The outer side elastic fabric is used for reducing the influence of wind-cold on the temperature of a foot neck when the outer side is attacked, the inner side elastic fabric is higher in elasticity, so that the trousers can be put on and taken off more freely, the trousers body and the body are closer, the appearance and the comfort are not influenced when the trousers and the shoes are worn in winter, and the sensitivity of the inner side to the wind-cold is not high.

As shown in fig. 2, the upper end of the splicing piece E at the upper outer side of the rear piece is a rear piece waist line 20 except for the middle point 17 of the rear piece waist line, the outer side is a rear piece outer seam line 18, and the inner side and the lower side are rear piece arc lines 16 which are connected by an outer included arc line (protruding towards the rear middle line direction) from the middle point 17 of the rear piece waist line to the intersection point of a straight line which is 5cm below the rear piece outer seam line 18 and the crotch line 7;

the upper end of the splicing piece F of the lower leg opening of the rear trouser piece is an inclined straight line 15 from the inner seam line 19 of the rear trouser piece to the 14-17cm (different cutting length according to different heights) of the leg opening line to the outer seam line 18 of the rear trouser piece to the 8-10cm (different cutting length according to different heights) of the leg opening line, and the lower end is the leg opening line 8;

the rear main trouser piece G is the part except the splicing piece E at the upper outer side of the rear trouser piece and the splicing piece F at the lower leg opening of the rear trouser piece; the upper end is a part of the back waist line 20 from the middle point 17 of the back waist line, the inner side is a back middle line 21 between the back waist line 20 and the transverse crotch line 7, a large crotch curve and a back inner seam line 19, the outer side is a back arc line 16 and a back outer seam line 18, and the lower end is an oblique straight line 15.

The splicing piece E at the upper outer side of the rear trouser piece is connected with the rear main trouser piece G through the rear trouser piece arc line 16 in a sewing way, and the splicing piece F at the lower leg opening of the rear trouser piece is connected with the rear main trouser piece G through the oblique straight line 15 in a sewing way.

The design that the lower end of the splicing piece E at the upper outer side of the rear trousers piece extends to 5cm below the cross crotch line 7 enables the spliced elastic interface to be better stretched, and the hip is not limited during movement. The part 5cm below the transverse crotch line 7 is close to the root of the thigh, and the hip circumference is increased for the person with large abdominal circumference, but the increase of the root of the thigh is small. The trousers are cut normally, the hip circumference and the abdomen circumference are used for determining the circumference of the thigh, and the trousers legs are fat and are not suitable for wearing. The outer trousers are different from the underpants, and the warm trousers belong to the inner trousers and are more fit. The connection of the elastic rear side splicing surface can meet the requirements of hip circumference and can not increase leg circumference. By using the splicing method, different requirements of different body parts can be met by utilizing the characteristics of the fabric.

The inner layer of the rear main trouser sheet is high-density low-elasticity flannelette, and the outer layer is polyester spandex woven fabric; the inner layers of all splicing pieces are made of elastic knitted velvet fabric, and the outer layers of all splicing pieces are made of four-side elastic knitted fabric.

The inside and outside of the splicing piece E cloth on the outer side of the rear trouser piece are high-elastic knitted cloth, the rear trouser piece is only connected with the main trouser body in a plane mode, and the lower portion of the rear trouser piece is lower than the crotch line, so that the increase of the hip girth when the user sits can be met. The elastic surface lower part makes sitting more comfortable in this position, still provides the fertility for the belly simultaneously, satisfies the demand of sitting the time abdominal girth.

The design of the splicing piece F at the lower leg opening of the rear trousers piece is the same as the material and the design of the front piece ankle, and the principle is the same.

The cutting and manufacturing method of the maternity style warm pants comprises the following steps:

(1) cutting the patterns of the front piece and the back piece according to the design of the conventional warm-keeping trousers;

(2) on the front piece paper pattern, a first arc line 10 which protrudes outwards (protrudes towards the direction of the front central line 4, namely the inner side direction of the trouser legs) from the intersection point of the central line 2 of the front piece of trousers and the waist line 5 to the intersection point of the central line 2 of the front piece of trousers and the hip surrounding line 6, and an extension arc line 11 from the intersection point of the central line 2 of the front piece of trousers and the hip surrounding line 6 to the intersection point of the outer sewing line 1 of the front piece of trousers and the transverse crotch line 7 are cut, wherein the cut part is a paper pattern of an outer splicing piece A on the front piece of trousers; then, cutting along a short straight line from the intersection point of the central line 2 of the front trousers piece and the hip surrounding line 6 to the front central line 4 at a position 2cm below the hip surrounding line 6; then, cutting along an inclined straight line 15 from the position 814-17 cm away from the leg opening line on the front trouser piece internal suture line 3 to the position 88-10cm away from the leg opening line on the front trouser piece external suture line 1, wherein the cut lower leg opening part is a front trouser piece lower leg opening splicing piece C paper sample, and the remaining trouser main body part is a front main trouser piece D paper sample;

