figure 4 is a partially cut-away schematic view of a second embodiment of an inflatable product according to the invention.
Detailed Description
The practice and use of the embodiments are discussed in detail below. It should be understood, however, that the specific embodiments discussed are merely illustrative of specific ways to make and use the invention, and do not limit the scope of the invention.
It is noted that the drawings are not only for explanation of the present invention but also for assistance in limitation of the present invention as necessary.
In this specification, the terms "top," "bottom," "upper," "lower," and the like are defined according to the orientation of the inflatable product as it is shown in normal use.
It is also noted that, in the illustrated embodiment, the inflatable product with insulation according to the present invention is an inflatable mattress for a person to lie down. Of course, the scope of the present invention is not limited to this type of inflatable product. In fact, the present invention covers any type of inflatable product where there is a need for insulation, including for example also inflatable seats for people to sit down, inflatable sofas, etc.
Figure 1 is a schematic view of the overall structure of a first embodiment of an airbed according to the invention,
FIG. 2 is a partially cut-away schematic view of the airbed of FIG. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the airbed with a heat insulating function mainly includes a mattress-shaped inflatable body, and a drawstring structure and a heat insulating structure disposed in the inflatable body.
The inflatable body comprises a top sheet 1, a bottom sheet 2 and side sheets 3. The top sheet 1 and the bottom sheet 2 are arranged at a distance from each other, and the upper edge and the lower edge of the side sheet 3 are connected to the outer edge of the top sheet 1 and the outer edge of the bottom sheet 2, respectively, for example, by high frequency welding or the like, to form an air-filled chamber 8 of the air mattress. The inflation chamber 8 may be in communication with an external inflation and deflation device (not shown) for inflating and deflating the inflatable body.
The drawstring structure is arranged in the inflatable chamber 8 and is connected to the topsheet 1 and the backsheet 2, respectively, for example by high frequency welding or the like, for preventing the inflatable chamber 8 from over-expanding when inflated. The drawtape structure comprises, for example, a plurality of drawtape units 4 arranged at intervals along the length and/or width direction of the inflatable chamber 8, each drawtape unit 4 being connected to the topsheet 1 and the backsheet 2, respectively. In this first embodiment shown, the drawstring structure includes a plurality of drawstring units 4 arranged uniformly in an array along the length and width of the inflatable chamber 8 to enable uniform loading of the topsheet 1 and backsheet 2 upon inflation.
Further, in this first embodiment shown, the draw tape unit 4 is an I-type draw tape. The drawstring unit 4 is respectively connected with the top sheet 1 and the bottom sheet 2 through the approximately circular connecting part 41, so that the connecting firmness of the drawstring unit 4 can be increased, and the pulling force applied to the top sheet 1 and the bottom sheet 2 can be relatively dispersed. Of course, the shape of the draw tape unit 4 is not restrictive. The draw tape unit 4 can also be selected among other types of draw tapes such as a round draw tape, an X-type draw tape, a Y-type draw tape, etc.
The heat preservation structure is arranged in the inflatable cavity 8 and connected with the top sheet 1, the shape of the heat preservation structure is constructed to cover at least one part of the top sheet 1 and not to interfere with the position of the connecting part 41 of any drawstring unit 4, the heat preservation structure arranged in the inflatable cavity 8 can effectively reduce the heat convection and heat dissipation between the inside of the inflatable cavity 8 and the outside, and the heat preservation effect is improved. More specifically, the insulation structure comprises at least one insulation unit extending between adjacent drawstring units 4 in the length and/or width direction of the inflatable chamber 8. In this first embodiment as shown, since the plurality of drawtape units 4 are arranged uniformly in an array along the length and width of the inflatable chamber 8 to form a "matrix" like structure, the insulation structure may be configured to include a plurality of insulation units extending in parallel between two rows or columns of drawtape units 4 that are successively adjacent in the "matrix".
Fig. 3 is a schematic sectional view of the heat-insulating unit of this heat-insulating structure. As shown in fig. 3, the heat insulation unit includes a heat insulation material layer 5a and a fixing member, wherein the fixing member is connected with the top sheet 1 so that the heat insulation material layer 5a is fixedly attached to the top sheet 1. The thermal insulation material layer 5a is, for example, a carbon fiber layer. The fixing member is, for example, a fixing patch 6, the edge of the fixing patch 6 is connected with the top sheet 1 by, for example, high frequency welding or the like to form an accommodating chamber 7, and the heat insulating material layer 5a is accommodated in the accommodating chamber 7 and closely attached to the top sheet 1. The material of the fastening patch 6 may be the same as the material of the individual components of the inflatable body (top sheet 1, bottom sheet 2 and side sheet 3), for example PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer rubber).
Figure 4 is a partially cut-away schematic view of a second embodiment of an airbed according to the invention. As shown in FIG. 4, the construction of the inflatable body and the drawstring structure of the airbed according to this second embodiment is identical to the airbed according to the first embodiment. That is, the airbed according to this second embodiment includes the same top sheet 1, back sheet 2, side sheet 3, and drawstring unit 4 of drawstring structure as compared with the first embodiment. The difference from the first embodiment is that the insulation structure of the airbed according to the second embodiment has a different configuration.
The insulating material layer 5b of the insulating structure of the airbed is provided with at least one first through-hole 51 for passing at least a part of the plurality of drawstring units 4 therethrough. In the second embodiment shown, the thermal insulation material layer 5b covers the whole top sheet 1 and is provided with a plurality of first through holes 51 corresponding to the plurality of drawstring units 4 uniformly arranged in an array one by one, so that the drawstring units 4 can respectively pass through when the thermal insulation material layer 5b is attached to the top sheet 1, and the thermal insulation material layer 5b does not interfere with the connecting part 41 of any drawstring unit 4.
The retaining members (not shown) of the insulation structure of the airbed are attached to the top sheet 1 so that the layer of insulation material 5b is fixedly attached to the top sheet 1. The fixing member is, for example, a fixing patch and is opened with at least one second through hole for passing at least a part of the plurality of pull tape units 4 therethrough. In the second embodiment, the edge of the fixed patch is connected with the edge of the top sheet 1 by, for example, high frequency welding or the like to form an accommodating chamber, the thermal insulation material layer 5b is accommodated in the accommodating chamber and closely attached to the top sheet 1, and the fixed patch is provided with a plurality of second through holes corresponding to the plurality of first through holes 51 on the thermal insulation material layer 5b one by one, so that the drawstring units 4 can respectively pass through the fixed patch when the fixed patch is connected with the edge of the top sheet 1.
The technical content and technical features of the present invention have been disclosed above, but it should be understood that various changes and modifications of the concept disclosed above can be made by those skilled in the art under the inventive concept of the present invention, and all fall within the scope of the present invention.
The above description of embodiments is intended to be illustrative, and not restrictive, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims.
