When the rear shell or the back plate of the display screen is produced, a plurality of surfaces of the rear shell or the back plate need to be measured so as to detect whether the production is qualified or not, and therefore whether the assembly is needed or not is judged. When the back shell or the back plate is measured, the back shell or the back plate needs to be moved to correspond to the measuring position of the vernier caliper when the back shell or the back plate is large in size and the back plate or the back plate is measured on a plurality of surfaces. Because the size of backshell or back plate is great, it is inconvenient to remove, and workman intensity of labour is big to cause and measure inconveniently.
In order to solve the problems existing in the prior art, the present embodiment provides a measuring apparatus. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the measuring device includes a vernier caliper 3 and a working platform 1, and the vernier caliper 3 is detachably disposed above the working platform 1; the work platform 1 includes a rotatable rotating portion 11, and the vernier caliper 3 can measure a workpiece placed on the rotating portion 11.
In this embodiment, the work piece is placed on rotating part 11 back, can be through rotating part 11 for the measuring position of the work piece on rotating part 11 to be measured corresponds with slide caliper 3, can realize the measurement of work piece, needs to measure the other face of this work piece, and the work piece is overturned, rotates rotating part 11 once more, makes the work piece to be measured position and slide caliper 3 correspond, can make the measurement more convenient, improves measuring efficiency greatly, reduces workman's intensity of labour.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to facilitate the installation of the vernier caliper 3, the working platform 1 further includes a fixing portion 12, the fixing portion 12 is hollow and annular, the rotating portion 11 is disposed in an inner ring of the fixing portion 12, and the rotating portion 11 can rotate relative to the fixing portion 12, the vernier caliper 3 spans over the rotating portion 11, and both ends of the vernier caliper 3 can be detachably connected to the fixing portion 12, so that the vernier caliper 3 can be conveniently installed and detached. Alternatively, the stationary part 12 and the rotating part 11 are connected by a bearing to enable rotation of the rotating part 11 relative to the stationary part 12.
In order to enable the rotating part 11 to be fixed at the time of measurement for facilitating the measurement, the measuring device further comprises a locking mechanism 4, the locking mechanism 4 being configured to fix the rotating part 11.
Specifically, the bottom surface middle portion of the rotating portion 11 protrudes from the bottom surface of the fixing portion 12, the locking mechanism 4 includes a fixing plate 41 fixed to the bottom surface of the fixing portion 12 and a positioning screw 42 passing through the fixing plate 41, the positioning screw 42 is screwed to the fixing plate 41, and the positioning screw 42 is configured to be capable of abutting against the rotating portion 11 to fix the rotating portion 11. When the fixing device is used, the fixing of the rotating portion 11 can be realized by rotating the positioning screw rod 42 and making the positioning screw rod 42 abut against the rotating portion 11, and the positioning screw rod 42 can be loosened from the rotating portion 11 by reversely rotating the positioning screw rod 42.
In order to facilitate the removal and installation of the vernier caliper 3, as shown in fig. 3, the measuring device further includes a fixing mechanism 2, and two ends of the vernier caliper 3 are detachably connected to the fixing portion 12 through one fixing mechanism 2 respectively.
Further, in order to facilitate the replacement of the vernier caliper 3, so as to measure workpieces of different sizes by using the vernier caliper 3 of different specifications, and thus the application range of the measuring device in this embodiment is wider, the fixing mechanism 2 includes a height-adjustable bracket 22, a first fixing component 23 connected to the bottom of the bracket 22, and a second fixing component 21 connected to the top of the bracket 22, the first fixing component 23 can be detachably connected to the fixing portion 12, and one end of the vernier caliper 3 can be detachably connected to one second fixing component 21. The position of the two fixing mechanisms 2 at the fixing part 12 can be adjusted, so that the distance between the two fixing mechanisms 2 is adjusted, and the vernier calipers 3 with different sizes are installed.
