The working principle of the invention is as follows: the rice bran fat oil is stored in a raw material tank 1 at ordinary times, because the melting point of the rice bran fat oil is about 20 ℃, the temperature in the tank is controlled to be 25-30 ℃ throughout the year by a steam heating coil 24 and a temperature controller in the raw material tank 1, the temperature in a connecting pipeline 11 between the raw material tank 1 and a filter tank 2 is also kept to be 25-30 ℃, the oil firstly enters a filter tank 2, the temperature of the filter tank 2 is controlled to be 80-90 ℃ by the steam heating coil 24 and the temperature controller, the oil is heated to be 80-90 ℃ in the filter tank 2, the oil is filtered and then enters a dewaxing tank 3 through the connecting pipeline 11, the oil is cooled to be 25-30 ℃ by cold water flowing in a dewaxing coil 18 in the dewaxing tank 3 and is dewaxed by a filter basket 27 or a filter, then enters an alkali refining soaping tank 4, the temperature in the alkali refining soaping tank 4 is controlled to be 40-42 ℃, and alkali water is added for neutralizing the pH value, stirring to separate oil from water, when soap grains are obviously appeared, continuously heating by steam, when the oil and the soap grains are obviously layered, immediately stopping heating, and keeping the final temperature not more than 80 ℃; removing water phase by centrifugal water-oil separation to obtain deacidified oil; the deacidified oil enters a metering part again, and is mixed by a mixing device 7 after being weighed and metered to prepare the feed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, impurities in the rice bran fat oil are preliminarily removed through the filter tank 2, and meanwhile, wax of the rice bran fat oil is melted through high-temperature heating in the filter tank 2, and then the rice bran fat oil enters the dewaxing tank 3 for temperature reduction and wax separation and coarse cloth wax adsorption, so that the dewaxing effect is achieved; avoids the harmful effect of the harmful substances in the rice bran fat oil on the growth of pigs. The oil material after impurity removal and dewaxing enters the alkali refining soap removal tank 4 for deacidification treatment, so that the problem that the oil material is not rancid after being mixed at the later stage is further solved; the storage period of the rice bran fat oil mixed feed is prolonged.
In conclusion, the rice bran fat oil processing device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, can fully utilize the existing equipment for modification and utilization, can perform primary impurity removal, dewaxing and acidity reduction treatment on the rice bran fat oil, provides high-quality added oil for later-stage feed mixing processing, and meanwhile ensures that the phenomenon of rancidity and deterioration of later-stage feed in the storage and transportation processes is avoided.
After the invention is put into use, the invention has the best effect in terms of cost and animal growth;
calculated as 320 tons used: the price difference of 5-degree refined rice bran oil in the market price is about 700 yuan compared with rice bran fat oil, so that the cost can be saved by 700 yuan per 320 tons =22.4 ten thousand yuan; the soybean oil has considerable benefit; the cost can be saved by 1100 yuan, 320 ton and 35.2 ten thousand yuan.
