of tabs extending forward from the same side of the base in a spaced apart manner. As can be seen in FIGS. 11a-11d, the protrusions of the draw tape may be shaped as a concave-sided trapezoid as shown in FIG. 11a, or a convex-sided trapezoid as shown in FIG. 11 c. In fig. 11a-11d, the die-cut draw tapes are joined in an offset manner such that the end of the tab of one draw tape remote from the base is joined to the end of the tab of the other draw tape remote from the base to form a draw tape with complete upper and lower edges, the resulting draw tape being shown in use in fig. 7a-7 b.
In the present exemplary embodiment, the manner of processing the entire sheet of draw tape material includes: die cutting or hot cutting.
In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 10d, a method of manufacturing an inflatable product comprises:
step S401: providing a whole piece of drawstring material;
step S402: stamping and cutting the whole sheet of drawstring material for multiple times, wherein each stamping and cutting forms at least two drawstrings, each drawstring comprises a base part and a plurality of protruding parts, and at least one part of the plurality of protruding parts extend forwards from the same side of the base part in a spacing mode;
step S403: selecting the three drawstrings obtained in the step, namely a first drawstring, a second drawstring and a third drawstring respectively, and connecting the end part of the protruding part of the first drawstring, which is far away from the base part, with the end part of the protruding part of the second drawstring, which is far away from the base part, and the end part of the protruding part of the third drawstring, which is far away from the base part;
step S404: the base of the first pull strap is attached to a first inflation chamber wall of the inflatable product, and the base of the second pull strap and the base of the third pull strap are attached to a second inflation chamber wall of the inflatable product.
In the present exemplary embodiment, three selected draw tapes may have different heights, and each three draw tapes are connected into one Y-shaped draw tape, and optionally, the height of the draw tape perpendicular to the inflatable chamber wall in the Y-shaped draw tape is greater than the height of the other draw tapes. Alternatively, the draw tape obtained is shown in fig. 8 when in use.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that in all of the above described methods of making an inflatable product, a method of making a drawstring for an inflatable product is included. Also, in all of the above exemplary embodiments, in addition to the press cutting of the entire sheet of the draw tape material a plurality of times, the press cutting or the hot cutting may be performed by a hot cutting method, and preferably by a butt cutting method. Alternatively, a single piece of draw tape material may be die cut or hot cut on a flow line, the single piece of draw tape material being pre-formed into a sheet shape suitable for cutting or slitting at least a pair of draw tapes at one time.
In all of the above-described methods of manufacturing an inflatable product, the attachment between the pull tape and the inflatable product and the attachment between the pull tape and the pull tape comprise welding or bonding, the base of the pull tape may be attached in whole or in part to the inflatable chamber wall of the inflatable product, and the attachment strip may be attached in whole or in part to the inflatable chamber wall of the inflatable product.
In an exemplary embodiment, the draw tape obtained by the above-described manufacturing method forms a straight draw tape or a Y-shaped draw tape in use, as shown in FIG. 12.
In an exemplary embodiment, the drawstring material is a single layer of material, such as PVC, TPR, EVA, or a cloth, or a multi-layer material, such as a fabric material disposed between two attachment layers (PVC/TPR/EVA/cloth).
For the technical scheme who adopts the straight stretching strap of whole piece or dig the straight stretching strap in prior art, the utility model discloses a to the maximum utilization of stretching strap material, the stretching strap of cutting out both can the exclusive use, also can make up the use, has also realized the maximize utilization of resource when lightening weight.
The exemplary embodiments disclosed in the present invention can be variously replaced, combined or modified, and all of these variations are still included in the concept of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention and fall within the scope of protection defined by the claims of the present invention.
