The classification transmission mechanism 6-2 is provided with a plurality of groups. The classification transmission belt 6-2-1 is arranged on the separation frame 6-3, the classification transmission belt transmission motor 6-2-2 is arranged on the separation frame 6-3, and the classification transmission belt transmission wheel 6-2-3 is used for transmitting the honeycomb ceramics after the classification detection and weighing.
The automatic honeycomb ceramic detection equipment is provided with an electric control box, and the electric control box is provided with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), a display screen and a control operation panel.
The detection method of the honeycomb ceramic automatic detection equipment comprises the following steps: firstly, manually placing honeycomb ceramics to be detected on a feeding conveyor belt 1-1 of a honeycomb ceramic feeding conveyor belt device, and then moving the honeycomb ceramic products to be detected to a detection area to be detected through the feeding conveyor belt 1-1.
In the area to be detected, the lifting conveyor belt mechanism I5 is provided with an up-down lifting cylinder I5-3, the lifting conveyor belt I5-1 in the detection area is butted with the feeding conveyor belt I1-1, and the honeycomb ceramic product to be detected is moved onto the lifting conveyor belt I5-1.
After the honeycomb ceramic product is arranged on the lifting conveyor belt I5-1, the lifting cylinder I5-3 of the lifting conveyor belt I5-1 is reset, and then the honeycomb ceramic product to be detected is moved to the upper surface of the diameter detection station rotary worktable through the transmission of the transmission chain 4-1 and the transmission roller 4-2.
When the honeycomb ceramic product moves to the detection rotary worktable 2-2 detection station of the honeycomb ceramic overall dimension parallelism verticality detection device 2, firstly, two honeycomb ceramic positioning clamps 2-5-1 of the honeycomb ceramic positioning clamp mechanism can center and position the honeycomb ceramic product.

After the height measurement of the outer diameter of the honeycomb ceramic product is completed, the honeycomb ceramic product is moved to a weighing workbench 3-2 of a weighing station through the transmission of a transmission chain 4-1 and a transmission roller 4-2, and the weight of the honeycomb ceramic product is weighed by an industrial balance 3-2 of a weighing mechanism 3.
After weighing is finished, the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) can collect data of the detected honeycomb ceramic products, classify the honeycomb ceramic products, and after classification, the honeycomb ceramic products are conveyed to a lifting transmission belt II 7-1 of a lifting transmission belt mechanism II 7 through a transmission chain 4-1 and a transmission roller 4-2, the classified honeycomb ceramic products are conveyed to a sorting transmission worktable 6-1-1 in a translation mode through the lifting transmission belt II 7-1, a tooth-shaped synchronous transmission belt drives a servo motor 6-1-3 to transmit the tooth-shaped synchronous transmission belt 6-1-2 through a transmission belt wheel, the sorting transmission worktable 6-1-1 is driven to respectively convey the sorted, detected and weighed honeycomb ceramic products to a corresponding sorting transmission belt 6-2-1 to be conveyed out according to requirements, and circulation is achieved.
