Claims (18)

1. A vehicle lock is characterized by comprising a locking member and a driving device connected with the locking member; the driving device is used for driving the locking piece to be always attached to the peripheral wall of the wheel to lock the vehicle; the locking piece is a friction piece; the locking piece is used for realizing friction action with the peripheral wall of the wheel when being attached to the peripheral wall of the wheel; the retaining member still sets up C shape breach near the one end of the periphery wall of wheel.

The vehicle lock of claim 1, further comprising a locking head, wherein the locking head is disposed between the locking member and the driving device, and the locking head can drive the locking member to be always attached to the peripheral wall of the wheel under the driving action of the driving device to lock the vehicle.
3. The vehicle lock of claim 2, wherein the lock head comprises a rotating member and a supporting shaft, the rotating member is capable of rotating around the supporting shaft, one end of the rotating member is connected to the driving device, the other end of the rotating member is fixedly connected to the locking member, and the rotating member is configured to drive the locking member to move toward or away from the wheel.
4. The lock of claim 3, wherein said rotor comprises two base plates, said base plates being joined and having a V-shaped longitudinal cross-section.
5. The lock of claim 4, wherein the opening of the turning piece in the V-shape is directed toward the peripheral wall of the wheel.
6. A vehicle lock according to claim 3, further comprising a safety shield for covering the retaining member and the actuating means.
7. The vehicle lock of claim 6, wherein the locking head further comprises a torsion spring; the torsion spring is sleeved on the supporting shaft; one end of the torsion spring is abutted against one end of the rotating piece, and the other end of the torsion spring is connected to the safety cover; the torsion spring is used for damping the rotating power on the rotating piece driven by the driving device.
8. A vehicle lock according to claim 2, wherein the retaining member is removably attached to the locking head.
9. The lock of claim 1, wherein the friction member is a rubber sheet.
10. The lock of claim 1, wherein the arcuate shape of the C-shaped notch in the retaining member conforms to the contour of the outer peripheral wall of the wheel.
11. The vehicle lock of claim 3, wherein the drive means includes a motor and a drive rod, the motor being connected to one end of the drive rod, the other end of the drive rod being connected to the turn piece; the motor is used for driving the transmission rod to reciprocate.
12. The lock of claim 11, wherein a fixed member is further disposed between the transmission lever and the rotary member; the fixing piece is used for fixedly connecting the transmission rod to the rotating piece.
13. The vehicle lock of claim 11, wherein a damping spring is sleeved on the transmission rod; the damping spring is used for damping the rotating power on the rotating part driven by the driving device.
14. The vehicle lock of claim 11, further comprising a power device electrically connected to the motor; the bicycle lock further comprises a solar panel and a bus, and the solar panel is electrically connected with the power supply device through the bus.
15. A vehicle lock according to claim 14, wherein the power supply means is a rechargeable battery.
16. A vehicle comprising a frame and a lock as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 15 provided on the frame.
17. The vehicle according to claim 16, characterized by comprising a wheel, and the lock member is disposed in a peripheral direction of the wheel.
18. The vehicle of claim 16, characterized in that the frame comprises a center tube, a rear upper fork, a rear lower fork; the bicycle lock and the safety cover are arranged in a triangular crack space surrounded by the middle pipe, the rear upper fork and the rear lower fork.
