In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the first ventilation opening 441 of the first rotary cover 44 may be configured as a semicircular ventilation opening 441', and the structure of the ventilation opening of the first rotary cover 44 is not particularly limited as long as the first rotary cover 44 is provided with the ventilation opening.
By adjusting the relative positions of the first ventilation opening 441 of the first rotating cover 44 and the first ventilation opening 431 of the first cover 43, the breathing valve 4 can be opened or closed, so as to control the circulation of the airflow, and a wearer can conveniently select whether to use the breathing valve 4 in different protection scenes. When protecting bacteria and viruses, the breather valve 4 can be closed in order to prevent the exhaled gas from harming other people; when general pollen or dust protection is performed, the breather valve 4 may be opened to make breathing smoother and to keep the cover body 3 dry.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the sterilizing box 5 includes a second base 52, a second cover 53 and a second rotary cover 54, the second base 52 can be connected to the third opening 33 of the cover 3 in a sealing manner, a second cavity 55 capable of accommodating the sterilizing sheet 51 is formed between the second base 52 and the second cover 53, the second rotary cover 54 can be rotatably connected to the second cover 53, the second cover 53 is provided with a plurality of second vents 531, the second rotary cover 54 is provided with a plurality of vent openings 541, the vent openings 541 on the second rotary cover 54 are rotated to be opposite to the plurality of second vents 531 on the second cover 53, external fluid can flow into the second cavity 55 through the second rotary cover 54 and the second cover 53, thereby facilitating the slow release of the sterilizing sheet in the second cavity 55, and achieving the purpose of rapidly and effectively killing and protecting the surrounding viruses, Harmful substances such as bacteria and pollen.
In this embodiment, the bottom of the second base 52 is a sealing structure, and no air flow passes between the second base and the cover 3. When the protection requirement is high, the positions of the ventilation opening 541 of the second rotating cover 54 and the plurality of second ventilation openings 531 of the second cover body 53 are adjusted, so that the disinfection box 5 has airflow circulation with the outside, and further, the disinfection and sterilization medicament is slowly released around the wearer, and the protection effect is improved; when the protection requirement is low, the positions of the ventilation opening 541 of the second rotary cover 54 and the plurality of second ventilation openings 531 of the second cover 53 are adjusted to prevent the disinfection box 5 from circulating with the outside air flow, and prolong the service time of the sterilizing sheet 51.

Claims (14)

1. A respiratory filter, comprising:
the filter box is provided with an outer layer filter cover and an inner layer filter cover which can be buckled together, an accommodating cavity is formed between the outer layer filter cover and the inner layer filter cover, a first accommodating cavity, a second accommodating cavity and a third accommodating cavity are arranged at the bottom of the inner layer filter cover, and at least one convex edge is arranged on the inner side surface of the inner layer filter cover;
a replaceable cartridge assembly having a first replaceable cartridge positionable in the first receiving chamber, a second replaceable cartridge positionable in the second receiving chamber, and a third replaceable cartridge positionable in the third receiving chamber.
2. The respiratory filter of claim 1 wherein the outer filter cover defines a plurality of vent cells, the plurality of vent cells being in communication with the receiving chamber.
3. The respiratory filter of claim 1 wherein the inner filter cover has a connection protrusion, the connection protrusion having a channel that is capable of communicating with the receiving cavity.
4. The respiratory filter of claim 1, wherein the first replaceable filter element is an SMS melt blown nonwoven fabric, a photocatalyst nonwoven fabric, or a PTFE microporous membrane nonwoven fabric; the second replaceable filter element is an activated carbon non-woven fabric; the third replaceable filter element is an activated carbon fiber felt pad or non-woven fabric.
5. The respiratory filter of claim 1, wherein the filter cartridge is a filter cartridge made of a resin or thermoplastic elastomer material.
6. The respiratory filter of claim 1, wherein the outer filter cover has at least two connecting rings symmetrically disposed around its outer periphery, and the connecting rings are capable of engaging with ear straps.
7. The respiratory filter of claim 1, wherein the first receiving chamber, the second receiving chamber, and the third receiving chamber have a first strut, a second strut, and a third strut, respectively, and wherein the first replaceable filter element is windable about the first strut, the second replaceable filter element is windable about the second strut, and the third replaceable filter element is windable about the third strut.
8. The respiratory filter of claim 7, wherein the first strut extends beyond the ends of the first receiving chamber, the second strut extends beyond the ends of the second receiving chamber, and the third strut extends beyond the ends of the third receiving chamber, and wherein two first end caps, two second end caps, and two third end caps are respectively disposed.
9. A protective mask, comprising:
the mask body is provided with a first opening, a second opening and a third opening which can be communicated with an inner cavity of the mask body, and the second opening and the third opening are respectively positioned at two sides of the first opening;
the respiratory filter of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the inner filter cover of the respiratory filter is sealingly connectable to the first opening of the mask body;
the breather valve is hermetically arranged at the second opening of the cover body;
and the disinfection box is hermetically arranged at the third opening of the cover body, and the disinfection sheet is placed in the disinfection box.
10. The protective mask according to claim 9, wherein the breather valve comprises a first base, a valve plate, a first cover, and a first rotary cover, wherein the first base is capable of being sealingly connected to the second opening of the mask body, the valve plate is located in a first cavity formed between the first cover and the first base, the first rotary cover is rotatably connected to the first cover, a plurality of first vents are disposed on the first cover and the first rotary cover, and when the first vents on the first rotary cover rotate to a position opposite to the first vents on the first cover, external fluid can flow into the first cavity through the first rotary cover and the first cover.
11. The protective mask of claim 9 wherein said disinfecting case comprises a second base, a second cover and a second rotatable cover, said second base being sealingly connected to said third opening of said mask body, a second cavity for receiving said disinfecting sheet being formed between said second base and said second cover, said second rotatable cover being rotatably connected to said second cover, said second cover being provided with a plurality of second vents, said second rotatable cover being provided with vent openings, and external fluid being able to flow into said second cavity through said second rotatable cover and said second cover when said vent openings of said second rotatable cover are rotated to be opposite to said plurality of second vents of said second cover.
12. The protective mask according to claim 9, wherein said mask body is made of a silicone rubber material having a hardness of 30A to 80A.
13. The protective mask of claim 10 wherein the thickness of said valve flap is between 0.2mm and 0.5 mm.
14. The protective mask of claim 9 wherein the area of said first opening is greater than the area of said second opening and the area of said first opening is greater than the area of said third opening.
