The hot melt adhesive cost of each ten thousand books is saved by 500 x 2 to 1000 yuan, the books and periodicals needing to be processed by the whole company are counted to be 18 thousand books, and the hot melt adhesive cost is saved by 1000 x 18 to 1.8 ten thousand yuan in total all the year. (2) The new process reduces the power consumption cost by about 50 percent. An aspect of the present application provides a paging device, and fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a paging device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, the paging device includes a paging mechanism 1, and the paging mechanism 1 includes a paging blade 11, a paging guide bar 12, and a guide rail 13. The paging edge 11 is configured to separate a cover of the book from a book block of the book. The paging gib block 12 includes spigot surface 121, and one end and one side of paging blade 11 of spigot surface 121 link up to the other end of spigot surface 121 extends to the direction of keeping away from paging blade 11, further guides the book cover of books and the book block separation of books. Alternatively, the guide surface 121 of the separation guide 12 is curved. Therefore, the guide surface 121 of the guide strip 12 is designed to be arc-shaped, so that the separation effect of the front cover is better, and the paging process is smoother.
