The technical solution of the present embodiment will be described below by taking a drum washing machine as an example, but those skilled in the art will understand that the structural improvement in the following can be directly or simply changed and applied to a pulsator washing machine or other suitable type washing machines.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a part of a drum washing machine according to the present embodiment; fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a washing machine including a housing 100, an outer tub 200 hung within the housing 100, a drain valve 300, and a fixing structure 400. Wherein, the tub 200 has a water outlet 210 for discharging water, and a drain valve 300 for selectively discharging the washing water or the rinsing water in the tub 200 out of the tub 200 is provided at the water outlet 210. One end of the fixing structure 400 is fixed to the drain valve 300, and the other end is fixed to the outer casing 100, so that the drain valve 300 is stably supported at the water outlet 210 of the outer tub 200.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in particular, the present embodiment provides a drain valve 300 for controlling the discharge of the liquid in the tub 200 at the water outlet 210 of the tub 200, while communicating the water inlet of the drain pipe 500 with the water outlet of the drain valve 300, and the water outlet of the drain pipe 500 with the water outlet of the casing 100. When the washing machine is used for washing or rinsing, the drain valve 300 is in a closed state, and washing water or rinsing water flows into the inner tub from the outer tub 200 through a plurality of small holes formed in a wall of the inner tub (not shown), and finally fills the inner tub and a space between the inner tub and the outer tub 200, so as to wash or rinse the laundry put into the inner tub. When the washing machine requires drainage, the drain valve 300 is opened, and the washing water or the rinsing water in the tub 200 flows into the drain pipe 500 through the water outlet 210 of the tub 200, and then is discharged from the water outlet of the outer case 100 to the outside of the washing machine, for example, into a sewer line.
Referring to fig. 2, the water outlet 210 of the outer tub 200 includes a mounting hole 2101 provided on a wall of the tub and a short length of a hose 2102 fixed at the mounting hole 2101 to facilitate installation of the water discharge valve 300. Of course, in alternative embodiments, the hose 2102 may not be used, and the outlet 210 suitable for the drain valve 300 may be formed directly on the wall of the outer cartridge 200.
Based on the above, in the embodiment, the water discharge valve 300 is disposed at the water outlet 210 of the tub 200 through the fixing structure 400, so that the water discharge valve 300 is in a closed state during the washing or rinsing process of the washing machine, and the washing water or the rinsing water is stored in the tub 200 and does not enter the water discharge pipe 500, thereby achieving the full utilization of the washing water or the rinsing water and saving water resources.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, one end of the fixing structure 400 is fixed to the drain valve 300 and the other end is fixed to the housing 100, so that the drain valve 300 coupled to the fixing structure 400 can be more stably supported at the water outlet 210 of the outer tub 200.
Referring to fig. 2, in the washing machine of the present embodiment, an axis l of the tub 200 is disposed parallel to a horizontal plane. It will be appreciated that in other examples, the axis l of the tub 200 is inclined upward with respect to the horizontal plane such that the center point of the front end of the tub 200 is higher than the center point of the rear end of the tub 200, i.e., l in fig. 2 is rotated clockwise by a certain angle about a line perpendicular to the paper plane inward. By arranging the axis of the tub 200 to be inclined to the horizontal plane, the user can put laundry into the tub 200 from the opening of the tub 200 and take the washed laundry out of the opening without stooping.
Referring to fig. 2, the washing machine of the present embodiment drives the inner tub provided in the outer tub 200 to rotate by the motor 600. Wherein, the motor 600 is fixed with the housing 100 and is in transmission connection with the inner cylinder to selectively drive the inner cylinder to rotate relative to the outer cylinder 200.
