The utility model provides a brake equipment and lawn mower, it is right to give a plurality of embodiments below the utility model provides a brake equipment and lawn mower carry out detailed description.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a brake device, which can be used in a garden tool such as a lawn mower, and can also be used in other garden tools or electric tools with a brake function. This brake equipment includes: the brake comprises a fixed frame 1, a brake disc 2, a rotating wheel 3, a wheel shaft 4 and a brake piece 5. Wherein, the brake disc 2 is made of thermosetting material, and the brake disc 2 is fixedly connected with the fixing frame 1; the rotating wheel 3 is rotatably arranged on the fixed frame 1 through a wheel shaft 4; the brake piece 5 is arranged on the rotating wheel 3, and the brake piece 5 can be abutted against or separated from the brake disc 2.
In the embodiment, the brake function is realized by the fact that the brake piece 5 arranged on the rotating wheel 3 is abutted against the brake disc 2 arranged on the fixed frame 1, and the brake piece 5 is separated from the brake disc 2 to ensure that the rotating wheel 3 normally rotates. The brake disc 2 is made of thermosetting materials, namely the brake disc is made of thermosetting materials, the thermosetting materials belong to composite plastics, and sharp noise cannot be generated when the brake disc made of thermosetting materials is in contact friction with the brake piece 5. The brake disc made of the thermosetting material is easy to mold and process, does not need secondary processing subsequently, has the advantages of short molding period, high temperature resistance, impact resistance, high strength, flame retardance, stable size, large friction coefficient, wear resistance and the like, and can effectively ensure the dimensional accuracy of the brake disc 2; the strength of the thermosetting material brake disc is high, and the brake disc 2 can be firmly and conveniently fixed on the fixing frame 1 by adopting the modes of screw fixation, buckle connection and the like; the brake disc made of the thermosetting material has the characteristic of high temperature resistance, and other heat-insulating materials (generally made of the thermosetting material) are not needed to separate the brake disc 2 from the fixing frame 1 during assembly, so that one heat-insulating material is reduced in structural design, one working procedure is reduced in an assembly process, and the risk of failure is greatly reduced.
It is understood that the thermosetting material is a plastic material which is formed into an article by a cross-linking curing process using a thermosetting resin as a main component and various necessary additives. The liquid state is at the early stage of the manufacturing or forming process, and after solidification, the liquid state is insoluble and infusible, and can not be melted or softened again. Common thermosetting plastics include phenolics, epoxies, aminoplasts, unsaturated polyesters, alkyds, and the like. The brake disc made of the thermosetting material in the embodiment can be made of any thermosetting plastic according to the requirement, or can be made of other thermosetting plastics except the thermosetting plastic according to the requirement, and the thermosetting plastic is processed and molded into the brake disc with the required shape and size according to the requirement.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the brake disc 2 and the fixing frame 1 are fixedly connected by self-tapping screws 7. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a first mounting hole 22 for mounting the tapping screw 7 is provided on the brake disc 2, as shown in fig. 2, a second mounting hole 11 corresponding to the first mounting hole 22 is provided on the fixing frame 1, and the tapping screw 7 passes through the first mounting hole 22 and is fastened in the second mounting hole 11, so as to fixedly connect the brake disc 2 and the fixing frame 1. In order to ensure the firmness of the connection of the brake disc 2 and the fixing frame 1, the number of the self-tapping screws 7 can be multiple, the multiple self-tapping screws 7 are arranged along the circumferential intervals of the brake disc 2 and the fixing frame 1, namely, the multiple first mounting holes 22 are arranged on the brake disc 2 along the circumferential intervals, the fixing frame 1 is correspondingly provided with multiple second mounting holes 11, and the brake disc 2 and the fixing frame 1 are fixedly connected with the multiple self-tapping screws 7 which are arranged in the first mounting holes 22 and the second mounting holes 11 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. As shown in fig. 2, the number of the tapping screws 7 is 3, so that the fastness of the fixation of the brake disc 2 and the fixing frame 1 is ensured by using a small number of the tapping screws 7. Of course, the number of the tapping screws 7 is not limited to 3, and can be designed and adjusted as needed. The brake disc 2 and the fixing frame 1 are not limited to be fixedly connected by the self-tapping screws 7, and other fasteners such as bolts and nuts can also be used for fixedly connecting the brake disc and the fixing frame.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fixing frame 1 is provided with a shaft hole for mounting the wheel shaft 4, a bearing 6 is mounted in the shaft hole, the brake disc 2 is provided with a through hole 21 for the wheel shaft 4 to pass through, and a gap is provided between the wheel shaft 4 and the through hole 21 to ensure that the wheel shaft 4 can rotate relative to the brake disc 2. One end of the wheel shaft 4 penetrates through the through hole 21 on the brake disc 2 and is installed in the shaft hole of the fixing frame 1, one end of the wheel shaft 4 is supported on the bearing 6 located in the shaft hole, the rotating wheel 3 is installed at the other end of the wheel shaft 4, the rotating wheel 3 is fixedly connected with the wheel shaft 4, therefore, the rotating wheel 3 and the wheel shaft 4 rotate synchronously, and the fixing frame 1 and the brake disc 2 are fixed relatively.
