Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures.
The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
This embodiment provides a barrier assembly 100 as shown in fig. 1 that can be used in a toddler product as a barrier structure. The infant and child product may be a crib or a structure formed by assembling the barrier rail assembly 100 to an adult bed. The baby product adopting the guardrail assembly 100 provided by the embodiment has stable connection and good safety.
It should be noted that the infant and child article may include an article body, and the guardrail assembly 100 provided in this embodiment is mounted on the article body and used as a guardrail. For example, the article body is a bed plate of an adult bed, and the guardrail assembly 100 is mounted on the bed plate of the adult bed when in use.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the guardrail assembly 100 includes a first guardrail 110, a second guardrail 120, a movable guardrail 130, a first connecting member 140, a second connecting member 150, and a rotating connecting member 160; two ends of the movable guardrail 130 are respectively connected with the first guardrail 110 and the second guardrail 120, and the movable guardrail 130 can slide along the first guardrail 110 and the second guardrail 120; the first guardrail 110 is fixedly connected with the article body through a first connecting piece 140; the second guardrail 120 is fixedly connected with the article body through a second connecting piece 150; the movable guard rail 130 is rotatably connected to the utility body by a rotational connection 160, and the rotational connection 160 is used to rotate when the movable guard rail 130 slides relative to the first guard rail 110 and the second guard rail 120. At this time, the rotational connector 160 also slides along the movable fence 130.
It should be noted that, the conventional guard rail structure is externally sleeved with a cloth cover which is connected to a bed plate of an adult bed and encloses the bed into a space for infants and children to play. However, from the current news reports and user feedback, the existing guardrail structure is easy to cause the playing baby to fall from the bed, and the health and life safety of the baby are damaged. Although those skilled in the art know the above facts, no better improvement can be found, so the above reports frequently occur. The inventors of the present application have also noted this problem during long-term practice and have creatively discovered one of the possible causes of the above problem, namely the presence of a gap between the guard rail structure and the mattress of an adult bed, which gap may cause infants and children to fall into or from the bed when playing on it. One of the important objects of the present application is to avoid or control the gap between the mattress and the railing within a range that does not cause the above-mentioned accidents. One of the means for achieving the above object is to provide a movable guardrail 130 capable of moving up and down, so as to avoid the above accident caused by too large gap between the mattress and the movable guardrail 130 by adjusting the movable guardrail 130 to be substantially flush with the soft mattress. It will be appreciated that the mounting of the mobilization fence 130 on the bed deck via the rotational connection 160 can ensure the stability and strength of the mobilization fence 130.
Further, when the barrier assembly 100 of the present embodiment is used for an adult bed, the first barrier 110 is fixed on a deck of the adult bed by the first connector 140, the second barrier 120 is fixed on the deck by the second connector 150, and the movable barrier 130 is fixed on the deck by the rotational connector 160. The both ends of movable guardrail 130 are connected and can be increased the intensity of first guardrail 110 and second guardrail 120 on first guardrail 110 and second guardrail 120, soft mattress has been placed on this bed board usually, movable guardrail 130 through guardrail subassembly 100 can adjust the distance between movable guardrail 130 and the soft mattress, make movable guardrail 130 basically with the surface parallel and level of soft mattress, upper surface for example movable guardrail 130 and the upper surface parallel and level of soft mattress, when the infant played on soft mattress, can not produce gap or gap in less within range between mattress and the movable guardrail 130, thereby avoid the infant to fall into the gap. The guardrail assembly 100 provided by the embodiment has stable connection and good safety, and can protect the playing and driving of the infants and children.
It can also be understood that the movable guard rail 130 can be connected with the first guard rail 110 and the second guard rail 120 directly or through an intermediate connecting member, for example, in the illustrated embodiment, the movable guard rail 130 is connected with the first guard rail 110 and the second guard rail 120 through a first connecting structure 170, the number of the first connecting structures 170 is two, and both ends of the movable guard rail 130 are connected with the first guard rail 110 and the second guard rail 120 through the first connecting structures 170.
Further, in the illustrated embodiment, the guardrail assembly 100 further includes a telescopic guardrail 180, the telescopic guardrail 180 and the movable guardrail 130 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first guardrail 110 and the second guardrail 120, and two ends of the telescopic guardrail 180 are also slidably connected with the first guardrail 110 and the second guardrail 120 respectively. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the telescopic fence 180 is connected to the first fence 110 and the second fence 120 by a second connecting structure 190, and the number of the second connecting structures 190 is two. The second connecting structure 190 is slidably connected to the first guard rail 110 or the second guard rail 120 and is fixedly connected to the telescopic guard rail 180. The second coupling structure 190 is provided with a rotatable structure. When the second connecting structure 190 slides along the first guardrail 110 or the second guardrail 120, the rotating structure on the second connecting structure 190 rotates, and the telescopic guardrail 180 makes telescopic adjustment.
Further, flexible guardrail 180 can adopt telescopic mode to realize flexible function, for example flexible guardrail 180 constitutes for two sleeves that cup joint each other to realize both flexible.
In addition, it should be noted that the movable rail 130 can also be provided with a telescopic structure, and the structure thereof can be similar to the structure of the telescopic rail 180. The first connection structure 170 and the second connection structure 190 may be implemented by using an existing connection member, and will not be described herein.
