three adjusting and fixing holes are formed on the fan blade bottom plate;
the fan blade adjusting guide plate is provided with three elongated adjusting guide holes at approximately the same positions of the three adjusting fixing holes on the fan blade bottom plate;
wherein,
the length direction of the first adjusting guide hole is along the axial direction of the hinge shaft;
the second adjusting guide hole and the third adjusting guide hole are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the first adjusting guide hole and are closer to the outer side of the fan blade adjusting guide plate than the first adjusting guide hole;
the second adjustment guide hole and the third adjustment guide hole are long along a direction perpendicular to the direction of the first adjustment guide hole.

the fan blade also comprises a fan blade substrate;
the fan blade base plate is clamped between the fan blade adjusting guide plate and the fan blade base plate;

the fan blade base plate is provided with an arbitrary adjusting hole with a diameter slightly larger than that of the fixing adjusting hole at a position approximately same as the fixing adjusting hole of the fan blade base plate;
the fan blade base plate and the fan blade bottom plate are respectively provided with at least one connecting hole at the same position.

the fan blade also comprises a fan blade cover plate;
the fan blade cover plate is provided with cover plate fixing holes at the positions which are approximately the same as the bottom plate fixing holes of the fan blade bottom plate;
the fan cover plate is provided with an adjusting window with a diameter slightly larger than that of the adjusting fixing hole at a position approximately same as the adjusting fixing hole of the fan bottom plate;
the fan cover plate is provided with a connecting window with a diameter slightly larger than that of the connecting hole at a position approximately same as the connecting hole of the fan bottom plate.
6. The leaf adjustable hinge of claim 4,
the fan blade substrate is provided with a tabling opening;
the fan blade bottom plate is provided with a tabling insertion sheet which can be tabled with the tabling opening of the fan blade base plate.
