Claims (10)

1. A needle plate at least comprises a plate body assembly, wherein the plate body assembly comprises a plate body and a plurality of felting needles positioned on the plate body, a plurality of mounting holes which are arranged in a run-through manner are formed in the plate body, and the plurality of felting needles are respectively mounted in the plurality of mounting holes;
the needle plate further comprises a clamp holder, the clamp holder is detachably inserted into the containing groove section and is provided with a clamping cavity used for clamping the puncture needle, the clamping cavity is communicated with the needle moving hole section, a puncture needle hole communicated with the clamping cavity is formed in the clamp holder, the puncture needle hole, the clamping cavity and the needle moving hole section form a channel for the puncture needle to penetrate through, and the clamp holder is detachably and fixedly connected with the plate body through a screw connector.
2. A faller bar according to claim 1 wherein the holder comprises a base on the side of the jaw portion facing away from the walk hole section and a jaw portion provided on the base on which the puncture hole is located, wherein,
the clamping jaw part comprises a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw, the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are oppositely arranged to form the clamping cavity, and the first clamping jaw is fixedly arranged on the base; the second clamping jaw has a first position and a second position, and when the second clamping jaw is at the first position, the clamp clamps the puncture needle; when the second clamping jaw is at the second position, the clamp releases the puncture needle;
the second clamping jaw is rotatably arranged on the base in a direction close to or far away from the first clamping jaw so as to move between the first position and the second position.
3. The needle board of claim 2 wherein an inner wall surface of the receiving slot section is in limited engagement with a side of the second jaw facing away from the first jaw such that the second jaw is in the second position.

The needle plate according to claim 2, wherein a first mounting groove is concavely formed on an inner wall surface of the accommodating groove section, the first mounting groove is arranged close to a bottom surface of the accommodating groove section, a push plate and a first elastic member are arranged in the first mounting groove, the push plate is movably arranged in the first mounting groove along a direction close to or away from the second clamping jaw, the first elastic member is arranged on a side of the push plate away from the second clamping jaw, and one end of the first elastic member is connected with the push plate to provide elastic force to the push plate in a direction towards the second clamping jaw.
5. The needle plate of claim 4, wherein the side of the second clamping jaw facing away from the first clamping jaw is vertically arranged, the side of the push plate close to the second clamping jaw is provided with an ejecting surface, the ejecting surface comprises an inclined section and a vertical section which are connected end to end, and the inclined section is obliquely arranged in the direction close to the second clamping jaw.

The needle plate according to claim 2, wherein the first clamping jaw is provided with a first threaded hole, the bottom surface of the accommodating groove section is provided with a second threaded hole, the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole are coaxially arranged, and the screw connector comprises a first bolt which is respectively in screw fit with the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole so as to enable the clamp holder to be fixedly connected with the plate body.

The needle plate of claim 2 wherein a second mounting groove is recessed into a bottom surface of the receiving groove section, a second resilient member is mounted in the second mounting groove, and one end of the second resilient member engages the second jaw to provide a resilient force to the second jaw in a direction away from the receiving groove section.
8. The faller bar of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising more than two plate assemblies and a mounting frame, the mounting frame comprising:
a first side plate;
the two second side plates are positioned on the same side of the first side plate, the two second side plates are arranged in parallel and are perpendicular to the first side plate, the second side plates are fixedly connected with the first side plate, and guide grooves are formed in the inner side surfaces of the second side plates, wherein more than two plate body assemblies are sequentially placed between the two second side plates, and two ends of each plate body assembly are respectively in sliding fit with the guide grooves in the second side plates;
the third side plate is arranged in parallel with the first side plate and movably arranged on the two second side plates along the direction far away from or close to the first side plate;
the action end of the driving piece is positioned on one side, away from the first side plate, of the third side plate and is used for driving the third side plate to move in the direction of being far away from or close to the first side plate.
9. The needle board as claimed in claim 8, wherein the third side plate has two openings at its two ends, and the second side plate is movably inserted into the corresponding openings.
10. The needle board of claim 8, wherein the drive member comprises:
the two supporting plates are respectively fixedly connected to the two second side plates and positioned on one side of the second side plates, which is far away from the guide groove, and the third side plate is positioned on one side of the supporting plates, which is far away from the first side plate;
the two second bolts are respectively arranged on the two supporting plates and are in threaded connection with the third side plate and the corresponding supporting plate, and nuts of the second bolts are located on one side, away from the first side plate, of the third side plate and used for driving the third side plate to move in the direction away from or close to the first side plate.