Specifically, the inner tub disposed in the outer tub 200 is used for containing the laundry, and the plurality of small holes formed in the wall of the inner tub allow the washing or rinsing water to enter the inner tub, so as to wash or rinse the laundry. During washing, the drain valve 300 is in a closed state, clothes to be washed are put into the inner drum from a clothes inlet of the washing machine, tap water enters the outer drum 200 from the water inlet pipe and then enters the inner drum through the small hole formed in the wall of the inner drum, then the motor 600 starts to work, and the inner drum rotates relative to the outer drum 200 under the driving of the motor 600, so that the clothes in the inner drum and the inner wall of the inner drum are rubbed and beaten, and the clothes are cleaned. After the washing is completed, the motor 600 is turned off, the drain valve 300 at the water outlet 210 of the outer tub 200 is opened, and the water in the inner tub and the outer tub 200 enters the drain pipe 500 through the water outlet 210 and the drain valve 300 and is discharged to the outside of the washing machine.
In this embodiment, the motor 600 may be connected to the inner cylinder through a transmission shaft. For example, one end of the output shaft of the motor 600 is connected to one end of the transmission shaft through a coupling, and the other end of the transmission shaft passes through the wall of the outer cylinder 200 and is fixed to the inner cylinder. It can be understood that the motor 600 and the inner barrel may be in transmission connection in other manners, and specific reference may be made to a specific structure of transmission connection in the prior art, which is not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some types of washing machines (e.g., commercial large-sized washing machines), the motor 600 is disposed below the tub 200, and at this time, the other end of the fixing structure 400 can be fixed to the motor 600 at a close place, so that the manufacturing cost of the fixing structure can be saved, and the difficulty in maintaining the washing machine can be reduced.
Specifically, the water outlet 210 of the tub 200 in the present embodiment is usually disposed on the bottom wall of the tub 200, so that the water in the tub 200 can be smoothly discharged from the water outlet 210 to the drain pipe 500. When the motor 600 is also fixed below the outer tub 200, the other end of the fixing structure 400 may be fixed to the motor 600, so that the drain valve 300 fixed to the fixing structure 400 is stably fitted at the water outlet 210 of the bottom wall of the outer tub 200.
In the embodiment, the other end of the fixing structure 400 is directly fixed to the motor 600 near the water outlet 210 of the tub 200, so that not only the material of the fixing structure 400 is saved, thereby saving the manufacturing cost of the washing machine, but also the stability of the fixing structure 400 itself is ensured, thereby enabling the drain valve 300 to be stably supported at the water outlet 210 of the tub 200 under the action of the fixing structure 400.
It is understood that the water outlet 210 of the tub 200 is generally disposed on the bottom wall of the tub 200, but the present embodiment does not exclude other suitable locations. However, in order to facilitate the installation of the fixing structure 400, the other end of the fixing structure 400 may be generally directly fixed to the housing 100 near the water outlet 210, or may be fixed to another member that is fixed with respect to the housing 100. The specific fixing position of the fixing structure 400 may be determined according to the internal arrangement of the existing washing machine.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to facilitate the installation of the motor 600, a motor bracket 800 for installing the motor 600 may be fixed to the housing 100, and the fixing structure 400 may also be fixed to the motor bracket 800.
Specifically, the motor 600 is fixed to the housing 100 through the motor bracket 800, which not only improves the stability of the motor 600, but also facilitates the installation and detachment of the motor 600. Meanwhile, the fixing structure 400 is fixed on the motor bracket 800, so that the fixing structure 400 is more stably fixed inside the casing 100, thereby ensuring the support stability of the drain valve 300.
