Specifically, the rotating assembly 420 includes a driving shaft and a driven shaft which are in transmission connection, the driving shaft and the driven shaft are arranged in parallel, one end of the driving shaft rotatably penetrates through the bracket 401 to be connected with one punching wheel 100, and one end of the driven shaft rotatably penetrates through the bracket 401 to be connected with the other punching wheel 100. The driving shaft and the driven shaft which are arranged in parallel through the rotating assembly 420 are respectively connected with the two punching wheels 100, so that the two punching wheels 100 are driven to rotate relatively by utilizing the transmission relation between the driving shaft and the driven shaft.
In this embodiment, the rotation direction of driving shaft is opposite with the rotation direction of driven shaft, so make two drive wheels 100 that driving shaft and driven shaft drove realize relative rotation to the cooperation nail 2 that punches, thereby better realization drive tubular product removes in the passageway 410 that punches, in order to make things convenient for nail 2 that punches to realize continuously punching to tubular product.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the punch apparatus 600 includes three punch mechanisms, and the three punch paths 410 of the three punch mechanisms are coaxially arranged. It will be understood that each punching mechanism comprises a driving shaft and a driven shaft of the rotating assembly 420 and two punching wheels 100 respectively connected to the driving shaft and the driven shaft, i.e. each punching mechanism is formed with a punching channel 410. When the three punching mechanisms punch different pipes, the punching apparatus 600 may be provided with a driving device corresponding to each punching mechanism, and the driving device is in transmission connection with the driving shaft, and optionally, the driving device is a driving motor.

In order to conveniently install the driving shaft of the punching mechanism, the driven shaft and the two punching wheels 100, and enable the driving shaft to be connected with the transmission shaft 430, the base 400 is further provided with a support 401, the driving shaft and the driven shaft are arranged in parallel, one end of the driving shaft rotatably penetrates through the support 401 to be connected with one punching wheel 100, one end of the driven shaft rotatably penetrates through the support 401 to be connected with the other punching wheel 100, the peripheries of the two punching wheels 100 are abutted to each other, and the two grooves 121 are matched relatively to form a punching channel 410.
A first conical gear is arranged at one end of the driving shaft far away from the punching wheel 100, and a second conical gear is arranged on the transmission shaft 430 corresponding to the first conical gear. The transmission shaft 430 is in transmission connection with the driving shaft by means of meshing of the second bevel gear and the first bevel gear. It is understood that an output shaft of the driving motor 440 is connected to one end of the driving shaft 430.
Specifically, the driving motor 440 is disposed on the base 400, and an output shaft of the driving motor 440 may be directly connected to one end of the transmission shaft 430, but in other embodiments, the output shaft of the driving motor 440 is indirectly connected to one end of the transmission shaft 430, and is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the output shaft of the driving motor 440 is provided with a driving gear, and one end of the transmission shaft 430 is provided with a sprocket, in which case the driving gear of the driving motor 440 is indirectly connected with the sprocket of the transmission shaft 430 through a chain.

Claims (10)

1. A punching wheel applied to punching equipment is characterized in that the punching wheel comprises:
the device comprises a main body, a plurality of fixing pieces and a plurality of fixing pieces, wherein a groove is formed in the periphery of the main body, and a mounting hole is formed in the wall of the groove; and
and one end of the punching nail is arranged in the mounting hole, and the other end of the punching nail protrudes out of the mounting hole and is exposed in the groove.
2. The perforator wheel of claim 1, wherein said body is a disk structure, and wherein said groove is annularly disposed around a periphery of said body;
and/or the mounting hole is arranged on the bottom wall of the groove, and the extending direction of the punching nail is vertical to the central axis of the main body;
and/or one end of the punching nail, which protrudes out of the mounting hole and is exposed in the groove, is arranged in a conical manner.
3. The perforating wheel of claim 1 wherein the height H at which the perforating pins protrude through the mounting holes and emerge into the recesses is defined, the maximum depth L of the recesses is defined, and H ≦ 2/3L.
4. The perforating wheel of claim 1 wherein the cut surface of the groove is semi-circular, V-shaped, or U-shaped;

5. The perforating wheel of any of claims 1-4, wherein the body includes an inner ring and an outer ring removably mounted to an outer wall of the inner ring, and wherein a surface of the outer ring facing away from the inner ring is provided with the groove.

The perforating wheel as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mounting hole penetrates through the outer ring, the outer ring and the inner ring are cooperatively formed with a limiting groove communicated with the mounting hole, one end of the perforating nail is provided with a limiting table, the perforating nail is mounted in the mounting hole, and the limiting table is received and limited in the limiting groove.

The perforating wheel as recited in claim 5, wherein a boss is convexly provided on a peripheral edge of the inner ring, the boss cooperates with the peripheral edge of the inner ring to form a limiting step, and the outer ring is detachably sleeved on the peripheral edge of the inner ring and is in limiting abutment with the limiting step.
8. The hole punching wheel according to claim 7, wherein the boss is provided with a first through hole, the outer ring is provided with a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole, and the outer ring is detachably connected with the inner ring by being inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole through fasteners.
9. The perforating wheel as claimed in claim 5, wherein the main body further comprises an expansion sleeve, the inner ring is further provided with a mounting groove, a through hole penetrating through the inner ring is formed in the bottom wall of the mounting groove, and the expansion sleeve is arranged in the mounting groove and is provided with a through hole corresponding to the through hole.
10. A punching apparatus, comprising:
a machine base; and
two wheels according to any one of claims 1 to 9, rotatably mounted on said base, said wheels being arranged opposite each other so that said two grooves cooperate to form a perforation tunnel.
