9. The positioning device as set forth in claim 8, wherein the chucking portion has a chucking space for accommodating the reference object and a second through hole communicating with the chucking space;
the positioning device further comprises a second fastener, and the second fastener is used for penetrating through the second penetrating hole and abutting against the reference object so as to enable the reference object and the first positioning piece to be relatively fixed.