The motor bracket 800 may be configured in various structures, which are not limited herein, as long as the overall stability of the fixing structure 400 can be ensured. For example, the motor mount 800 may be a rod-shaped member, a plate-shaped member, or the like. The motor bracket 800 is detachably connected with the housing 100 to facilitate maintenance of the motor bracket 800. For example, the two ends of the motor bracket 800 are connected with the inner wall of the housing 100 by screws or snaps.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to facilitate the installation of the motor bracket 800, a support bracket 900 may be provided at both ends of the motor bracket 800, so that the motor bracket 800 is fixed on the outer casing 100 through the support bracket 900, and thus the motor bracket 800 may be installed at any suitable position between the outer casing 100 and the outer tub 200.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the drain valve of FIG. 1 assembled with a mounting structure; fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of the first fixing member of fig. 3. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the fixing structure 400 may have various structural designs. For example, the fixation structure 400 may include a first fixation member 410; the first fixing element 410 includes a position-limiting portion 411 and first connecting portions 412 extending outward from two ends of the position-limiting portion 411. The drain valve 300 is at least partially positioned between the stopper 411 and the motor bracket 800. The first connecting portion 412 is fixed to the motor bracket 800 so that the limiting portion 411 and the motor bracket 800 clamp the drain valve 300.
Referring to fig. 3, specifically, the limiting portion 411 of the first fixing member 410 may be disposed around a portion of a side wall of the drain valve 300, and together with a portion of a side wall of the motor bracket 800, form a clamping space for clamping the drain valve 300. When the drain valve 300 is fixed, at least part of the drain valve 300 is clamped in a clamping space formed by the limiting part 411 and the motor bracket 800, and two ends of the limiting part 411 are fixed on the motor bracket 800 through the first connecting parts 412 positioned at two ends of the limiting part 411, so that the drain valve 300 is clamped between the limiting part 411 and the motor bracket 800, and the fixation of the drain valve 300 is realized.
It can be understood that, in the specific design, except that the clamping space for clamping the drain valve 300 is enclosed by the limiting portion 411 and the motor bracket 800, a part of the first connecting portion 412 located at two ends of the limiting portion 411 and the limiting portion 411 can also be enclosed on a partial side wall of the drain valve 300, so that the limiting portion 411, a part of the first connecting portion 412 and the motor bracket 800 can clamp the drain valve 300 together, the rest of the first connecting portion 412 is used for being fixed with the motor bracket 800, and it is ensured that the limiting portion 411, a part of the first connecting portion 412 and the motor bracket 800 clamp the drain valve 300, and the drain valve 300 is stably fixed at the water outlet 210 at the bottom of the outer barrel 200.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to improve the clamping force of the limiting portion 411 and the motor bracket 800 on the drain valve 300, the shape of the clamping space surrounded by the limiting portion 411 and the motor bracket 800 is matched with the shape of a part of the drain valve 300, so as to improve the contact area between the limiting portion 411 and the drain valve 300, so that the contact between the limiting portion 411 and the drain valve 300 is tighter, and further, the drain valve 300 can be stably clamped between the limiting portion 411 and the motor bracket 700. For example, when the drain valve 300 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the stopper 411 may have a rectangular shape having an opening; when the drain valve 300 has a cylindrical structure, the stopper 411 may have an open circular ring shape. The structure of the limiting portion 411 may be various as long as the drain valve 300 can be stably clamped between the limiting portion 411 and the motor bracket 800, and there is no limitation here.
Referring to fig. 3, when the first fixing member 410 fixes the drain valve 300, it may act on a side wall of the drain valve 300 located at an upper portion, or may act on a side wall of the drain valve 300 located at a middle portion, that is, when assembling, an installer may flexibly select a relative position between the drain valve 300 and the motor bracket 800 according to actual conditions.
As shown in fig. 3, the first connection portion 412 of the first fixing member 410 and the motor bracket 800 may be fixed by a bolt 413. The bolt fixing mode can ensure the connection tightness between the first connecting part 412 and the motor bracket 800, and the fixing mode is simple, convenient to install and easy to detach, so that the assembly efficiency of the drain valve 300 is improved. It is understood that the first connecting portion 412 and the motor bracket 800 may be detachably connected to each other, so as to facilitate the installation and detachment of the drain valve 300, for example, the first connecting portion 412 and the motor bracket 800 are connected by a snap-fit manner.