on the other front piece paper pattern, a second arc line 12 which protrudes outwards (protrudes towards the direction of the other front piece, namely the inner side direction of the trouser legs) from the intersection point of the front center line 4 and the waist line 5 to the front center line 4 below the hip line 6 within 2cm, a third arc line 13 which protrudes outwards (protrudes towards the outer sewing direction of the front piece, namely the outer side direction of the trouser legs) from the intersection point of the front piece center line 2 and the waist line 5 to the intersection point of the front piece center line 2 and the hip line 6, and a short straight line 14 which protrudes towards the intersection point of the front piece center line 2 and the hip line 6 to the front center line 4 at the position 2cm below the hip line 6 are cut, and the cut part is a middle spliced piece B paper pattern on the front piece;

(3) on the back piece paper pattern, cutting a back piece arc line 16 which protrudes outwards (protrudes towards the direction of a back central line 21, namely protrudes towards the inner sides of trouser legs) from a middle point 17 of a back piece waist line to a back piece outer sewing line 18 at a position 5cm below a transverse crotch line 7, wherein the cut part is a splicing piece E paper pattern on the upper outer side of the back piece;

then, cutting along an inclined straight line 15 from the position of the inner seam line 19 of the rear trousers piece to 814-17 cm away from the leg opening line to the position of the outer seam line 18 of the rear trousers piece to 88-10cm away from the leg opening line, wherein the cut lower leg opening part is a splicing piece F paper sample of the lower leg opening of the rear trousers piece, and the remaining part of the trousers body is a paper sample of a rear main trousers piece G;

(4) cutting the cloth according to the obtained paper pattern to respectively obtain an upper outer side splicing piece A of the front trousers piece, a middle splicing piece B of the front trousers piece, a lower leg opening splicing piece C of the front trousers piece, a front main trousers piece D, an upper outer side splicing piece E of the rear trousers piece, a lower leg opening splicing piece F of the rear trousers piece and an inner layer cloth piece and an outer layer cloth piece of the rear main trousers body G;

(5) sewing a first arc-shaped line 10 of a splicing piece A on the outer side of the front trousers piece and a third arc-shaped line 13 of a splicing piece B on the middle of the front trousers piece, sewing the splicing piece A on the outer side of the front trousers piece and a front main trousers piece D through an extension arc-shaped line 11, sewing the splicing piece B on the middle of the front trousers piece and the front main trousers piece D through a short straight line 14, and sewing the splicing piece C on the lower leg opening of the front trousers piece and the front main trousers piece D through an oblique straight line 15; the splicing piece E at the upper outer side of the rear trouser piece is sewn with the rear main trouser piece G through an arc line 16 of the rear trouser piece, and the splicing piece F at the lower leg opening of the rear trouser piece is sewn with the rear main trouser piece G through an oblique straight line 15; then the front piece and the back piece are sewed.

The sewing sequence of the inner layer trousers body and the outer layer trousers body of the warm-keeping trousers is as follows:

1) the splicing pieces and the main trousers piece are sewed for one time and two times to obtain the complete front trousers piece and the complete back trousers piece;

2) sewing the complete front and back trousers pieces for one time and two times to form two trousers legs;

3) the two complete trouser legs are sewed by one time and the second time to form the whole trousers.

Connecting the down layers in the warm-keeping trousers: the connection between the splicing pieces of each part of the inner layer and the connection between the splicing pieces and the main trousers piece are sewed and connected twice. The first connection is sewed by a flat sewing machine with a seam ratio of 0.2-0.3cm, and the characteristics of the flat sewing machine enable the connection stitches of the cloth pieces to be firm; the secondary connection adopts a four-needle six-thread seam splicing machine, four unique surface threads wrap the flat machine seam parts sewn at one time in the stitch, the unique high elasticity of one bottom thread and one halshun thread enables the stitch and the knitted fabric to keep the same elasticity, the stitch and the fabric have the same property, the sewing is flat and beautiful, and the wearing is comfortable.

Connecting the outer layers of the warm pants: the connection among the splicing pieces on the outer layer, between the splicing pieces and the main trousers piece and between the front trousers piece and the rear trousers piece is the twice sewing connection. The first sewing is carried out by adopting a flat sewing machine, the sewing amount is 0.8cm, and the advancing speed is different due to different fabric properties when the splicing piece is connected with the main trouser piece. The flat sewing machine can improve the tendency phenomenon caused by different fabric properties, so that the fabrics with different properties have the using effect and the flat and beautiful effect after being connected; the sewing stitch is reinforced secondarily by adopting a four-wire overlock machine, and meanwhile, certain elasticity is given to the stitch, so that the high-elasticity splicing fabric is not influenced by the stitch, and the stitch cannot be broken when the elasticity is unfolded. The two-time sewing is characterized in that the stitches are firm, so that the wearing is safe and comfortable.
