The use method of the cement head clamp type quick coupler comprises the following steps:
connecting the cement head to the collar assembly 100;
connecting the casing 620 and the landing collar 610, and integrally penetrating the casing 620 and the landing collar 610 into the adjustment sleeve 200;
sleeving the whole body of the cementing head and the hoop assembly 100 on the jacking collar 610;
the driving slider 400 moves down to the supporting fixture 320 to press the outer circumference of the sleeve 620;
the adjusting sleeve 200 is rotated until the top surface of the supporting fixture block 320 is tightly pressed against the lower end surface of the abutting hoop 610.
The joint is adopted to connect a cement head, a jacking hoop 610 and a sleeve 620, firstly, the cement head is connected with the upper end of a hoop component 100 through threads, then, the sleeve 620 is connected with the jacking hoop 610, the sleeve 620 and the jacking hoop 610 are integrally penetrated into an adjusting sleeve 200, then, the cement head and the hoop component 100 are integrally hoisted to the positions above the sleeve 620 and the jacking hoop 610 to enable the cement head and the hoop component to move downwards to the position where the top surface of the jacking hoop 610 is contacted with a sealing gasket component, then, a handle 430 is driven to realize that an eccentric rotating shaft 420 rotates to drive a pushing ring 410 to push a supporting fixture block 320, so that the supporting fixture block 320 clasps the sleeve 620, finally, the adjusting sleeve 200 is rotated until the top surface of the supporting fixture block 320 is abutted against the lower end surface of the jacking hoop 610, and at the top surface of the jacking hoop 610 is contacted with the sealing gasket component to be.

The cement head clamp type quick coupler is characterized by comprising a clamp component and an adjusting sleeve, wherein the clamp component is sleeved on the periphery of a joint hoop, and the adjusting sleeve is in threaded connection with the periphery of the lower end of the clamp component;
the upper end of the hoop component is used for being connected with a cement head, and a sealing gasket component used for being abutted against the top surface of the abutting joint hoop is arranged in the hoop component;
a locking support assembly used for being abutted against the top surface of the abutting hoop is arranged in the adjusting sleeve and comprises a positioning ring arranged on the inner side of the adjusting sleeve, a plurality of supporting clamping blocks positioned below the positioning ring and a sliding piece arranged between the supporting clamping blocks and the inner wall of the adjusting sleeve; the supporting fixture blocks are used for enclosing into a ring shape which is abutted against the outer wall of the sleeve, and the top surfaces of the supporting fixture blocks are abutted against the bottom surface of the abutting joint hoop; the sliding part is used for driving the supporting fixture block to fold towards the axis of the adjusting sleeve in a downward moving mode; the bottom of adjusting collar be equipped with the first end plate of the bottom surface butt of support fixture block.
2. The cement head clamp quick coupler as claimed in claim 1, wherein said outer side surface of said supporting clamp is inclined downward, and said slider comprises:
the lower part of the pushing ring is provided with an inclined plane which is used for being in sliding connection with the outer side surface of the supporting clamping block;
the eccentric rotating shaft penetrates through the adjusting sleeve and is used for driving the pushing ring to move up and down; and
and the handle is arranged at the outer end of the eccentric rotating shaft.
3. The cement head clamp quick coupler of claim 2 wherein said eccentric spindle comprises:
the main shaft body penetrates through the side wall of the adjusting sleeve and is rotatably connected with the adjusting sleeve;
the inner shaft is parallel to the main shaft body, is arranged on the inner side of the main shaft body and is used for being in inserted fit with the supporting clamping block; and
the outer shaft is arranged on the outer side of the main shaft body and connected with the handle.
4. The cement head clamp quick coupler as claimed in claim 1, wherein said plurality of said support blocks are further provided at inner sides thereof with annular elastic collars for abutting against inner walls of said support blocks.
5. The cement head clamp quick coupler of claim 4 wherein said annular resilient collar is disposed in parallel two in the axial direction of said support clamp.
6. The cement head clamp type quick coupler as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the clamp assembly comprises a clamp body having an upper end connected to the cement head and a connecting sleeve screwed to the outer periphery of the clamp body, and a second end plate is provided at a lower end of the connecting sleeve.

The cement head clamp type quick coupler as claimed in claim 6, wherein the lower end of the clamp body is provided with a stepped hole, the sealing gasket assembly comprises a support ring disposed in the stepped hole and a sealing gasket sleeved on the periphery of the lower end of the support ring, the support ring comprises a large diameter end and a small diameter end located at the lower part of the large diameter end and having an outer diameter smaller than that of the large diameter end, and the sealing gasket is sleeved on the small diameter end and having a lower end surface abutted against the top surface of the coupling collar.
8. The cement head clamp quick coupler as claimed in claim 7, wherein said large diameter end is provided at its outer periphery with a gasket, and said gasket is provided at its outer periphery with a gasket retainer.
9. The cement head clamp quick coupler as claimed in claim 6, wherein a first sealing assembly is further disposed between the clamp assembly and the outer wall of the coupling collar, the first sealing assembly including a rubber protective sleeve disposed in the connecting sleeve, a pressing block disposed between the rubber protective sleeve and the second end plate, and an annular sealing gasket disposed inside the rubber protective sleeve and the pressing block and adapted to abut against the outer wall of the coupling collar.
10. The cement head clamp type quick coupler as claimed in claim 6, wherein a first tightening screw is provided between the clamp body and the connecting sleeve, and a second tightening screw is provided between the connecting sleeve and the adjusting sleeve.
