When the movable plate 21 needs to be used, the movable plate 21 is lifted, and the supporting plate 22 is rotated downward to the positioning bar 211 capable of supporting the movable plate 21.
The exposed surface of the movable plate 21 is defined as a front surface, and the hidden surface is defined as a back surface. The positioning bars 211 are provided at the opposite surface of the movable plate 21 and the position restricting bars are provided in parallel.
The reverse side of the movable plate 21 is further provided with a locking boss 51, and the locking boss 51 is provided with a locking hole 511.
A locking bin 52 is arranged below the second groove 20, a locking button mechanism 53 is arranged in the locking bin 52, the locking button mechanism 53 utilizes an elastic sheet 54 to lower pressure, so that a slope locking end 551 extends out of the second groove 20, and the locking button mechanism 53 can also move up and down.
When the movable plate 21 needs to be locked, the movable plate 21 is directly pressed, and the locking hole 511 on the locking boss 51 on the movable plate 21 locks the inclined locking end 551 on the locking button mechanism 53 into the locking hole 511. When it is required to release the movable plate 21, the operating plate 56 is directly pushed downward, and the locking button 53 moves downward, so that the inclined locking end 551 comes out of the locking hole 511, thereby releasing the movable plate 21 and completing the releasing action.
As a specific example, the present embodiment includes a vehicle that may include a seat including a backrest behind which a back plate 100 is disposed, the back plate 100 being detachably connected to the seat. The back plate 100 is mounted for use when needed and the back plate 100 is dismounted when the back plate 100 is not needed.

Claims (10)

1. A seat back panel for a vehicle, the vehicle including a seat, the seat back panel comprising:
a main body detachably coupled to a rear side of the seat;
a movable plate is arranged on one side surface of the main body, one end of the movable plate is connected with the main body in a pivoting mode around the axial direction extending along the horizontal plane, and therefore the movable plate can be switched between a folded state and a use state; the use state is that the movable plate and the plane of the main body form a preset angle, and the preset angle is 5-150 degrees;
two first grooves are formed in the lower side position of the movable plate of the main body, so that knees of passengers in the rear row can be placed in the first grooves when the movable plate is used.
2. The seat back for a vehicle of claim 1,
the shape of the opening of the first groove is an inwards concave strip shape, and the section of the bottom of the first groove is in a semi-arc shape; or the opening of the first groove is in an oval shape, and the bottom of the first groove is a curved surface which is shallow close to the opening and deep far away from the opening; the depth of the first groove bottom is the same as the thickness of the body.
3. The seat back for a vehicle of claim 1,
the main body is provided with a second groove, and the movable plate is positioned in the second groove when in the folded state; and a buffer block is arranged on one side surface of the movable plate close to the second groove.
4. The seat back for a vehicle of claim 3,
a plurality of positioning strips arranged side by side are arranged on one side surface of the movable plate;
the main part still including being located the backup pad in the second recess, the one end of backup pad with main part rotatable coupling, so that when the fly leaf is located in the second recess the backup pad is hidden between the fly leaf and the second recess, when the fly leaf needs to be fixed when predetermineeing the angle, the other end of backup pad is supported in location strip department.
5. The seat back for a vehicle of claim 4,
the movable plate comprises a first end part and a second end part which are oppositely arranged, and a first rotating shaft hole is formed in the first end part;
one end of two opposite side walls of the second groove is provided with two opposite first fixing holes, and the first fixing holes are formed in two sides of the second groove after penetrating through the first rotating shaft hole through the first rotating shaft, so that the movable plate is rotatably connected with the main body.
6. The seat back for a vehicle of claim 5,
the locking mechanism is used for locking the second end part of the movable plate, so that the movable plate is completely hidden in the second groove;
the locking mechanism includes:
a locking boss disposed adjacent to the second end of the movable plate, the locking boss having a locking hole; and
the locking bin is positioned at one end, far away from the first fixing hole, of the second groove, a locking button mechanism and an elastic sheet are arranged at the locking bin, and the locking button mechanism is abutted to the locking bin through the elastic sheet;
the locking button mechanism is matched with the locking hole to fix or release the movable plate.
7. The seat back for a vehicle of claim 6,
the locking button mechanism includes:
one end of the locking button body is an inclined locking end, and the other end of the locking button body is provided with a first elastic piece inserting port; and
the operation plate is connected with the locking button body through a connecting part, and the size of the connecting part is smaller than that of the operation plate and the locking button body, so that a gap is formed between the operation plate and the locking button body;
the locking bin is provided with a first accommodating space for accommodating the locking button body and a second accommodating space for accommodating the operating plate;
the first accommodating space and the second accommodating space are blocked by a first partition wall, an avoiding hole is formed in the first partition wall, and the connecting part is located at the avoiding hole; the first accommodating space and the second groove are isolated by a second partition wall, a locking opening is formed in the second partition wall, a slope locking end of the locking button body penetrates through the locking opening from the first accommodating space to the second groove, and the slope locking end is matched with the locking hole at the second groove to fix or release the movable plate;
the first accommodating space is provided with a second elastic sheet inserting port at the side wall opposite to the second isolation wall, and the elastic sheet is abutted between the first elastic sheet inserting port and the second elastic sheet inserting port, so that the locking button mechanism has a tendency of moving away from the direction of the elastic sheet.
8. The seat back for a vehicle of claim 7,
the second accommodating space is positioned on the same side with the second groove, and the operating panel is exposed out of the second accommodating space;
and a plurality of anti-slip strips are arranged on one exposed side surface of the operating plate.
9. The seat back for a vehicle according to any one of claims 4 to 7,
one end of the supporting plate is provided with a second rotating shaft hole;
two second fixing holes which are oppositely arranged are formed in the middle positions of two oppositely arranged side walls of the second groove, and a second rotating shaft penetrates through the second rotating shaft holes and then is arranged in the second fixing holes on the two sides, so that the supporting plate is rotatably connected with the main body; the support plate is provided with lightening holes.
10. A vehicle comprising a seat and a seat back panel for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the seat back panel being detachably connected to the seat.
