Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of biomedicine, in particular to an implant abutment.
Background
Dental implant surgery is currently the most effective way of repairing a missing tooth, where the implant abutment is the portion of the structure where the dental implant is exposed to the mouth through the gums, and the abutment is the connecting portion between the implant and the superstructure. Structurally, an implant abutment generally includes a prosthetic connection portion, an implant connection portion and a socket, wherein the prosthetic connection portion is a portion of the implant abutment exposed in the oral cavity, and a crown is attached to the prosthetic connection portion; the implant connecting part is a part of the implant which is hidden in the gum, and the implant connecting part is provided with an interface for connecting with the implant.
Currently, suppliers of implant systems provide a wide variety of abutments for patient selection. However, since the denture implantation environments of patients are different, if the implantation position is not ideal, the correction needs to be performed by means of an angle abutment, but a clinician can only passively select the abutment closest to the required position, such as the finished product with the angle of 15 degrees or 20 degrees, for approximate matching. If the specialized training of the clinician is not in place or the structure of each type of implant system product is not familiar, wrong selection is easy to make, and the implant denture repairing effect and the long-term success rate are influenced.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
It is an object of the present application to overcome the above problems or to at least partially solve or mitigate the above problems.
According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided an implant abutment comprising: the implant comprises a connecting part positioned at the lower part and a processing part positioned at the upper part, wherein the connecting part is used for being connected with the implant, and the processing part is used for being processed into a customized shape.
Optionally, the machined portion is cylindrical.
Optionally, the structure at the lower end of the connecting part is a prism structure.
Optionally, the axial length of the machined portion is greater than the axial length of the connecting portion.
Optionally, the upper end of the processing portion is a clamping end, wherein the machine tool can process the processing portion through the clamping end.
Optionally, the diameter of the gripping end is smaller than the diameter of the machined portion.
Therefore, the implant abutment provided by the application can be customized and processed into the abutment form matched with the gum form according to the form of the gum of a patient, and has good anatomical appearance and correction angle, the processed customized abutment can be matched with a mechanical structure in an implant to the maximum extent, is suitable for the implant peripheral gum anatomical form, is simple and convenient to manufacture, has high precision, and brings great convenience to the patient and a doctor.
The above and other objects, advantages and features of the present application will become more apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description of specific embodiments thereof, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Drawings
Some specific embodiments of the present application will be described in detail hereinafter by way of illustration and not limitation with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numbers in the drawings identify the same or similar elements or components. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale. In the drawings:
fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an implant abutment according to an embodiment of the present application; and
fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a scanning rod adapted to an implant base according to an embodiment of the present application.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an implant abutment 1 according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, an implant abutment 1 includes a connection part 10 at a lower portion and a processing part 20 at an upper portion. Wherein the connecting part 20 is used for connecting with the implant, and the processing part 20 is used for processing into a customized shape. Therefore, by the mode, the implant abutment 1 provided by the embodiment can be customized and processed into the abutment form matched with the gingival form according to the form of the gingiva of the patient, and has good anatomical appearance and correction angle, the customized abutment processed can be matched with the mechanical structure in the implant to the maximum extent, is suitable for the anatomical form of the gingiva around the implant, is simple and convenient to manufacture, has high precision, and brings great convenience to the patient and the doctor.
Specifically, the processing portion 20 has a cylindrical shape. The cylindrical processing part 20 is in an initial processing part shape, so that the implant abutment can be sufficiently customized to a finished abutment which is matched with the shape of the gum of a patient. Fig. 2 shows a schematic structural diagram of a scanning rod 2 adapted to an implant base 1. In a practical application scenario, the matched scanning rod 2 can be used to obtain the form of the gum of the patient, and then the matched finished abutment is processed based on the obtained form of the gum.
Specifically, the structure at the lower end of the connection part 10 is a prism structure. This prismatic structure can make base station and the inseparable connection of planting body, prevents to rotate between base station and the planting body in the use, has ensured to have firm connectivity between base station 1 and the planting body.
Specifically, the axial length of the processed portion 20 is greater than the axial length of the connecting portion 10. The implant abutment can provide the processing part 20 capable of being processed to the maximum extent, so that the good processing performance of the implant abutment 1 is ensured.
Specifically, the upper end of the processing portion 20 is a clamping end 21. Then, the machine tool can machine the machining portion 20 by holding the holding end 21. So that the machine tool can further process the implant base 1 by clamping the clamping end 21 at the upper end of the processing part 20. Therefore, the implant base station 1 can be clamped stably by the machine tool, and convenience of machining the implant base station 1 by the machine tool is improved.
Specifically, the diameter of the clamping end 21 is smaller than the diameter of the processed portion 20. The clamping end 21 and the processing part 20 can be distinguished conveniently by the machine tool, so that the machine tool can rapidly process the matched base station form according to the gum form of a patient. The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present application, but the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present application should be covered within the scope of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