In order to realize that the braking member 5 can be abutted against or separated from the brake disc 2, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, an elastic member 8 is arranged on the rotating wheel 3, one end of the elastic member 8 acts on the rotating wheel 3, and the other end of the elastic member 8 acts on the braking member 5; the brake member 5 is configured to collide with the brake disc 2 by the elastic force of the elastic member 8 and to be separated from the brake disc 2 by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotor 3. Specifically, when the rotating wheel 3 does not rotate or just starts to rotate at a slow speed, the brake piece 5 is abutted against the brake disc 2 under the action of the elastic force of the elastic piece 8, and the brake device is in a brake state; when the rotating speed of the rotating wheel 3 is high, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating wheel 3 acts, so that the elastic force of the elastic part 8 is not enough to enable the brake part 5 to be abutted against the brake disc 2, namely the centrifugal force is larger than the elastic force generated when the elastic part 8 keeps minimum deformation, the brake part 5 is separated from the brake disc 2 under the action of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating wheel 3, and at the moment, the brake device is in a non-braking state, so that the normal rotation of equipment applying the brake device, such as the rotating wheel of a mower, is ensured; when the rotating speed of the rotating wheel 3 is reduced and needs to be stopped, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating wheel 3 is not enough to overcome the elastic force generated by the elastic member 8 to separate the brake member 5 from the brake disc 2, namely when the centrifugal force is smaller than the elastic force generated when the elastic member 8 keeps minimum deformation, the brake member 5 is collided with the brake disc 2 again under the elastic force of the elastic member 8, and the braking function is realized. The structure for realizing the conflict between the brake piece 5 and the brake disc 2 by utilizing the elastic force of the elastic piece 8 and the separation between the brake piece 5 and the brake disc 2 by utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotating wheel 3 has higher reliability and simpler structure of the brake device compared with the traditional electronic brake.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the brake member 5 includes two arc-shaped brake pads 51, the two brake pads 51 are oppositely disposed on the periphery of the brake disc 2 with the wheel axle 4 as the center, and each brake pad 51 has an arc surface for abutting against the brake disc 2. When braking, the elastic piece 8 is used for providing a centripetal force for the brake pad 51 to approach the center of the brake disc 2, and the arc surface on the brake pad 51 is in contact friction with the outer peripheral surface of the brake disc 2, so that the braking function is realized.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, two limiting posts 31 are disposed on the wheel 3, limiting holes 511 are disposed at one ends of the two brake pads 51, and the two limiting posts 31 are inserted into the two limiting holes 511 respectively, so that one ends of the two brake pads 51 can be rotatably mounted on the two limiting posts 31 respectively, and the two brake pads 51 can rotate around the two limiting posts 31 respectively. An elastic member 8 is arranged on the outer side of the middle part of each brake pad 51, one end of each elastic member 8 acts on the runner 3, and the other end acts on the corresponding brake pad 51. Specifically, the elastic member 8 may be a spring or a torsion spring. In a braking state, the elastic piece 8 is used for providing a centripetal force for the brake pad 51 to approach to the center of the brake disc 2, so that the brake pad 51 and the brake disc 2 are in contact friction; under the non-braking state, the rotating wheel 3 rotates to generate centrifugal force, and when the centrifugal force is larger than the elastic force when the elastic piece 8 keeps minimum deformation, the brake pad 51 rotates around the limiting column 31 towards the direction far away from the center of the brake disc 2, so that the brake pad 51 is separated from the brake disc 2.
In other embodiments, the wheel 3 is provided with two limiting posts 31, one end of each of the two brake pads 51 is provided with a limiting hole 511, and the two limiting posts 31 are respectively inserted into the two limiting holes 511, so that one end of each of the two brake pads 51 can be respectively rotatably mounted on the two limiting posts 31, and the two brake pads 51 can respectively rotate around the two limiting posts 31. The other ends of the two brake pads 51 are respectively provided with a connecting hole 512, the connecting hole 512 on one brake pad 51 is opposite to the limiting column 31 on the other brake pad 51, the limiting column 31 on the other brake pad 51 is opposite to the connecting hole 512 on the other brake pad 51, namely two pairs of opposite limiting columns 31 and connecting holes 512 are formed, and an elastic part 8 is connected between each pair of opposite limiting columns 31 and the connecting holes 512. In other words, the number of the elastic members 8 is two, wherein one elastic member 8 is connected between one pair of the opposite connecting holes 512 and the position-limiting column 31, and the other elastic member 8 is connected between the other pair of the opposite connecting holes 512 and the position-limiting column 31. Specifically, the elastic member 8 may be a spring, a torsion spring, or the like. In a braking state, the elastic piece 8 is used for providing a centripetal force for the brake pad 51 to approach to the center of the brake disc 2, so that the brake pad 51 and the brake disc 2 are in contact friction; under the non-braking state, the rotating wheel 3 rotates to generate the action of centrifugal force, and after the centrifugal force is larger than the elastic force when the elastic piece 8 keeps the minimum deformation, the brake pad 51 rotates around the limiting column 31 to the direction far away from the center of the brake disc 2, so that the brake pad 51 is separated from the brake disc 2.
Of course, the collision and separation between the brake 5 and the brake disc 2 is not limited to the elastic force of the elastic member 8 and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the rotor 3, and the collision and separation between the brake 5 and the brake disc 2 may be realized by an electronic brake, for example, the brake 5 is driven to move by connecting a driving cylinder to the brake 5, so that the brake 5 collides with the brake disc 2 to perform braking.