Optionally, the bracket 22 includes an upper connecting rod and a lower connecting tube, wherein one end of the upper connecting rod is sleeved in the connecting tube, and the upper connecting rod is fixed in the lower connecting tube by a locking screw. The height of the support 22 is adjustable, so that the measuring device in the embodiment can measure workpieces with different sizes, and the application range of the measuring device in the embodiment is expanded.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first fixing assembly 23 includes a clip member 231 connected to the bottom end of the bracket 22, the clip member 231 is U-shaped, and the clip member 231 can be clamped to the fixing portion 12. The detachment of the first fixing member 23 can be facilitated.
Optionally, the first fixing assembly 23 further includes a clamping plate 232 and a first fastening bolt 233, the clamping plate 232 is disposed in the opening of the clamping member 231, the first fastening bolt 233 passes through the clamping member 231 from the lower side of the clamping member 231 and is connected to the clamping plate 232, preferably, the first fastening bolt 233 is rotatably connected to the clamping plate 232, and the first fastening bolt 233 is in threaded connection with the bottom of the clamping member 231. Rotate first fastening bolt 233, can realize reciprocating of splint 232 to adjust joint piece 231 open-ended size, and then realize the installation of first fixed subassembly 23, dismantle, and the installation, dismantle conveniently. Optionally, a rubber pad is provided on top of the clamping plate 232. Optionally, the top of the rubber pad is provided with a sawtooth-shaped groove. The rubber pad is provided to make the connection between the first fixing member 2323 and the fixing portion 12 tighter, and after the rubber pad is in contact with the fixing portion 12, when the first fastening bolt 233 is rotated, the clamping plate 232 is not easily rotated following the first fastening bolt 233.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the second fixing assembly 21 includes a fixing block 211 and a fastening portion 212, the fixing block 211 is connected to the top end of the bracket 22, a slot 2111 for placing the vernier caliper 3 is opened at one side of the fixing block 211, and the fastening portion 212 is connected to a side portion of the slot 2111 and can fix the vernier caliper 3. The slide caliper 3 can be fixed and detached conveniently by the arrangement of the clamping groove 2111.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, both ends of the vernier caliper 3 are provided with a limiting hole 31, the fastening portion 212 includes a guide post 2121, the guide post 2121 penetrates through one side of the locking slot 2111 and can penetrate into the limiting hole 31, the guide post 2121 is connected with a pushing piece 2122, and the pushing piece 2122 is configured to push the guide post 2121 to reciprocate along the axial direction of the limiting hole 31. Optionally, one end of the slide caliper 3 is provided with two limiting holes 31, two guide pillars 2121 are provided corresponding to one fastening portion 212, one end of each guide pillar 2121 located outside the fixing block 211 is connected to one connecting plate 21221, one second fastening screw 21222 is inserted into the connecting plate 21221, one end of the second fastening screw 21222 is rotatably connected to the fixing block 211, and the two guide pillars 2121 are symmetrically provided at two sides of the second fastening screw 21222. Further, in order to make the guide post 2121 and the limiting hole 31 fit more tightly and increase the connection stability, the end of the guide post 2121 close to the limiting hole 31 is a stepped shaft, and the stepped portion is set as a conical surface, and correspondingly, the end of the limiting hole 31 close to the guide post 2121 is set as a conical surface.
When in use, the two fixing mechanisms 2 are respectively fixed on the working platform 1 according to the length of the vernier caliper 3, the vernier caliper 3 is fixed on the fixing mechanism 2, when in measurement, a workpiece is placed on the rotating part 11, the rotating part 11 is rotated, the position to be measured of the workpiece is rotated to correspond to the vernier caliper 3, the rotating part 11 is locked by the locking mechanism 4, namely, the workpiece can be measured, when the rest surfaces of the workpiece need to be measured, the workpiece is turned over, the rotating part 11 is continuously rotated, the position to be measured of the workpiece corresponds to the vernier caliper 3 again, through the arrangement of the rotating part 11, the measuring efficiency of the workpiece can be greatly improved, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the vernier caliper 3 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled by the fixing mechanism 2, the measuring device in the embodiment can be suitable for the vernier calipers 3 with different specifications, and the application range of the measuring device is enlarged.