Based on the above, in this embodiment, by setting the first fixing member 410, not only the drain valve 300 can be stably supported at the water outlet 210 of the outer barrel 200, but also the structural design of the fixing structure 400 is simplified, so that the fixing of the fixing structure 400 to the drain valve 300 is more convenient and faster, and the drain valve 300 is conveniently detached from between the fixing structure 400 and the motor bracket 800.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the second fixing member of fig. 3. Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in order to further enhance the coupling strength of the fixing structure 400 to the water discharge valve 300, the fixing structure 400 of the present embodiment further includes a second fixing member 420. The second fixing member 420 includes a supporting portion 421, and a second connecting portion 422 extending from one side of the supporting portion 421 to a direction inclined to the supporting portion 421; the supporting portion 421 is used for supporting the drain valve 300; the second connection portion 422 is used to be fixed to the motor bracket 800.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the second fixing member 420 of the fixing structure 400 mainly plays a good role in supporting the bottom of the drain valve 300, so that the drain valve 300 is more stable. During the assembly, the supporting portion 421 of the second fixing member 420 is located at the bottom of the drain valve 300, so that the supporting portion 421 supports the drain valve 300, and meanwhile, the second connecting portion 422 located at one side of the supporting portion 421 is fixed on the motor bracket 800, so that the supporting portion 421 can provide sufficient supporting force for the drain valve 300, and thus the drain valve 300 is prevented from shaking during the operation of the washing machine.
Specifically, the second connection portion 422 may be fixed to the motor bracket 800 in various ways. For example, the second connection part 422 may be fixed to the motor bracket 800 by a rivet 424, as shown in fig. 3. Of course, bolts may be used instead of the rivets 424, or the second connection portion 422 and the motor bracket 800 may be fixed by snap-fitting. For example, a clip extending toward the motor bracket 800 may be disposed on the second connecting portion 422, and a slot engaged with the clip may be disposed on the motor bracket 800. During assembly, the clamping piece is clamped into the clamping groove to fix the second connecting part 422. It can be understood that the second connecting portion 422 and the motor bracket 800 may also be detachably connected, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Referring to fig. 5, in some examples, the supporting part 421 of the second fixing member 420 may be formed as a plate-shaped member attached to the bottom of the water discharge valve 300. The second connecting portion 422 includes two sub-connecting portions, the two sub-connecting portions are respectively disposed on two opposite sides of the supporting portion 421, and extend in a direction away from the supporting portion 421, and the connecting strength between the second fixing member 420 and the motor bracket 800 can be improved by the two sub-connecting portions, so that the connecting reliability between the second fixing member 420 and the motor bracket 800 is improved.
In some alternative manners, the second connecting portion 422 and the supporting portion 421 may be an integral body, which not only can improve the structural strength of the whole second fixing member 420 and further improve the supporting effect of the second fixing member 420 on the water discharge valve 300, but also simplifies the manufacturing and assembling process of the second fixing member 420.
With continued reference to fig. 5, the second fixing member 420 of the present embodiment may further include a transition portion 423 located between the supporting portion 421 and the second connection portion 422.
Specifically, the transition portion 423 is formed upward or downward from a side surface of the support portion 421 contacting the motor bracket 800, and the second connection portion 422 is fixed to the transition portion 423. Alternatively, the two sub-connecting portions of the second connecting portion 422 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the transition portion 423 and extend in a direction away from each other. During installation, the bottom of the drain valve 300 is supported on the supporting portion 421, the transition portion 423 is located between the drain valve 300 and the motor bracket 800, and the two sub-connecting portions of the second connecting portion 422 are fixed on the motor bracket 800. The provision of the transition portion 423 increases the contact area of the second fixing member 420 with the water discharge valve 300, and may improve the supporting effect of the second fixing member 420 on the water discharge valve 300.
In the present embodiment, the structure of the transition portion 423 may be various, as long as the support portion 421 and the second connection portion 422 can be connected together, and is not limited herein. For example, the transition portion 423 may be a connection plate disposed at one side of the supporting portion 421, and both ends of the upper portion of the connection plate extend outward to form the second connection portion 422.
