5. The portable withstand voltage tester of claim 4, further comprising two sets of handles (27), wherein the bottom ends of the two sets of handles (27) are connected to the top left side and the top right side of the cover plate (3), respectively.
6. The portable withstand voltage tester of claim 5, wherein the two sets of rotating blocks (24) are provided with rotating ribs (28) on the outer side walls.

The portable withstand voltage tester according to claim 6, further comprising two sets of supports (29), wherein the top ends of the two sets of supports (29) are connected to the middle portion of the front side of the bottom end of the operating box (2), and the bottom ends of the two sets of supports (29) are respectively connected to the left end and the right end of the alternating current motor (19).