The transition portion 423 may be detachably fixed to one side edge of the supporting portion 421; the support portion 421 and the second connection portion 422 may be formed integrally. In addition, the transition portion 423 may be disposed perpendicular to the supporting portion 421 to save the occupied space of the second fixing member 420 in the horizontal direction.
Referring to fig. 3, when the first fixing member 410 and the second fixing member 420 fix the drain valve 300 at the same time, the second connecting portion 422 may be positioned between the first connecting portion 412 and the motor bracket 800 to further fix the second fixing member 420.
For example, when the drain valve 300 is fixed by the first fixing member 410 and the second fixing member 420, the supporting portion 421 of the second fixing member 420 is supported at the bottom of the drain valve 300, the transition portion 423 is extended between the drain valve 300 and the motor bracket 800, the second connecting portion 422 is fixed on the motor bracket 800, the limiting portion 411 of the first fixing member 410 is surrounded on a part of the sidewall of the drain valve 300, and the first connecting portions 412 at two ends of the limiting portion 411 are overlapped outside the second connecting portion 422. In this way, when the first connecting portion 412 is fixed on the motor bracket 800, the second connecting portion 422 is also fixed for the second time, so that the connection between the second fixing member 420 and the motor bracket 800 is tighter.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 5, when the first connecting portion 412 is fixed to the motor mount 800 by a bolt, an aperture 425 is opened in the second connecting portion 422 through which the bolt 413 passes. When the first connection part 412 is fixed, the bolt 413 passes through the bolt hole on the first connection part 412 and the light hole 425 on the second connection part 422 to be fixed on the motor bracket 800, so that the first connection part 412 and the second connection part 422 are fixed. Of course, the aforementioned unthreaded holes 425 may be replaced with threaded holes.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 5, in order to prevent the drain valve 300 from shaking when the washing machine is in operation, the present embodiment may be formed with a flange 426 at a side of the support portion 421 opposite to the second connection portion 422, and the support portion 421, the second connection portion 422, and the flange 426 enclose a space for accommodating the drain valve 300. During assembly, the drain valve 300 is received in a space surrounded by the support portion 421, the second connection portion 422, and the folded edge 426 to restrict movement of the drain valve 300 in a horizontal direction, so that the drain valve 300 is stably supported on the support portion 421.
In a specific design, the folded edge 426 may extend along the outer edge of the support 421 to further limit the movement of the drain valve 300. For example, in some examples, the flap 426 may wrap around the outer edge of the support 421. Of course, when the support portion 421 and the second connection portion 422 are connected by the transition portion 423, both ends of the folded edge 426 extending around the outer edge of the support portion 421 are respectively abutted against the transition portion 423.
Based on the above, the second fixing member 420 is disposed to support the bottom of the drain valve 300, and the fixing of the first fixing member 410 to the side wall of the drain valve 300 is combined, so that the fixing and supporting effects of the fixing structure 400 on the drain valve 300 are further enhanced, and the drain valve 300 can be more firmly mounted at the water outlet 210 of the outer barrel.
In order to simplify the number of parts and assembly process of the washing machine and improve the production efficiency, the fixing structure 400 and the motor bracket 800 in this embodiment may be an integrally formed integral piece. In other words, the motor bracket 800 fixed to the casing 100 is provided with the fixing structure 400 itself, and generally the motor bracket 800 is fixed to the casing 100 and is used to fix the motor 600. Therefore, when the drain valve 300 is fixed, the installation of the drain valve 300 can be completed only by fixing the drain valve 300 to the fixing structure 400. Meanwhile, the fixing structure 400 and the motor bracket 800 which are integrally formed increase the connection strength between the fixing structure 400 and the motor bracket 800, and further enhance the stability of the fixing structure 400, so that the drain valve 300 can be more stably installed at the water outlet 210 of the outer tub 200.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
